Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to provide a detailed description of the athlete achievement coaching system at Bengkalis Fencing Club. Data was obtained through interviews with athletes, coaches, and club administrators. The results showed that the athlete recruitment system is running well, free of charge and open to the public, in accordance with the recruitment theory by Mulyati (2018) and Mustofa (2018). Physical and technical training programs are carried out regularly and systematically, in accordance with the training theory by Harsono (2017) and Purnomo (2019). The existing facilities and infrastructure are adequate but need to be improved, in line with the opinion of Hafidz (1989) in Sopian (2019). The achievements of Bengkalis Fencing Club athletes are high, with good mental preparation, as stated by Putri (2023). Recruitment of coaches is based on their qualifications and certifications, in accordance with the training theory by Suyono and Monalisa (2016). The club's organizational structure plays an optimal role in supporting athlete achievement, as stated by Rumpis Agus Sudarko (2009) in Umam (2017). Fund management is carried out by submitting SPJ to KONI and DISPORA, as well as proper planning, in accordance with the opinion of Agus Kristiyanto (2011). The overall results show that Bengkalis Fencing Club has a good coaching system but still needs improvement in several aspects.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana teknik serangan pukulan dan serangan tendangan berkontribusi pada poin yang diperoleh dalam pertandingan karate nomor kumite putri di Kejuaraan Daerah FORKI Riau 2024. Mengetahui teknik serangan pukulan atau serangan tendangan yang lebih efektif terhadap perolehan poin adalah masalah yang menjadi acuan penulis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif data kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive digunakan. Setiap atlet senior putri yang berhasil mencapai babak semifinal dan final Kejuaraan Daerah FORKI Riau 2024 termasuk dalam sampel penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa lembar skor dan kamera handphone. Metode pengolahan dan analis data dengan rumus prosentase. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa pada Kejuaraan Daerah FORKI Riau 2024, efektivitas teknik serangan pukulan kumite senior putri pada Kejuaraan Daerah FORKI Riau 2024 sebesar 25% , kegagalan sebesar 75% dan tingkat keberhasilan efektivitas teknik serangan tendangan kumite senior putri pada Kejuaraan Daerah FORKI Riau 2024 sebesar 19% ,kegagalan sebesar 93%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada Kejuaraan Daerah FORKI Riau 2024 yang lebih efektif dalam perolehan poin pada atlet kumite senior putri yaitu teknik serangan pukulan dengan perolehan prosentase 25%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan tantangan implementasi blockchain dalam pengembangan produk investasi Islam berbasis tokenisasi aset riil, dengan fokus pada aspek kepatuhan syariah, model kontrak pintar, dan regulasi pasar keuangan Islam. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis riset pustaka, penelitian ini meninjau literatur akademis, laporan industri, dan regulasi keuangan syariah di negara-negara dengan ekosistem fintech Islam berkembang, khususnya kawasan Asia Tenggara dan Timur Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain berpotensi memperkuat transparansi akad, mengotomatiskan mekanisme investasi melalui smart contract yang sesuai prinsip syariah, serta memperluas inklusi keuangan melalui kepemilikan fraksional aset riil yang ditokenisasi. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyusunan model konseptual pengembangan investasi syariah berbasis tokenisasi aset yang selaras dengan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk regulator dan lembaga keuangan syariah. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih muncul, di antaranya ketidakpastian regulasi lintas negara, keterbatasan literasi teknologi pada lembaga syariah, kesiapan infrastruktur teknis, serta risiko sosial berupa kesenjangan digital. Oleh karena itu, implementasi blockchain dalam investasi Islam memerlukan kolaborasi intensif antara regulator, ulama, lembaga keuangan, dan pengembang teknologi untuk memastikan inovasi ini tetap berorientasi pada keberlanjutan dan kepatuhan syariah. Kata Kunci: Blockchain, Investasi Syariah, Keuangan Islam Abstract This study specifically aims to analyze the potential and challenges of implementing blockchain in the development of Islamic investment products based on real asset tokenization, with a focus on Sharia compliance, smart contract models, and the regulation of Islamic financial markets. Using a qualitative descriptive method based on library research, this study reviews academic literature, industry reports, and Islamic financial regulations in countries with growing Islamic fintech ecosystems, particularly in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The findings indicate that blockchain has the potential to strengthen contract transparency, automate investment mechanisms through smart contracts that comply with Sharia principles, and expand financial inclusion through fractional ownership of tokenized real assets. The contribution of this research lies in formulating a conceptual model for Sharia-compliant investment development based on asset tokenization that aligns with maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, as well as providing policy recommendations for regulators and Islamic financial institutions. However, several challenges remain, including cross-border regulatory uncertainty, limited technological literacy among Sharia institutions, technical infrastructure readiness, and social risks such as digital inequality. Abstract

Entering the 4.0 era, innovation and learning development are needed as well in the world of refereeing, development is intended to make it easier and help to reduce mistakes in leading matches. This study aims to develop lectora inspire which will be used in martial art refinement. This type of research is a research and development (R&D) research. The subjects of this study use a small scale with a total of 10 students from the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of the research on the development tools of lectora inspire on martial art refinement are good, this is explained from the results of the validation of the content/material aspects with an average score of 4.29, the learning aspects are categorized as good with an average score of 4.34, the programming aspects and the media aspects have good categories. From the results of small group trials conducted by 10 subjects, data are obtained and it is concluded that the Lectora Inspire application is in good category with an average score of 4.32 and is able to be applied in learning martial art refinement. These results are intended to make it easier and help to reduce errors in the referee's assignment when serving on a small scale. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the development of learning media for refereeing martial art by utilizing lectora inspire is suitable for use as a medium in learning audio-visual based martial art on a small scale.
