<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between mutations and career development. This research method uses descriptive method. The population in this study were 30 employees with a sample of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a Likert scale model. Data processing was carried out by a test drive of the questionnaire in order to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of mutation on employee career development. The practical implication of this research is to measure the mutation variable that has an influence on career development, it turns out to have a significant influence between the two variables, the mutation variable makes a major contribution to the employee career development variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari dosen STIE YAPAN Surabaya ini diadakan di YPAY Al Bisri Surabaya dengan memberi penyuluhan materi tentang pengembangan potensi diri dan kreativitas pada para santri di Yayasan tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para santri tentang pengembangan potensi diri dan kreativitas serta untuk menjalin kerjasama yang saling memberi manfaat antara kedua belah pihak ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam empat sesi dalam satu bulan dengan mengundang pimpinan dan para santri kelas VII sampai kelas XII (setingkat SMP sampai SMA/SMK) YPAY Al Bisri Surabaya. Kegiatan pengabdian dosen telah berjalan dengan baik karena didukung sepenuhnya oleh STIE YAPAN dan YPAY Al Bisri yang menjadi rekan atau mitra pengabdian. Semua santri di YPAY Al Bisri sesuai kelasnya telah mengikuti semua sesi dan juga memperhatikan dengan baik semua materi yang dipaparkan oleh para dosen. Berdasarkan hasil pengisian kuesioner, rata – rata santri menyatakan sangat baik dalam hal manfaat materi dan keramahan dosen, serta baik dalam kejelasan materi.]]>

<![CDATA[This type of research is quantitative The data collection technique in this study is multiple regression analysis. By using data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and documentation. before the questionnaire research was carried out, the validity and reliability tests were carried out using the help of the SPSS application. And with a research population of 41 students. After collecting the data, the classical assumption test was carried out. From the results of data analysis, it can be known that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.901 or 90.1%, meaning that this value is able to explain that the organizational culture and organizational climate variables contribute to the time discipline variable by 90.1% for the remaining 9.9% influenced by other variables outside the variables used in the study. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that there is an influence of organizational activeness and student achievement on student work readiness, therefore it can be concluded that the more active students participate in organizations and are supported by high learning achievements, the better their work readiness will be in the world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this research is that the 2022 management study program students who will soon complete their education have good work readiness in the midst of increasingly fierce job competition with the qualification of soft skills and hard skills needs of each student in the 2022 management study program. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique in this study is multiple regression analysis. By using data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and documentation. before the questionnaire research was carried out, the validity and reliability tests were carried out using the help of the SPSS application. And with a research population of 41 students. After collecting the data, the classical assumption test was carried out. From the results of data analysis, it can be known that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.537 or 53.7%. Thus this value means that the organizational activeness (X1) and learning achievement (X2) contribute 53.7% to work readiness (Y) while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other variables outside the study.From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that there is an influence on organizational activeness and student learning achievement on student work readiness, therefore it can be concluded that the more active students participate in organizations and are supported by high learning achievements, the better student work readiness will be in the world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this research is the open unemployment rate which is increasing every year. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique in this research is multiple regression analysis. By using data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and documentation. before researching the questionnaire, validity and reliability tests were carried out using the help of the SPSS application. And with a research population of 44 students. After collecting the data, the classical assumption test was carried out. