Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak Covid-19 terhadap tingkat hunian hotel (THH) di Kota Makassar dan dampak pandemi terhadap Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PKH) karyawan hotel di Makassar serta upaya manajemen hotel dalam menanggulangi penurunan tingakat hunian dan PHK karyawan hotel di Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Pengecekan keabdahan temuan dalam penelitian ini proses mentriangulasi tiga data yang terdiri dari observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat hunian hotel di Makassar mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan yang sangat signifikan selama pandemi. Selain itu, pemutusan hubungan kerja sementara akibat force majeure yang terjadi. Karyawan juga sebagian besar di rumahkan. Namun, strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pihak hotel selama pandemi bisa membuat mereka tetap survive. Pemerintah juga memberikan dukungan besar melalui kebijakan sehingga kolaborasi hotel dan pemerintah menghasilkan solusi yang efektif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui instrumen kuesioner sebanyak 79 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang menekankan pada data-data angka yang diolah dengan metode statistik, dengan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, 3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja 6) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin kerja, dan 7) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin kerja. Abstract

This article examines the concept of saintliness (wali) from the perspectives of scholars and the local community in Dalam Pagar Village, Martapura, South Kalimantan. Within the context of Sufism, the notion of saintliness is an intriguing topic that requires in-depth understanding. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, with a focus on fieldwork conducted in Dalam Pagar, where this phenomenon occurs. The research findings reveal that the views of scholars and the local community align with the general understanding within Sufism. They regard saintliness as a result of devoted practice of Islamic Sharia, unwavering faith, and profound piety. Furthermore, the social behaviors of the people in Pagar support this perspective. The community warmly welcomes the presence of saints or individuals considered to have the potential for saintliness, especially when there is endorsement and recognition from respected scholars or spiritual leaders. This recognition is reflected in various forms of reverence, such as pilgrimages, commemorative gatherings (haul), and the display of images or photographs of saints in their homes. However, it is important to note that the community also exercises caution regarding individuals who lack clear legitimacy as saints. This caution becomes more significant in the absence of official endorsement from recognized religious authorities. In conclusion, the concept of saintliness in Sufism significantly influences the culture of the community in Dalam Pagar Martapura. The perspectives of scholars and the behaviors of the community regarding saintliness reflect a traditional understanding rooted in faith, piety, and the practice of Islamic Sharia. Moreover, the legitimacy provided by religious authorities plays a pivotal role in solidifying someone's status as a saint in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim to know the impact of training and work experience on the productivity work of employees of PT. Indonesia Power UJP PLTU Barru. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the shared questionnaire and related to the program being studied. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instruments used in this study used the likert scale method. Then the result of the research data used statistical calculations through the application SPSS. The result of the study showed that the training margin (X1) of labour productivity (Y) is 0,005< 0,05 and the tvalue 2,920 > ttable 1,667 with a positive regression coefficient value of 0,221, which means there is a positive and significant influence on employee productiveness. While work experience (X2) of work productivity (Y) is <0,001 < 0,05 and tvalue 5,704 > ttable 1,667 with a positive regression coefficient value of 0,647 which means there is a positive and significant influence between work experience on employee work productiveness.

Abstract

Bai’ istighlal ini seperti menjadi hilah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dalam berbisnis terutama di bisnis yang beroprasi seusai syari’ah, seperti Lembaga Keuangan Syari’ah. Dan lembaga keuangan syari’ah yang salah satu produknya menggunkan Bai’ Istighlal ialah BMT UGT capem Pujer. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktek bai’ istighlal di BMT UGT Capem Pujer, dan bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap bai’ istighlal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun metode teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi, observasi. sedangkan teknik analisinya adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi akad Bai’ Istighlal di BMT UGT Capem Pujer ialah bahwasannya praktek yang terjadi di BMT sesuai dengan ketentuan pandangan ulama yang membolehkan dalam bai’ istighlal. Dimana dalam prakteknya BMT menyewakan barang wafa’ kepada anggota selaku penjual, setelah akad jual beli selesai. Dan adanya syarat wafa’ di akad jual beli tersebut terjadi setelah akad selesai dan sebelum pelaksanaan akad ijaroh. Sehingga membolehkan kepada pembeli untuk menyewakan barangnya kepada siapa saja termasuk kepada anggota (penjual itu sendiri)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Education Office. This research uses a quantitative type of research, where the sample in this research is employees who work in the Education office. Based on the results of the t-test, it can be concluded that motivation variables have a positive influence on employee performance. This finding was revealed through a comparison between tcount and ttable (3.123 > 1.674) and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be stated that motivation (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance. Based on the t-test analysis, it is concluded that the work discipline variable has a positive influence on employee performance. This image initer fact is based on a comparison of tcount which is higher than ttable (7.946> 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be agreed that work discipline (X2) has a positive impact on employee performance. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that due to work motivation, employees at the Makassar City Education Office are motivated to work because there is a need in life that must be met. The results of this research show that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the higher the employee's work discipline which includes the employee's presence on time, working at the time specified according to the work schedule, the employee's performance level will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explain how the policy for implementing digital population identity is implemented in the Pekanbaru city population and civil registration service. This research uses implementation theory (Edward III, 1980) which is divided into four indicators, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection was obtained through interviews. The results of this research show that the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service has implemented the four indicators of successful implementation well. The factors that hinder the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service are the lack of knowledge and awareness from the community regarding the importance of IKD, the community's infrastructure such as not having a smartphone, and data packages and networks that are sometimes problematic. Based on the results and discussion, researchers suggest that the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service should be further intensified by maximizing social media platforms, making circulars as a form of strengthening the acceleration of IKD implementation.

Abstract

Financial Technology or commonly abbreviated as fintech is a technology in financial transactions. This technology not only affects conventional financial transactions but also sharia finance. This article tries to explain how Financial Technology is based on sharia principles and models of using contracts in sharia fintech. The research Conducted is a library research with the main focus of the study being on the fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI) concerning sharia principles and models of using contracts in Financial technology. In research on fatwas it was found that the model of sharia contracts allowed in financial technology is al-ba'i, ijarah, mudharabah, musharakah, wakalah bi al-ujrah and qardh.

Abstract

Artikel ini fokus dalam mengkaji pemikiran Imam Suprayogo tentang konstruk pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam penguatan studi Islam. Melalui studi kepustakaan, ditemukan bahwa dalam kerangka paradigmatiknya, terlihat bahwa konsep ulul albab yang menyatukan antara relasi triadik dzikir, pikir, dan amal shaleh yang dipadukan dengan metafora pohon keilmuan sebagai visualisasinya. Bahasa Arab adalah akar yang berfungsi sebagai ilmu alat dalam mengkaji berbagai bidang keilmuan lebih lanjut termasuk studi Islam. Dalam hal praktiknya, Imam Suprayogo menegaskan perlunya langkah-langkah praktis yang dapat dirasakan langsung efeknya terhadap konstruk pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam penguatan studi Islam seperti inovasi program pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang melibatkan banyak pihak yang berkompeten serta alokasi waktu yang cukup.
