Abstract

The internet is a widely accessible public resource that serves as a primary driver of the digital economy. across the realm of internet governance, Top Level Domains (TLDs) assume a significant function in facilitating the expansion of internet accessibility, hence enhancing its utilisation and dissemination across society. This study examines the global patterns in top-level domain (TLD) management, identifies common challenges in TLD management within Indonesia, and assesses the appropriateness of management strategies for Indonesia, particularly in relation to internet promotion as a means of contributing to economic growth and societal advancement. Additionally, it explores the potential for fostering innovation within the country's TLD management practises. The digital economy refers to the economic activities and transactions that are conducted through digital technologies and platforms. This study examines the government's role as a regulator in shaping this trajectory. However, it is important to exercise caution to ensure that the TLD business process operates autonomously, minimising undue political interference.

Abstract

Currently, self-healing is an alternative for patients who want to undergo treatment outside the standard medical treatment and want to reduce the negative impact of drug side effects. Self-healing is a method of healing diseases without using drugs, but by healing and releasing feelings and emotions that are pent up in the body. In carrying out its services, the Hanara Wellbeing Center Clinic uses the principle of therapeutic communication in serving patients. This phenomenon is then studied using the construction paradigm, qualitative methods, case study approaches, and social construction theory. The data collection techniques used were participant observation for one year, interviews with 6 key informants and triangulation of 19 sources, literature studies, and document studies. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman interactive model and validity testing used data triangulation. The results of the study showed that the Hanara Wellbeing Center Clinic uses 2 types of therapeutic communication in serving patient self-healing, namely verbal therapeutic communication consisting of words and language. And nonverbal communication consisting of kinesics, paralinguistics, proxemics, chronemics, artifactual communication, and using artifacts or healing environments. All of these communication components are used to make patients feel comfortable, safe, calm, and happy so that the healing process can be accelerated.

Abstract

The flood of information following the earthquake disaster in Cianjur has had an impact on the spread of hoaxes which is difficult to stop. The impact not only causes anxiety and fear, it even triggers division and conflict. To educate the public in preventing hoaxes, the Volunteer Team from Putra Indonesia University and Jayabaya University for three months after the earthquake carried out activities to Strengthen Digital Literacy and Psychosocial Assistance at earthquake victim posts spread across Cianjur. Implementation of community service uses a service-learning method that adapts the learning system to the situation and needs of the community. Community service activities are carried out using teaching aids that can be received by earthquake victims in the form of fun-learning with a duration of two hours. The first session is filled with introductions and storytelling, then learning while playing in the second session. The group was divided into two separate locations, namely the children's group and the parents' group. The aim is for each group to receive different material reinforcement according to their individual needs. Implementation of activities is carried out in collaboration with various parties (between universities, company CSR and local stakeholders). The results of the activities carried out showed that participants were able to understand digital culture, ethics in using social media, and the Personal Data Protection Law.

Abstract

In higher education, where it is required to create superior human resources, digitalization is a challenge that must be overcome both administratively and in, terms of learning functions. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic seems to encourage and force the implementation of digital education, one of the implementations of which is an online learning system. The online learning system should not be an obstacle that discourages the pursuit of knowledge. The academic community of Universitas Putra Indonesia (UNPI) Cianjur in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology, Jayabaya University is trying to answer all the challenges above in the form of Community Service activities with the Short Class – Influencer Academy program. Through the Short Class – Influencer Academy program. This activity uses the Service-Learning or SL method, which is an activity that involves practical experience, academic learning, and community involvement. Activities will take place from 20 December 2022 to 20 January 2023.
