Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to determine the cost of raw material inventory, both using conventional and conventional methods Just In Time (JIT), at UD. Raya Kediri City. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive aimed at solving certain problems and achieving a deeper understanding of an event. The type of data used includes primary data from interview techniques and secondary data obtained from raw material inventory data. The analysis used in this research is analysis Just In Time (JIT). The place of this research is the UD Cracker Factory. Raya Kediri City. The raw material studied was wheat flour. The results of the raw material inventory research were calculated using Just In Time (JIT) obtained 21,600 kg with an ordering frequency of 4 times a month, and the total cost of raw material inventory using the Just In Time (JIT) is IDR. 153,140,000,-.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to analyze PT Matahari Putra Prima's financial health during 2018-2022 using the Zmijewski, Grover, and Springate models to predict potential financial distress. Background Problems: When a company experiences bankruptcy, its financial statements must be evaluated and measured through in-depth research. PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, a major player in Indonesia's retail industry, has faced significant challenges over the past few years due to shifts in consumer behavior towards online shopping and the economic impacts of COVID-19. Novelty: This research fills the gap in financial distress in retail businesses in Indonesia. Research Methods: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The financial data of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk from 2018 to 2022, obtained through documentation and literature review, were analyzed using three financial distress models: Zmijewski, Grover, and Springate. The sampling technique is a sampling technique to be used in research. The sampling design of this study uses nonprobability sampling. Nonprobability sampling can provide very useful information for a population. Following this study, the author will use the purposive sampling technique. Finding/Results: PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk for five years for 2018 – 2022 using Zmijewski, Grover, and Springate indicated that the company was experiencing Financial Distress. Research limitation/implications: It is better for PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk evaluates financial performance to bring the company to a better state. The company's value that shows the risk of financial distress, PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk, focuses more on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs in improving cash management and reducing short-term debt to reduce the risk of financial distress. Furthermore, maintain good communication with investors and stakeholders to build trust and support.

Abstract

Increasingly advanced developments and increasingly sophisticated technology have made the coffee business a promising business. This can be seen from the widespread sale of quality local coffee which is now everywhere, from roadside areas, business areas, to shopping centers. The goal of a company is definitely to make a profit. The aim of this research is to determine the minimum sales limit, sales planning, sales targets and sales safety limits using break even point (BEP) and margin of safety (MOS) analysis tools as profit planning decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive type. The research was conducted at Kedai Kopicab which is located at Bandar Lor, Kec. Mojoroto, Kediri City, East Java. The sample in this research is all the costs incurred by Kedai Kopicab in selling Vietnam Drip products. Research data was obtained through the interview stage and financial reports held by Kedai Kopicab. The results of the research are that Kedai Kopicab wants an increase for the next three years of 10% each year and obtains a BEP value in 2024 of IDR 68,734,132, in 2025 of IDR 71,461,209, and in 2026 of IDR 74,738,514. However, even though the BEP value increases each year, the percentage obtained by Kedai Kopicab tends to decrease each year. This requires anticipating risks such as controlling costs, increasing sales, and adjusting selling prices.

Abstract

East Java is the province with the largest population in Indonesia. In addition, East Java's economic growth rate is the highest on the island of Java. The economic growth needs to be supported by other economic indicators. One of the most important macroeconomic indicators is inflation. This study discusses the inflation forecasting for East Java towards the end of 2024. Financial forecasting is crucial as it serves as the basis for government decision-making. The forecasting technique used in this study is ARIMA. The tests indicated that inflation in East Java will decrease towards the end of the year. In December, East Java will experience deflation of -1.75%. Meanwhile, in January and February 2025, the inflation rates were -2.07 and -2.39, respectively. Therefore, the East Java government must implement policies to anticipate this situation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROE, EPS, DER, and ROA on PBV. This type of research is quantitative research. The data for this study were obtained through secondary data. The population in this study were all property companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. The sample in this study was 44 financial reports with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using eviews. The results of the study showed that the partial t-test results of the ROE and EPS variables had an effect on PBV with a significance value of less than 0.05. The DER and ROA variables had a negative effect on PBV with a significance value greater than 0.05. The results of the simultaneous F-test of ROE, EPS, DER, and ROA on PBV had a positive and significant effect with a significance value less than 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pb. Produsen Benih Dua Putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh.Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil regresi menunjukkan persamaan Y = 2,595 + 0,499X1 + 0,040X2 + 0,845X3. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar0,002 dan 0,000. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dengan nilai MUSYTARIISSN : 3025-9495Neraca Manajemen, EkonomiVol 16 No 7 Tahun 2025Prefix DOI : 10.8734/mnmae.v1i2.359signifikansi 0,820. Namun, berdasarkan uji f, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja tidak. Namun secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Sektor industry pengolahan merupakan sector yang penting dan memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variable makro ekonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dari sector industry pengolahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Data berupa data time series dari variable suku bunga, inflasi, serta nilai tukar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada sektor industry pengolahan di jawa timur. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode error correction model. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa secara jangka panjang variable suku bunga, inflasi, dan nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi pada sektor industri pengolahan pada provinsi Jawa Timur baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Sedangkan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang variabel inflasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan variabel suku bunga dan variabel nilai tukar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada sektor industri pengolahan di Provinsi jawa Timur. Secara jangka panjang ketiga variabel independent berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuahan ekonomi pada sektor industri pengolahan di Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the shipping industry in the digital age demands continuous service innovation, necessitating an in-depth analysis of various factors that influence customer satisfaction levels. This study aims to analyze the influence of Web Trace and Tracking, Delivery Timeliness, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction at PT. JNE Sales Counter Tempurejo. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 140 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination of 55%. These findings confirm that optimizing digital features such as Web Trace and Tracking, improving delivery timeliness, and implementing competitive pricing strategies can enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides strategic implications for the development of digital-based logistics services and suggests further research considering other variables such as brand image and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of life style, reference group, and E-WOM on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with the multiple linear analysis method. The data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously the variables of life style, reference group, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination supports the results of this study by showing that 80.1% of the independent variable affects the dependent variable and the rest is influenced by other factors. The role of independent variables in this study as information and recommendations in shaping purchasing decisions consumers in using haircut services at Jack Babershop Kota Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience, harga, dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Rizquna Kripik Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diolah dengan metode statistik dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang yang telah melakukan pembelian ulang minimal dua kali. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel customer experience memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,558 dan signifikansi 0,012. Variabel harga juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung 5,354 dan signifikansi 0,000, sedangkan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung 4,861 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 33,582 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,523 mengindikasikan bahwa 52,3% variasi dalam minat beli ulang dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa customer experience, harga, dan inovasi produk memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong loyalitas konsumen melalui minat beli ulang.