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.783 or 78.3%. Thus, this value means that the variable Entrepreneurial Skills (X1) and Entrepreneurial Motivation (X2) contributes 78.3% pengaruah to Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study. From the results of research that has been done shows that there is an influence of entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest, it can be concluded that the more skills possessed and driven by high motivation, the greater the chance of creating a successful business.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya produksi, dan memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mikro melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) pada UMKM anggota Asosiasi Unggul Terampil Jaya (UTJ). Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan SIM, pelatihan, implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional UMKM, pengurangan biaya produksi melalui pengelolaan bahan baku yang lebih efisien, dan peningkatan keberlanjutan usaha melalui pengurangan limbah. Selain itu, penerapan SIM juga mendorong penguatan kapasitas anggota UTJ dalam menggunakan teknologi dan pemanfaatan data untuk pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan SIM tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan profitabilitas, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan usaha secara ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian dengan judul: Analisis Kompensasi, Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SDN MEDOKAN AYU SURABAYA (Dibimbing oleh Rohmah Kurniawati) dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman melalui informasi perihal pengaruh kompensasi, sarana, prasarana serta motivasi kepada kinerja guru. Seluruh guru di SDN Medokan Ayu Surabaya yakni sejumlah 51 orang, 30 orang Guru Honorer dan 21 orang Guru PNS berperan sebagai populasi penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seperti populasi, secara spesifik yakni berjumlah 51 orang, 30 orang Guru Honorer dan 21 orang Guru PNS. Analisis regresi berganda menjadi teknik analisi data dengan penggunaan SPPS 18. Penelitian memperoleh informasi bahwasanya kinerja guru dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kompensasi, nilai koefisien yakni 0,467 yang menggambarkan bahwasanya kompensasi yang semakin besar menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya kinerja guru di SDN MEDOKAN AYU SURABAYA. Disamping itu, kinerja guru dipengaruhi dengan positif namun tidak signifikan oleh sarana dan prasarana, nilai koefisien yakni 0,088 yang menggambarkan bahwasanya prasarana maupun sarana yang disediakan oleh sekolah memberi dampak yang tidak bermakna pada peningkatan kinerja guru. <![CDATA[This research takes the title: Analysis of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV Jakcpot Pancing Surabaya. This study includes two variables, namely the work discipline variable and the employee performance variable. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, in order to identify, explain, describe or describe and explore data based on facts found in the field based on the results of interviews, direct observation, and documentation at the research location. This research was conducted at CV Jackpot Pancing Surabaya by selecting 30 people as representative respondents, and 2 HRD Managers and GA Managers as key respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research are in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. From the results of the discussion regarding the analysis of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV Jackpot Pancing Surabaya, it shows that the work discipline provided by the company CV Jackpot Pancing Surabaya can improve employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Kemajuan teknologi digital membuka peluang besar bagi para petani hidroponik untuk memasarkan hasil tanamannya melalui platform e-commerce. Literasi digital menjadi kunci penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pemasaran produk pertanian, termasuk sayuran hidroponik. pelaksanaan pengabdian ini hadir sebagai sosialisasi pengembangan literasi digital menjadi penting untuk memperluas wawasan dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk tujuan komersial.Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat, khususnya para petani hidroponik, tentang bagaimana menggunakan teknologi digital dan platform e-commerce untuk meningkatkan pemasaran hasil pertanian mereka. Dengan demikian, diharapkan akan tercipta ekosistem pertanian yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Pengabdian akan dilaksanakan secara luring pada tanggal 3 Maret 2024 di Jalan Gubeng Airlangga I No. 2, Surabaya, dengan agenda pemberian materi mengenai literasi digital dan e-commerce serta evaluasi langsung terhadap tanaman-tanaman hidroponik milik masyarakat setempat.Jumlah peserta pengabdian sebanyak 35 orang dan jumlah masyarakat yang sudah melakukan teknik tanaman hidroponik ini sebanyak 12 orang.Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian ini Observasi pengabdian menunjukkan masyarakat Gubeng Airlangga memiliki literasi digital rendah dalam memasarkan sayur hidroponik karena kurangnya akses pelatihan teknologi dan infrastruktur digital yang terbatas. Metode tradisional masih dominan, sementara konektivitas internet yang buruk dan keterbatasan perangkat teknologi menghambat mereka memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk memperluas pasar.Pemberian materi dan evaluasi langsung dilaksanakan untuk menjawab berapa masalah tersebut sehingga peserta menemukan solusi yang informatif.]]>
