Abstract

Internet technology has a significant impact, especially for online restaurant businesses that require a restaurant management information system, known as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. The case study used in developing the CRM system for Valia's Kitchen. Valia's Kitchen is an online restaurant business that has been operating in the culinary industry since 2019, located in the city of Mataram. Valia's Kitchen has partnered with a ride-hailing company and provides its own application. However, there are limitations and shortcomings in the operational management provided, such as the inability to display customer data such as names and contact numbers due to privacy and security concerns, the inability to back up all order data, lack of inventory management for products and raw materials, and the absence of a cash flow record for expenditure and income over a specific period, leading to limitations in operational management features. To address these issues, the researchers designed a CRM Information System for Restaurants in the city of Mataram to improve operational efficiency and facilitate transactions with customers. The system is web-based, built using PHP programming language with a MySQL database, following the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) development methodology, and tested using black box testing approach. The implementation of CRM in the system is manifested in features such as customer data management, menu management, raw material management, promotions management, partner management, raw material purchasing, restaurant expenses management, cash flow recording, transaction reports, restaurant statistics, and detailed reviews. The Black Box Testing results showed that the system features were functioning well without any errors. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results indicated that the average assessment scores for three admin respondents were 82%, while the average assessment scores for eleven respondents on the customer side were 86%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dampak variasi kecepatan node terhadap protokol routing Minimum Energy Dynamic Source Routing-Link Expiration Time (MEDSR-LET) pada jaringan Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET). Protokol routing MEDSR-LET merupakan hasil modifikasi dari protokol Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) yang ditambahkan algoritma Link Expiration Time (LET) pada kerangka protokol tersebut agar lebih optimal dalam hal pencarian rute. Namun, protokol MEDSR-LET belum teruji dalam lingkungan jaringan yang kecepatan nodenya bervariasi, karena pada penelitian yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya hanya diuji pada node yang hanya sampai kecepatan 20 m/s dan Quality of Service (QoS) yang diukur hanya konsumsi energinya saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan Network Simulator 2 (NS-2) untuk dilakukan analisis dampak variasi kecepatan node terhadap protokol routing MEDSR-LET. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba dari skenario simulasi jaringan yang telah diberikan, protokol routing MEDSR-LET ternyata mengalami kesulitan dalam menjaga koneksi yang stabil pada node-node berkecepatan tinggi sehingga dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan overhead pengiriman paket, yang dapat mengurangi throughput yang sebenarnya digunakan untuk pertukaran data dan juga menurunkan nilai PDR. Kecepatan node yang tinggi juga mempengaruhi delay, dimana protokol MEDSR-LET mengalami peningkatan delay yang cukup signifikan. Abstract

The development of e-voting was first introduced in the United States in 1974. Various countries around the world have also implemented e-voting using Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), the internet, mobile phones, fax, and other technologies to facilitate the electoral process. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the voting system is currently conducted solely through legislative and voting systems such as paper ballots or checkmarks. Therefore, in building an e-voting system, a Data Center is needed to store, process, disseminate data, accelerate the electoral process, and prevent the fraud that has been observed in traditional elections. This often leads to the idea of an e-voting system that is expected to effectively and efficiently accommodate all electoral principles while ensuring that democratic principles are upheld.

Abstract

Medicine sales are an important aspect in the pharmaceutical industry that requires effective analytical strategies to improve business performance and understand consumer patterns. This research aims to analyze medicine sales using Decision Tree method.The Decision Tree method is used to identify patterns and main factors that influence medicine sales. Decision trees will help in understanding the hierarchy of these factors and provide a clear view of the relationships between variables. These clusters can help in determining market segmentation and more specific sales strategies.The medicine sales data used in this research involves variables such as type of medicine, price, time of sale, and promotions carried out. The results of this analysis are expected to provide in-depth insight into sales trends, consumer preferences, and key factors that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medicine marketing strategies. By implementing this approach, it is hoped that pharmaceutical companies can make more informed decisions, minimize risks, and improve overall medicine sales performance. This research also contributes to the development of sales analysis methodology in the context of the pharmaceutical industry. The results of the Apply Model Decision Tree algorithm, obtained a true positive cash classification accuracy value of 75%, true positive Credit 66.67% and true positive Qris 100% class precision with an overall accuracy value of 80%. The level of accuracy between decision tree predictions and data testing is very high. This proves it that the Decision Tree Algorithm is suitable as a model for classification in this research

