Abstract

This study seeks to fill a gap (gap) is to integrate human resource competencies, and a culture of innovation in improving organizational performance and competitiveness, especially in the Economics Higher Education Institutes (STIE) in East Java.The study population was the whole STIE in East Java as it listed in LLDIKTI who has at least 50% of study program accredited "B from BAN PT (body of national accreditation) resulting 11 STIE. This study used a sample of saturated (census) on the grounds that the number of population in this study include small , Respondents from the entity unit examined in STIE institution is the Chairman, Vice Chairman I (Academic Affairs) and Chairman of the Program. with a total of as many as 49 (the Forty-Nine) man.Results of testing the hypothesis can be explained: Competence of human resources has a positive impact on organizational performance and exhibited significantly STIE. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; Competence of human resources through a culture of innovation has a positive impact on organizational performance and exhibited significantly STIE These results indicate that the second hypothesis (H2) is received. Organizational performance and exhibited significantly have a positive effect on the competitiveness of STIE The results of this study indicate that the third hypothesis (H3) is received.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality at the ATK Hikmah Shop on purchasing decisions. Quantitative method is a research methodology used by researchers in this study. The researcher used a research sample of 50 buyers who became customers at the Wisdom Shop. The type of data used in this study is in the form of primary data. The primary data was obtained by the researcher using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed using incidental sampling technique. There are 15 statements each for service quality variables and 18 statements for product quality. As for the purchase decision variable, there are 5 statement items. All statements have been tested statistically and declared valid and reliable. In this study, the data analysis program used is SPSS version 22. From the results of SPSS version 22 data processing, it shows that there is an influence between service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions by consumers at the Wisdom Shop. Abstract

This study examined the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and discipline of work, as well as determined the effect of organizational commitment to the discipline of work. This study involved the lecturers of STIE YAPAN Surabaya. Data analysis that was used in this research was the analysis of the path (path analysis) where confirmatory factor analysis was conducted previously to confirm the indicators that described the construct or variable. The results of confirmatory factor analysis proved that all of the indicators used in this study were not deleted and all the indicators were able to explain the variable job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work discipline. The results of path analysis (path analysis) explained that satisfaction effects on organizational commitment, commitment affects the discipline, and job satisfaction affects work discipline. Theoretical implication of this study is that the study supports the theory that when the lecturers feel more satisfied, they will be more commit and discipline. The practical implications of this study are expected to be a material consideration to STIE YAPAN Surabaya foundations in policy and decision making related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work discipline. The advice that can be given to the foundation is increasing attention to the dimensions of salary, normative commitment, and discipline work as dimensions that have bad perception.

Abstract

The challenge for Indonesia in the current era is to prepare itself for economic, business and education activities. One of them is strengthening the competitiveness of higher education, by increasing its quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze and obtain an overview of strategies regarding Quality Improvement for Strengthening Higher Education Competitiveness (Studies at the College of Economics in East Java). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of academic services carried out by all components of college including lecturers, staff and academic staff showed a change towards better improvement, in terms of human resource management, as well as supporting facilities that support the implementation of improving the quality of academic services. Higher education institutions need to control the quality of activities carried out at stages in the management process which include input, process, output and stakeholder satisfaction. Service quality improvement can be implemented by implementing the service quality management process, improving and strengthening the curriculum, updating and improving learning facilities, improving quality qualifications and the number of human resources tailored to the needs in college.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja yang bagus diperlukan motivasi yang baik, seperti meberikan bonus, insentif, dan hubungan budaya organisasi yang bagus dapat mebangun seamgat kerja karyawan dalam mecapai tujuannya, selain itu juga komitmen kerja tidak boleh dilupakan, karena komitmen kerja berkaitan dengan kesanggupan untuk bertanggungjawab terhadap hal-hal yang dipercayakan kepada seseorang. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi kerja, Komunikasi organisasi dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 pegawai yang bekerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Kejayan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus dimana setiap anggota populasi mempunyai peluang yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis kemudian di analisis dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja, Komunikasi organisasi dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, variabel Motivasi kerja , variabel Komunikasi organisasi , dan variabel komitmen kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dapat dilihat dari hasil uji t yang nilai signifikannya > 0,05%.

