Abstract

Stroke is the main cause of death in Indonesia. Identification of stroke risk factors can use the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS). Researchers have designed and developed a CDSS using the Framingham Risk Score (FRS) method to identify stroke in patients. The study aims to identify stroke risk factors using CDSS with the Framingham Risk Score method in dr Soebandi Hospital. This research was an analytic observational study using secondary data from medical record documents of neurology patients. . The sampling technique used was incidental sampling that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria used in selecting medical records were medical records that had complete data regarding gender, age, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, smoking behavior, history of diabetes mellitus, and the patient's stroke incidence thus obtaining 14 patient medical records.. Data were analyzed using the FRS method. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there were 8 patients with high risk and 6 patients with low risk. However, further research needs to be carried out on the relationship between variables so that they can contribute in more detail to efforts to reduce the prevalence of stroke in society.

Abstract

One of Politeknik Negeri Jember's Teaching Factories (TEFA) that offers community nutrition services is the Nutrition Care Centre (NCC). The design of electronic medical records (EMRs) for continuous care patients, especially those with non-communicable diseases, is being studied in order to meet the ever-increasing needs of health care, assist patients who require continuous care, and improve the way that modern medical technology serves humans. The Waterfall framework concept is used in the research process, and an electronic medical record system is designed in accordance with the goals and the overall architecture of the system. Black-box testing and white-box testing are then conducted to evaluate the features, dependability, and stability of the designed electronic medical record system. Furthermore, when combined with other research findings, the design's viability is demonstrated. It is evident that the electronic medical record system created for the study's patients who require ongoing care is entirely workable. As electronic medical records continue to develop, there will be more opportunities to research and enhance this system, which will benefit patients and hospitals alike in the long run.

Abstract

Complementary feeding is nutritious food in addition to breast milk given to infants during the complementary feeding period to achieve nutritional adequacy. Complementary feeding products to be marketed should be guaranteed to be safe from metal and microbial contamination. SNI 01-7111.1-2005 explains the minimum limits for contamination of arsenic, lead, tin, mercury and free from Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp, Staphylococcus aureus microbes. This study aims to determine safety by comparing the metal contamination and microbial contamination figures between the P1, P2 and P3 complementary feeding formulas. P1 and P2 are complementary feeding made from soybean powder and dragon fruit skin. P1 consists of 25% soybean powder, 45% powdered milk, 10% dragon fruit skin powder, 20% sugar. P2 consists of 35% soybean powder, 35% powdered milk, 10% dragon fruit skin powder, 20% sugar. While P3 is a commercial complementary feeding. The methods used for metal contamination detection are ICP-MS, coliform and Escherichia coli microbial contamination with the Most Probable Number (Apm) technique and APL with the pour plate technique, detection of salmonella spp. according to ISO 6579-1: 2017, Positive Coagulation Staphylococci. The results include arsenic metal contamination in P2 and P3 while lead in P2 with levels below the maximum SNI limit. Microbial contamination ALT, Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp, Staphylococcus aureus. P1, P2, P3 according to SNI standards while coliform only in P2 meets SNI standards. So it can be concluded that the MPASI formula from soybean powder and dragon fruit skin P2 is the safest to consume because it has metal and microbial contamination results according to SNI standards.
