Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh display produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Cabang Bintaro Tangerang Selatan.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini display produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 44,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,924 > 1,984). Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 44,0%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,783 > 1,984). Display produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,656 + 0,632X1 + 0,379X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 53,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (55,253 > 2,700).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio dan BOPO Ratio Terhadap Return On Asset Pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Capital Adequacy Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset sebesar 45,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,583 > 2,306). BOPO Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset sebesar 47,6%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,698 > 2,306). Capital Adequacy Ratio dan BOPO Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = -0,158 + 0,013X1 + 0,035X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 66,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (6,823 > 4,350).

Abstract

Local Government Policies are the main foundation that directs the development process in Cianjur Regency. To achieve the common goal of improving the welfare of the Cianjur community. This policy is expected to be able to respond to changes that occur and provide solutions to any existing problems, because policies that are implemented can be viewed from the effectiveness of the achievements that have been set. Therefore, researchers focused their research on how to evaluate the Cianjur Regency Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) Policy in 2011-2016. The research objectives, among others; to describe and analyze the Cianjur Regency Mid-term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD) 2011-2016 Policy Evaluation. The research method uses descriptive, and the research approach uses mixed methods, through a concurrent embedded design model (unbalanced mixture). The results reveal that the success of the RPJMD policy evaluation is empirically determined by the dimensions or aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and dimensions of appropriateness. This study concludes that the evaluation of the Cianjur Regency RPJMD policy in 2011-2016, especially related to the development of road infrastructure based on tourism has not been running optimally, so it has implications for the welfare of the community, especially those in the South Cianjur Region.

Abstract

The Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) as a mandatory document in the planning process carried out by local governments is one of the vital documents that determines the future development direction of an area. The purpose of this study was to determine the policy evaluation strategy aimed at the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for the 2011-2016 period, with the locus of Cianjur Regency. The strategy that can be carried out by the Cianjur Regency government refers to the Priority scale pattern which is based on the calculation results of the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), which essentially follows the pattern; (1) dimension of perception equation, (2) dimension of accuracy, (3) dimension of equalization, (4) dimension of responsiveness. (5) the dimension of adequacy, (6) the dimension of efficiency, (7) the dimension of effectiveness. The results showed that in order to increase people's purchasing power and create a prosperous South Cianjur community, the Regional Government and DPRD of Cianjur Regency are expected to be able to increase synergy, both in the form of coordination and collaboration, especially in relation to the preparation of the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan in the coming period by making road infrastructure development one of the Cianjur Regency Development Missions. This is very important to do, so that road infrastructure development gets serious attention from various stakeholders.

Abstract

Planning can be defined as determining the actions that will be carried out in the future with the aim of achieving what is desired. Planning is often arranged to solve a certain problem at a certain time. Planning is a continuous process, covering two aspects, namely the formulation of the plan and its implementation. Development is a process of implementing activities to make a better change as an application of a predetermined planning process. In the Cianjur Regency RPJMD 2011-2016, it is explained that the policy on public works is directed at road and bridge infrastructure programs, irrigation, water resources, building construction and rural infrastructure development. In accordance with the context of the problem to be studied, this research focuses more on road infrastructure based on tourism in South Cianjur which is expected to increase the purchasing power and welfare of the community, especially those in South Cianjur. This research uses qualitative research. A qualitative approach was chosen because it can be used to reveal and understand something behind a phenomenon that is not yet known or a phenomenon that is little known. The results showed that the implementation of the Cianjur Regency RPJMD policy was deemed not implemented properly, it was proven that good road conditions were around 36.35% and the rest was 64.65%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Aruman Aditya which operates in the developer sector with the aim of this research being to develop appropriate HR management strategies to support digital transformation in improving company results where human resource management requires a strategic management style to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by create education and training programs. Methodology study use qualitative approach, observation structured and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the educational methods used by company leaders are in developing human resources in facing transformation The company's digital implementation is still being pursued and the company owner advises management to take action to create a programmed and sustainable education program to increase knowledge and skills in accordance with digital- based work needs , while training methods in the process of developing human resources in facing digital transformation have not yet been programmed.