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lombok Island, known for its stunning natural beauty, faced significant challenges in its culinary industry, resulting in a drastic decline in revenue and tourist visits. Embracing technological solutions, particularly through food delivery apps like GoFood, became pivotal in overcoming these obstacles. These apps not only sustained local restaurants during the pandemic but also preserved Lombok's distinctive cuisine, such as Sate Rembiga. Beyond pandemic resilience, GoFood played a crucial role in balancing global technological advancements and supporting daily activities. The aim of this research is to employ the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to analyze the adoption of the GoFood application among owners of traditional Lombok cuisine restaurants, particularly focusing on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is designed to assess the extent of acceptance and adoption of GoFood among these restaurant owners during the pandemic, identifying key factors influencing their technological acceptance. The results of this research offer insights into the dynamics of technology acceptance within Lombok's culinary sector amid external changes such as the pandemic. In conclusion, understanding these dynamics can inform strategies to enhance the utilization of food delivery apps in traditional culinary businesses, ensuring resilience and adaptation in the face of unforeseen challenges.

Abstract

The need to use information systems in the digital world is absolutely necessary for a company. With an information system, it will be easier for companies to process data, store data and make decisions. One of the information system implementations that companies need is an accounting information system that regulates cash receipts and disbursements. However, currently there are still many companies that still store their transaction data traditionally using Microsoft Excel and are not yet computerized. Based on data obtained from interviews conducted with a company accountant, it is known that errors occurred when processing data which had an impact on financial reports, namely when inputting data into Microsoft Excel there was still data that was missed, resulting in incorrect financial reports. balance due to errors in recording transactions. By implementing a website-based cash accounting information system, it makes it easier for accountants to collect data in the cash book. This information system was created using the PHP programming language with Laravel as the framework and Extreme Programming as the development method. Extreme Programming was chosen because it requires good and regular communication with the client to adjust system needs. This information system consists of 3 iterations which have a processing time of 32 days. System testing was carried out using User Acceptance Testing with an average percentage obtained of 86.8%. These results can be indicated that the system is running properly and can be understood well by the client or user.

Abstract

Koperasi simpan pinjam merupakan organisasi bisnis yang dimiliki dan dioperasikan oleh anggota untuk kepentingan Bersama. Selain itu koperasi simpan pinjam juga merupakan jenis koperasi yang menyediakan layanan simpan dan pinjam untuk anggotanya. Dalam koperasi ini, anggota dapat menyimpan uang mereka dan mendapatkan bunga dari simpanan tersebut, serta meminjam uang dengan bunga yang lebih rendah dibandingkan lembaga keuangan lainnya. Tujuan utama koperasi simpan pinjam adalah membantu anggota yang membutuhkan dana dengan memberikan akses pinjaman yang lebih mudah dan dengan syarat yang lebih ringan, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota secara finansial. KSP Mitra Mandiri adalah salah satu koperasi yang digunakan oleh Masyarakat sebagai tempat meminjam modal.Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari Koperasi Simpan Pinjam KSP Mitra Mandiri bahwa dalam proses rekapan data koperasi simpan pinjam masih dikelola dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft excel. Sehingga tujuan merancang sistem informasi ini adalah mempermudah pegawai dalam menginput data dan mempercepat layanan kepada anggota koperasi. Di dalam perancangannya, sistem ini akan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Pengujian pada aplikasi ini menggunakan black boxtesting dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasilnya aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsionalitas masing – masing dan sesuai dengan user story yang diinginkan. Pengujian skalabilitas menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan hasil akhir sebesar 73,75%, adjective scale Good dan grade scale C, menandakan bahwa sistem memiliki kualitas yang baik.

Abstract

One phenomenon that has for long haunted workplaces is gender inequality despite the new push for diversity and inclusion. This qualitative work looks at how gender as well as other axes of differentiation like race, class, sexual orientation, and/or disability inform, constrain or produce employees’ experiences of inequality in organizational environment. The study explores organisational factors that put up gender-based differences by focusing on structural relativity, cultural expectation, and polity The study is based on 25 participants from different sectors, focus group interviews, and documents analysis. It will be shown that although most companies have diversity and inclusion policies in effect, these may not be effectively being practiced, and/or that there is a lack of policies that respond to the realities of multiply oppressed persons. Some few of the causes of this marginalization include cultural bias particularly from male dominated organizations. Furthermore, this paper reveals that current workplace policies are still lacking especially on subject like parental leave and promotion policies that continue to perpetuate gender stereotypes at the workplace. Finally, it is imperative for future scholarship to continue the important work of Choo and Diversifying Feminisms, insisting on an intersectional approach at the policy and cultural levels for organizations committed to addressing gender inequality in the workplace. Hence, the discovery advances the existing dialogue on workplace disparities and offer the appropriate guidelines for equality approaches across a range of organizations.
