Abstract

Accreditation is an assessment process from the government to determine the quality and quality of an institution based on criteria set by the government. More and more people are aware of the importance of education, it turns out to be one of the factors in the development of PAUD institutions in Indonesia, but there are still some PAUD institutions that have not carried out the accreditation process because the issue of accreditation is a scary moment so that institutions experience many obstacles in the process of preparing for accreditation, both principals, teachers. , administration staff. This mentoring activity aims to provide an understanding to institutions of the importance of an accreditation and provide direction in accordance with accreditation assessment standards and by using workshop methods, lectures, questions and answers and the practice of making accreditation documents and uploading documents in the SISPENA application. This activity was carried out on Saturday-Sunday, 18-19 July 2022 at the Restu Bunda PAUD Post Institute, Durensewu Village, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. With this training, teachers can better understand and understand what they will prepare during the accreditation process

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how religious education is taught using a humanistic approach for children with special needs at Darut Taqwa Vocational School, to find out the parameters for the success of learning religious education for ABK with a humanistic approach and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for learning religious education for ABK with a humanistic approach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The research results show that religious education learning through a humanistic approach for ABK is in the quite effective category. This can be seen from the special attention given by religious education teachers to students with special needs so that they can follow and understand the learning well. The success of religious education for children with special needs using a humanistic approach has been considered quite successful, this can be seen when in learning students feel happy and not differentiated from regular students, they can read iqro', understand hijaiyah letters, can do questions, students' progress after learning is better compared to before. Supporting factors for learning Islamic religious education with a humanistic approach include: the presence of special teachers from special schools, teaching staff who have undergone inclusion training, facilities and infrastructure that have been adapted to the needs of children with special needs, school support, and the existence of a humanistic approach. Inhibiting factors include children with special needs who have difficulty listening to explanations during learning, teachers who are not yet experts in using sign language, and there are no standard minimum criteria.

Abstract

Quality education requires innovative and adaptive learning planning according to current developments. This article discusses strategic steps that can be taken to create motivating and relevant learning experiences. Progressive education requires an innovative approach in designing learning plans. This article outlines a series of strategic steps that can be taken to create a dynamic learning experience that is in line with current needs. By exploring the concept of in-depth understanding of student needs, readers are invited to understand the importance of differentiation as the main basis. Collaborative and team learning is the focus of the next section, providing concrete examples of the implementation of teamwork in the learning process. Evaluation of innovation and continuous adjustment concludes, emphasizing the importance of continuous reflection in improving the effectiveness and relevance of learning plans. This article uses a literature review research method, namely a literature study by taking sources from scientific journals. The aim of this article is to provide inspiration and practical guidance to readers to develop learning plans that are not only innovative but also relevant and responsive to changes in the world of education.
