Abstract

Upaya peningkatan produksi pertanian melalui ekstensifikasi pertanian bisa dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan lahan tidur. Meskipun secara umum potensi lahan tidur cukup besar, sampai saat ini belum ada informasi akurat mengenai potensi lahan tidur yang ada di kabupaten Ngawi, Madiun dan Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk: 1) Mengidentifikasi potensi lahan tidur di Kabupaten Ngawi, Madiun, dan Nganjuk untuk budidaya Porang dan Jamur Tiram, 2) Menganalisis usaha tani dan nilai tambah budidaya Porang dan Jamur Tiram, dan 3) Menentukan model pengusahaan dan strategi pengembangan budidaya Porang dan Jamur Tiram pada lahan tidur di lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Area lahan tidur di Kabupaten Madiun dan Nganjuk sangat sesuai untuk budidaya Porang dan Jamur Tiram. Sedangkan di Kabupaten Ngawi perlu pemilihan lokasi yang cermat khususnya untuk budidaya porang, 2) Usaha tani Porang dan Jamur tiram sangat menguntungkan secara ekonomi. Nilai tambah akan semakin tinggi dengan melakukan pengolahan Porang dan Jamur Tiram menjadi berbagai jenis produk olahan, 3) Strategi untuk pengembangan budidaya Porang dan Jamur Tiram dapat dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek budidaya, pascapanen, permodalan, dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Arabic vocabulary recognition is an important aspect of learning at MTs Darun - Najah, a school that emphasizes on Islamic religious education. This research proposes the application of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and EfficientNet B7 to create learning media for Arabic vocabulary recognition for students. This method is implemented in the form of a web-based application. The built application offers an innovative approach in learning by utilizing deep learning. The results of several trials conducted showed that the application of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and EfficientNet B7 achieved 90% accuracy with an average precision of 94.6%, recall 94.6%, and f1-score 94.6%. Tests using User Acceptence Testing (UAT) have a success accuracy rate of 87.2% which proves that users can accept quite well.

Abstract

The increasing popularity of South Korean culture among Indonesian society has led to a growing interest in gaining a deeper understanding of the country, including a desire to master the Korean language. However, learning the Korean alphabet (hangul) often presents challenges due to its characters being unfamiliar to the Indonesian people. Therefore, engaging and interactive learning media are needed to assist in the learning process. Within this endeavor, a learning website called Learn Hangul was developed, focusing on two main features: learning hangul characters and their arrangement, as well as practicing writing syllables using Korean letters. This website was developed using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) LeNet-5 to facilitate learning, with black box testing results indicating good functionality. Model performance evaluation yielded satisfactory values, with model accuracy at 89.2%, precision at 89.7%, recall at 88.8%, and an F1-score of 89.2%. Direct testing with users also showed a high success rate, with 80% of respondents experiencing an increase in their knowledge of Korean characters (Hangul) after trying to learn them on the Learn Hangul website. Thus, the Learn Hangul website serves as a useful learning tool for those interested in studying the Korean alphabet (hangul).

Abstract

Teaching Factory Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a synergistic product of the Jember State Polytechnic and the world of business and industry (DUDI). The development of NCC supports student practice learning in conducting nutrition interventions. The research aims to develop an efficient and attractive NCC-promotive educational media. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with the approach that is used design thinking. It requires a designer to be able to analyze a problem, express creative ideas, experiment in making a prototype, to collect the proper feedback regarding the media created. The study results show that the audio-visual media that will be developed are the NCC mascot, profile videos, and nutrition education videos. Through the ideate and prototype stages are an egg mascot called Si Nucca, an acronym for the Nutrition Care Center. The character of eggs describes foods with high nutritional value and are affordable by the community. The results of media validation by the material and media validators got good results ( score of 4.7). Acceptance test results show a score of 4.47 with a good interpretation on the aspects of effectiveness, attractiveness and efficiency. The conclusion is that the audio-visual media that has been developed is feasible to be tested on the public.