Abstract

Currently, self-healing is an alternative for patients who want to undergo treatment outside the standard medical treatment and want to reduce the negative impact of drug side effects. Self-healing is a method of healing diseases without using drugs, but by healing and releasing feelings and emotions that are pent up in the body. In carrying out its services, the Hanara Wellbeing Center Clinic uses the principle of therapeutic communication in serving patients. This phenomenon is then studied using the construction paradigm, qualitative methods, case study approaches, and social construction theory. The data collection techniques used were participant observation for one year, interviews with 6 key informants and triangulation of 19 sources, literature studies, and document studies. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman interactive model and validity testing used data triangulation. The results of the study showed that the Hanara Wellbeing Center Clinic uses 2 types of therapeutic communication in serving patient self-healing, namely verbal therapeutic communication consisting of words and language. And nonverbal communication consisting of kinesics, paralinguistics, proxemics, chronemics, artifactual communication, and using artifacts or healing environments. All of these communication components are used to make patients feel comfortable, safe, calm, and happy so that the healing process can be accelerated.

Abstract

Managerial changes in the era of disruption require rapid adaptation to technological developments, especially in digital communication. PT. Aruman Aditya, a company operating in the developer sector, faces challenges in managing change effectively. This research aims to identify change management strategies through digital communication using an analysis of three key components: effective digital-based communication, continuous training, and technology adoption, as well as a SWOT analysis. The qualitative research collects data through documentation studies, direct observation, and structured interviews. The research results show that effective digital-based communication is vital in conveying the vision of change to all employees. Second, continuous training is essential in ensuring employees can keep up with technological developments. Third, adopting technology through digital communications increases operational efficiency and strengthens inter-divisional collaboration. The results of the SWOT analysis show that PT. Aruman Aditya has strengths in employee competency and technology adoption but faces weaknesses in training costs and resistance to change. The opportunities for developing employee skills are enormous, although threats from technology and intense competition must be faced with the right strategy. In conclusion, PT. Aruman Aditya is in a stable position and is advised to implement progressive strategies to increase the Company's efficiency and competitiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia melalui keterampilan soft skills dan hard skills dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing dan mengembangkan bisnis ritel di CV. MGA. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT,”Matriks SWOT, serta IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy).” Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. MGA terlalu fokus pada pencapaian target dan angka, sehingga mengabaikan pengembangan keterampilan soft skill karyawan. Selain itu, karyawan CV. MGA juga kurang menguasai keterampilan teknis (hard skill) seperti teknologi, manajemen stok, analisis data, dan pengoperasian mesin kasir, yang berpengaruh pada performa bisnis retail yang sangat bergantung pada interaksi pelanggan. Sedangkan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui keterampilan soft skill dan hard skill di CV. MGA berada di Kuadran II, artinya perusahaan menghadapi ancaman eksternal yang tinggi namun memiliki kekuatan internal yang signifikan. Strategi yang diusulkan adalah memanfaatkan kekuatan internal untuk menangkap peluang jangka panjang, merespons perubahan pasar, dan mendorong inovasi produk. Strategi pengembangan SDM dilakukan melalui pelatihan berbasis digital, mentoring, penggunaan teknologi, dan transformasi penjualan ke digital marketing. Langkah strategis yang direkomendasikan meliputi penentuan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan, pelatihan soft skill dan hard skill berbasis digital, serta pemberian penghargaan kepada karyawan yang menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan. Dengan strategi ini, CV. MGA diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan mengembangkan bisnis ritel secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT. Aruman Aditya Developer, melibatkan setidaknya 40 orang karyawan di PT. Aruman Aditya Developer. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, angket kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menujukan hasil bahwa nilai Thitung sebesar 5.870, bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja di PT Aruman Aditya Developer memiliki dampak yang kuat dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, meskipun secara parsial. Pada PT Aruman Aditya Developer, Kompensasi memiliki dampak yang cukup positif dan cukup besar terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dengan nilai Thitung sebesar 2,420. Dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 31.357, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi sama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan besar terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. Aruman Aditya Developer terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. 63% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sesuai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,629, sedangkan 37% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