Abstract

Pemberian motivasi ini tidaklah mudah begitu saja, banyak kendala-kendala yang dihadapi. Sehingga dalam memberikan motivasi, pimpinan perlu mengenal dan memiliki keterampilan untuk mengetahui perilaku bawahan, karena bawahan memiliki motivasi yang berbeda-beda dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan. Untuk itu pemimpin dalam hal ini harus berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan motivasi para bawahan guna menuntaskan pekerjaan yang diembannya. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Pegawai, Motivasi dan Deskripsi Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 pegawai yang bekerja pada Badan Arsip dan Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus dimana setiap anggota populasi mempunyai peluang yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil analisis kemudian di analisis dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan penelitian ini maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut :Secara simultan kemampuan kerja, motivasi dan deskripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pasuruan.Secara parsial kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pasuruan, deskripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pasuruan.Motivasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pasuruan.

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi vital dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan berkualitas kepada masyarakat, baik yang dikelola oleh pemerintah maupun swasta. Dalam lanskap layanan kesehatan saat ini, rumah sakit menghadapi tantangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pasien dengan tetap menjunjung tinggi standar profesional dan praktik etika. Persaingan yang ketat di antara penyedia layanan kesehatan telah menghasilkan komitmen untuk memberikan perawatan dengan kualitas terbaik kepada pasien. Kualitas sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan rumah sakit, karena hal ini menumbuhkan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas layanan, kepuasan pasien, dan minat berkunjung di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien, yang kemudian berdampak pada minat berkunjung. Namun, penelitian ini tidak menemukan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dari kualitas layanan terhadap minat berkunjung.

Abstract

English Version An effective and efficient organization is reflected in its ability to achieve its goals. This is evident through its performance and work environment. On the other hand, poor organizational performance indicates various issues related to employee processes, performance, and tasks. Hence, the objective of this research is to investigate and analyze the factors that impact employee performance. The survey was conducted at the Pasuruan District Health Office, which employs 72 individuals. The study utilized a random sampling technique to select employee data IDs randomly. Hypothesis testing was performed through multiple regression analysis. The results demonstrated that the variables of adjustment and job evaluation did not significantly affect employee performance, whereas training had a notable impact on job improvement. Additionally, our findings indicate that all independent variables (adjustment, evaluation, and training) collectively influence employee performance. Versi Indonesia Organisasi yang baik tercermin dari efektifitas dan efisiensinya dalam mencapai tujuannya. Hal itu tercermin dari kinerja dan lingkungan kerja. Kinerja organisasi yang buruk menunjukkan banyak masalah dengan proses, kinerja, dan pekerjaan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Survei dilakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasuruan yang mempekerjakan 72 orang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling di mana ID catatan karyawan dipilih secara acak. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel moderator dan variabel evaluasi jabatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, namun pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Kedua, seluruh variabel independen (adaptasi, penilaian, pelatihan) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency. The analysis tools used to describe the work environment and job satisfaction in relation to performance utilized SPSS. Additionally, multiple regression analysis was employed to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of educational staff. The results of the partial hypothesis testing (t-test) for both independent variables, the work environment, and job satisfaction, showed a significant partial influence on the dependent variable, the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the research on the work environment and job satisfaction's impact on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency has shown that the simultaneous (F-test) testing of the independent variables, the work environment, and job satisfaction, has a significant combined influence on the dependent variable, the employee's performance. Furthermore, the research results revealed that the regression coefficient value for job satisfaction was higher compared to the coefficient value for the work environment. This finding indicates that job satisfaction is the dominant factor influencing employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen pengetahuan, teknologi informasi, dan keunggulan kompetitif serta kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta di Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan penelitian survei, dimana kuesioner dibagikan kepada staf akademik dan administrasi. Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 320 orang, terdiri dari 222 staf akademik dan 98 staf administrasi. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS versi 2.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta di Surabaya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa universitas yang mengelola sumber daya pengetahuannya secara efektif cenderung memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja yang lebih baik dalam berbagai indikator seperti penerimaan mahasiswa, kualitas fakultas, dan hasil penelitian. Namun temuan tersebut tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan teknologi informasi terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta di Surabaya. Hal ini menyiratkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi saja mungkin tidak cukup untuk meningkatkan posisi kompetitif atau kinerja universitas-universitas tersebut secara keseluruhan. Faktor lain, seperti praktik manajemen pengetahuan yang efektif, mungkin memainkan peran yang lebih penting dalam mencapai hasil tersebut.