Abstract

Pendekatan klasifikasi data bersifat supervised learning menuntut adanya dataset yang lengkap. Permasalahan yang muncul adanya missing value yaitu hilangnya nilai suatu atribut yang diakibatkan kesalahan dalam pengumpulan data, kesalahan saat memasukkan data, dan ketidakmampuan responden untuk memberikan jawaban yang akurat. Penelitian ini melakukan uji coba pengembangan rule decision tree C4.5 untuk data penyakit ginjal kronis. Dataset terdiri dari 400 record, 24 atribut dan 1 kelas target. Karakteristik data yang digunakan meliputi 11 data bertipe numerik dan 14 data bertipe nominal. Jumlah data kelas positif penyakit ginjal kronis 250, sedangkan negatif ginjal kronis 150. Total data yang tidak lengkap (missing value) 1012 records. Perlakuan pertama dibangun rule dengan menghitung entropy dan gain pada 360 data training yang terdapat missing value diperoleh 21 rules. Kemudian pada perlakuan kedua diterapkan prediksi missing value menggunakan rumus mean dan modus sebelum pembetukan rule tree, didapatkan 24 rules. Mengukur akurasi kedua rules tree C4.5 dilakukan menguji 40 data test, hasilnya 90% untuk rule dengan missing value dan 95% untuk dataset yang telah diprediksi nilainya. AbstractThe supervised learning approach to data classification requires a complete dataset. The problem that arises was the existence of missing value, namely the loss of the value of an attribute due to errors in data collection, errors when entering data, and the inability of respondents to provide accurate answers. This study conducted a trial on the development of the C4.5 rule decision tree for chronic kidney disease data. The dataset consisted of 400 records, 24 attributes and 1 target class. The data characteristics included 11 numeric data and 14 nominal data types. The number of positive data for kidney disease was 250, while the number of negative for kidney disease was 150 and the total of missing value was 1012 records. The first treatment was building a rule by calculating the entropy and gain on 360 training data where missing value was obtained, it was 21 rules. Then in the second treatment, the prediction of missing value was applied using the mean and mode formula before the formation of the rule tree, obtained 24 rules. Researcher was measuring the accuracy of the two rules tree C4.5 is done by using 40 data-testing, the result is 90% for rules with missing value and 95% for datasets whose value has been predicted.

Abstract

Bullying among students is increasingly prevalent, driven by various factors, including environmental influences and the impact of globalization. This issue poses significant challenges for teachers, who are often expected to monitor all students throughout the school day despite limited resources and time. The aim of this study is to explore effective strategies for preventing bullying in schools by integrating technological and creative approaches. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of bullying incidents with qualitative data from interviews and observations. The study focuses on the implementation of CCTV technology to enhance student behavior monitoring and prevent bullying incidents. Additionally, it investigates the use of arts-based activities as a means to help students channel excess energy into positive, creative outlets, thus reducing the likelihood of engaging in bullying behavior. The findings suggest that the combination of technological supervision and arts-based interventions significantly reduces the incidence of bullying in schools. The conclusion emphasizes the effectiveness of a holistic approach that incorporates both advanced monitoring tools and emotional support activities, highlighting the potential for these strategies to create a safer and more supportive school environment where students can thrive both emotionally and socially.

Abstract

Mesin pengisi larutan telah menjadi kebutuhan untuk berbagai industri, untuk pengemasan minuman, makanan, bahan kimia hingga farmasi. Penggunaan mesin otomatis pengisi larutan tentu untuk menghindari ketidakakuratan jumlah larutan yang diisikan pada kemasan, sehingga dapat menjaga produsen atau konsumen dari kerugian. Dalam artikel ini, penulis melakukan implementasi teknologi digital twin untuk menyempurnakan kinerja mesin pengisi larutan berbiaya rendah dengan memanfaatkan gaya gravitasi. Teknologi digital twin telah muncul sebagai alat yang menjanjikan untuk optimalisasi proses industri, dengan menghadirkan replika virtual dari sistem fisik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja. Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk membangun replika virtual 3D dari liquid filling machine dan komunikasi data secara nirkabel menggunakan REST API sebagai penunjang implementasi digital twin. Pengujian telah dilakukan berkaitan dengan waktu pengiriman data dengan kondisi koneksi internet yang berbeda. Diperoleh rata-rata 1,6 detik untuk mengirim data dan ditampilkan dengan visualisasi 3D sesuai kondisi mesin fisik.
