Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence between the competence of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting time and image on patient satisfaction. Apart from that, it is also to find out the significant simultaneous influence and which variables are the most dominant in influencing patient satisfaction at the Baki Health Center. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 100 patients and the entire population was sampled in this study, where the sampling technique used census sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear tests. The research results show that the competency of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting time and image partially and significantly influence patient satisfaction. The advice from this research is that medical officers continue to improve the competency of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting times and image, so that patient satisfaction can continue to increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of environmental influences, leadership and employee discipline on the productivity of Nik's Collection Surakarta convection employees. The author uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research will be conducted for 3 months, from October 2023 to December 2023. The population in this research is 58 employees of Konveksi NIK'S Collection Surakarta. The population was less than 100, so the researchers took all employees of Konveksi NIK'S Collection Surakarta, namely 58 employees. The sampling technique in this research used a census. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the environment, leadership and employee discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the productivity of Nik's Collection Surakarta convection employees. Based on the t test, it was found that environmental results, leadership and employee discipline had a positive and significant influence on the productivity of Nik's Collection Surakarta convection employees.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. In this quantitative descriptive study, the author focuses research on moderating leadership styles on the influence of compensation and work culture on occupational therapist loyalty. This research is located in all child growth and development clinics in Bekasi City. In conducting this study, the time needed was for 6 months starting from observation to making data results and conclusions of population research in this study were Occupational Therapists who work in Bekasi City, totaling 61 people, the samples taken in this study were 61 Occupational Therapists who works at child growth and development clinics in Bekasi City. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis tool using the help of SMARTPLS software. After an in-depth discussion of the data obtained, the resulting conclusions are Compensation, Work Culture and Leadership Style directly have a significant effect on Occupational Loyalty. For the Moderation Variable, it can be concluded that Leadership Style in moderating has no influence between compensation and loyalty of the Occupational Therapist. Similarly, moderating leadership style also has no influence between work culture and loyalty

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate how the convenience of payment impacts buying choices when utilizing the Shopee PayLater option, to assess how the level of risk influences purchasing decisions with the Shopee PayLater feature, and to examine the impact of trust on buying decisions facilitated by the Shopee PayLater functionality. Shopee users in Surakarta, Central Java, were studied. This research approach employs a quantitative research design. all customers who have and have used Shopee PayLater in the Surakarta district of Central Java. The sample size for this study is 100 people. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling procedure. Data is gathered through the utilization of a survey, and the analysis involves employing traditional assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and the determination coefficient test. The results reveal that the convenience of payment has a noteworthy and positive impact on buying choices carried out using the Shopee PayLater option. Similarly, the degree of risk exhibits a significant and favorable influence on purchasing decisions made through the Shopee PayLater feature. Furthermore, trust also demonstrates a substantial and beneficial effect on purchasing decisions facilitated by the Shopee PayLater functionality. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis show that Trust is the most important variable.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population used as the subject is all companies in the transportation and logistics sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2021 period, a total of 30 companies. The sampling method for this study used purposive sampling, which resulted in 15 companies as samples, with a total of 45 observational data. In the analysis, researchers used multiple regression methods using SPSS version 25. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a significant influence on firm value. However, the capital structure variable does not significantly affect the value of companies in the transportation and logistics sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to determine how return on equity, return on assets, and earnings per share affect the stock prices of banking companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2020-2022). The population considered in the study was 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sample methodology employs the purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The survey included 21 banking companies. This research data uses secondary data on financial statements of banking companies. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25's multiple linear regression. The sample is subjected to multiple linear regression analysis, a traditional assumption test. To test variables, model feasibility tests, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests are employed. The research results show that equity repatriation has a significant positive impact on stock prices, asset repatriation has a significant positive impact on stock prices, and earnings per share have a significant positive impact on stock prices. The result of the decision test gives an adjusted R2 value of 0.551 or 55.1%, indicating thatistock price of banking companies is affected by the variables "return on equity", "reorganization of assets" and "earnings per share", while the remaining variables are affected by Influence. 44.9% are affected by other variables

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of incentive variables, work environment, discipline and leadership style on employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 53 employees who worked at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The sampling technique used in this research was a census technique with a sample size of 53 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that incentives, work environment, discipline and leadership style partially and significantly influence employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The advice from this research is that the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center continues to improve incentives, work environment, discipline and existing leadership styles, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.
