Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of learning facilities and classroom management on learning effectiveness at SD Negeri in Sematang Borang District, Palembang. The type of research method used is the quantitative research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population was 119 teachers of SD Negeri in Sematang District, Palembang and the sample size was 54 teachers. The instrument test was carried out outside the sample of 30 teachers who were taken randomly from the population of SD Negeri in Sematang District, Palembang. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis showed that in the test of the influence of learning facilities variables on the learning effectiveness variable through the t-test obtained acount value of 5.254 greater than the t-table 2.007, it was concluded that there was an influence of learning facilities on the learning effectiveness of SD Negeri in Sematang Borang District, Palembang, as well as the test of the influence of classroom management variables on the learning effectiveness variable obtained a t-count value of 5.005 greater than the t-table value 2.007, it was concluded that there was an influence of classroom management on the learning effectiveness of SD Negeri in Sematang Borang District, Palembang. The test continues by looking at the effect of learning facilities variables and classroom management variables together on the learning effectiveness variable obtained tcount value 18.605 greater F-table 3.168 at a significant level of 5% so it is concluded that there is an effect of learning facilities and classroom management together on the effectiveness of learning in SD Negeri in Sematang Borang District, Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the principal’s oversight of the project’s execution to improve the Pancasila student profile, as well as to describe and analyze the challenges faced and solutions employed in the program’s implementation. This study employs a qualitative with data obtained through direct interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings conclude the principals have carried out management functions 1) planning function through participatory planning involving other parties to support this project; 2) organizing the potential of educational resources available in the school; 3) conducting this project (P5) activities in line with the implementation flow of the Pancasila Student Profile strengthening project; 4) Providing direct and indirect guidance, coaching, and mentoring in P5 activities. Challenges faced by school principals 1) human resource factors; 2) content-related factors of P5 activities; 3) value dimensions to be achieved in P5 activities; 4) implementation arrangement factors for P5 activities; 5) local wisdom factors. Solutions undertaken include; 1) conducting pre-P5 activities; 2) coordinating with school committees to encourage parents to motivate their children to actively participate in P5 activities; 3) reflecting on P5 activities; 4) re-internalizing and revitalizing the concept of P5 implementation; 5) conducting P5 activities based on local wisdom in accordance with the P5 activity flow; 6) determining the value dimensions, themes, and time allocation adjusted to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The implementation of education at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman requires financial support that is not small. In the aspect of meeting the financing needs or funds for the implementation of education at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman is supported by three sources of funds, namely the South Sumatra provincial government and the central government and the community. In this study, the research method used is basic research, which is research to develop the theory of school financial governance by paying attention to the five principles of financial governance. This research discusses financial governance at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman can be Financial management at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman can be concluded in the good category. The results of this study are financial management at Madrasah Aliah Babussalam Payaraman has implemented four management functions, namely the management function, namely the planning function, the organizing function, the implementation function and the supervision function have applied the principles of transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and flexibility, and in accordance with the technical guidelines (juknis) for the use of government and community assistance funds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran, hambatan, dan upaya pengawas sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu pengawas sekolah berperan penting dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini melalui pendampingan, pelatihan guru, monitoring, evaluasi, pengembangan profesional guru, fasilitasi kolaborasi, hubungan sekolah dengan pemangku kepentingan, penyedia sumber daya, bantuan teknis, penyelesaian masalah, pengawalan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan peningkatan kualitas asesmen. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya pemahaman tentang Kurikulum Merdeka, keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, kurangnya waktu untuk pelatihan, minimnya pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan dukungan yang kurang dari pemangku kepentingan. Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut meliputi peningkatan kapasitas pengawas dan guru melalui pelatihan, optimalisasi sumber daya, membangun pola pikir positif, meningkatkan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan, pengembangan program keprofesian berkelanjutan, dukungan teknis praktis, komunikasi efektif, serta sosialisasi dan edukasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Each individual has their own way of dealing with problems, these ways are influenced by learning and experience. Guidance and counseling services are based on efforts to assist developmental tasks, potential developments, and control the counselee's problems. Counselors are demanded to have a complete figure of counselor who includes academic and professional competence as a scientific basis in the implementation of guidance and counseling services. Problem solving and decision making skills are individual abilities in identifying problems, clarifying problems, knowing the causes and effects of problems, making decisions, presenting choices, daring to take and accepting risks. The steps in problem solving and decision making are: Awareness of the existence of a problem, identifying the causes of the problem, looking for alternative solutions, considering alternatives and making choices, implementing choices, and choices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Disiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Penelitian berlokasi di Kelurahan Payaraman Barat, Kecamatan Payaraman, Ogan Ilir. Adapun jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 guru dan 30 siswa dari SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan angket yang berisi 60 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh implementasi kurikulum merdeka terhadap hasil belajar siswa; terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa; terdapat pengaruh implementasi kurikulum merdeka dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Disiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa memiliki pengaruh.
