Abstract

Lekra Cafe is one of the cafes in Cianjur, It is known that sales have decreased from time to time. For this reason, researchers are interested in conducting research on Lekra Cafe Marketing Mix Analysis in an Effort to Increase Sales. This study uses the theory of Philip Kotler and Armstrong on the marketing mix parameters and Basu Swastha for the sales parameters. This study uses a qualitative method by using in-depth interview data collection techniques to the manager of the Lekra cafe. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis according to Freddy Rangkuti. In this study, the informants are the managers of the Lekra cafe as the object of interviews and data of sales from time to time and the customers of the Lekra cafe consumers who have purchased as the object of the interview are flexible. The results of the study can be concluded that the Lekra cafe is in the Quadrant I position, meaning that it has an internal strength of 2.96; weakness 2.67; odds 2.02; and has a threat of 2.4. So as to produce a point coordinates x = 0.29; y= 0.7. This shows that the coordinates are in Quadrant I, which supports an aggressive strategy. Where this aggressive strategy shows a very profitable position, that Lekra cafe has opportunities and strengths so that it can optimally take advantage of existing opportunities and is on the right track by continuing to carry out aggressive development strategies that can increase sales. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is Growth Oriented Strategy.

Abstract

This research is an application of the Business Model Canvas at Toko Benihana, a shop that sells secondary needs such as clothes, shoes and others. This research was conducted to see the effectiveness of the BMC method at the Benihana store. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, and data collection was carried out by interview and direct observation. The method of determining the number of samples used is non-probability sampling, with acidential sampling. The samples collected were 103 samples with the key samples being the manager and 2 Benihana store employees. The results showed that the application of BMC is still lacking in terms of Customer Relationships, namely the skills of marketing staff still need to be improved in terms of Customer Relationships. By increasing the Customer Relationship skills of marketing staff, offline sales can be further improved. The next finding is the importance of using social media massively to increase sales. We assess the need for guidance and mentoring to improve employee skills. These findings are expected to be input for the government so that the government can provide assistance to MSME players in the form of training and mentoring.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penerapan Business Model Canvas pada Toko Benihana yaitu toko yang menjual kebutuhan sekunder seperti baju, sepatu dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektifitas metode BMC pada toko Benihana. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung. Metode penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dengan sampling acidential. Sampel yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 103 sampel dengan sampel kunci adalah manajer dan 2 karyawan toko Benihana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan BMC masih kurang dalam hal Customer Relationships, yaitu keterampilan staf pemasaran masih perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal Customer Relationships. Dengan meningkatnya skill Customer Relationship staf pemasaran maka penjualan offline bisa lebih ditingkatkan. Temuan selanjutnya adalah pentingnya menggunakan media sosial secara masif untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Kami menilai perlu adanya bimbingan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan skill karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah agar pemerintah bisa memberikan bantuan kepada para pelaku UMKM berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan.

Abstract

Currently, self-healing is an alternative for patients who want to undergo treatment outside the standard medical treatment and want to reduce the negative impact of drug side effects. Self-healing is a method of healing diseases without using drugs, but by healing and releasing feelings and emotions that are pent up in the body. In carrying out its services, the Hanara Wellbeing Center Clinic uses the principle of therapeutic communication in serving patients. This phenomenon is then studied using the construction paradigm, qualitative methods, case study approaches, and social construction theory. The data collection techniques used were participant observation for one year, interviews with 6 key informants and triangulation of 19 sources, literature studies, and document studies. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman interactive model and validity testing used data triangulation. The results of the study showed that the Hanara Wellbeing Center Clinic uses 2 types of therapeutic communication in serving patient self-healing, namely verbal therapeutic communication consisting of words and language. And nonverbal communication consisting of kinesics, paralinguistics, proxemics, chronemics, artifactual communication, and using artifacts or healing environments. All of these communication components are used to make patients feel comfortable, safe, calm, and happy so that the healing process can be accelerated.

Abstract

Di antara media dukungan psikososial yang diberikan pada anak-anak dan remaja korban gempa cianjur adalah melibatkan mereka dalam permainan tradisional. Jenis permainan yang dipilih sebagai teknik intervensi psikososial untuk memulihkan kondisi psikososial anak-anak dan remaja penyintas gempa Cianjur adalah permainan sondah/engklek, ular naga, batu taba, gembatan, dan gobag sodor. Sebelum memberikan intervensi, dilakukan observasi dan wawancara dan diperoleh gambaran bahwa anak-anak yang pada awalnya menunjukan perilaku yang murung dan pendiam menjadi tampak lebih riang dan aktif karena dapat berinteraksi dengan teman-temannya. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menggunakan metode Service-Learning atau SL. Pelaksana pengabdian melakukan aktivitas yang melibatkan pengalaman praktis, pembelajaran akademik dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak merasa aman dan nyaman saat melakukan aktivitas bermain permainan tradisional. Anak yang mengalami trauma dapat keluar dari trauma. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional efektif untuk diberikan sebagai media dukungan psikososial bagi anak-anak dan remaja penyintas bencana. Permainan tradisional dapat menurunkan trauma, rasa cemas, dan takut pada anak dan remaja.
