Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the effect on the modification of “throwing-catching ball” in manipulative skill intellectual disability children. This study used quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design. Based on sampling technique with purposive sampling, this research used 10 samples. This research used the throwing-catching the ball instrument test. After analyzing data, value of the pretest was obtained with an average value of 3,8, minimum data 1, maximum data 6, and with a range of 5. Meanwhile of the posttest was obtained an average value of 10, minimum data 6, maximum data 2, and with range 6. Based on the results of t test showed 0,005 < 0,05. Meaning that there is an effect on the modification of “throwing-catching ball” in manipulative skill intellectual disability children. Hopefully, this research can be used as a basis for the next research, by paying attention on characteristics of intellectual disability children who require special assistance and learning and be more creative in developing game models to improve the manipulative skill on intellectual disability children.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk membatu atlet panjat tebing Kota Palembang mengetahui batas kemampuan komponen biomotorik dan membatu memberikan program Latihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fisik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang tes dan pengukuran panjat tebing juga membuka peluang untuk penelitian dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Data yang dikumpulkan dari tes dan pengukuran dapat digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian yang mendalam mengenai berbagai aspek panjat tebing, termasuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi performa dan keselamatan, tren perkembangan kemampuan pemanjat, dan efektivitas berbagai metode pelatihan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif, alat pengukuran yang lebih akurat, dan kebijakan keselamatan yang lebih baik. Misalnya, penelitian mengenai teknik-teknik panjat yang paling efektif untuk berbagai jenis rute dapat membantu pemanjat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dengan lebih cepat dan aman. Selain itu, penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi performa dapat membantu mengembangkan program pelatihan mental yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Background: The research problem is to improve our understanding of how different training approaches can improve bullet-shot results. Research Objectives: This study aims to investigate the impact of different training models on the learning outcomes of orthodox-style shot put. Methods: The research method employed was an experiment with a one-group pre-test and post-test design to enhance student learning outcomes using a varied training model. The subjects consisted of 32 students from a high school in Palembang. The study was conducted over 30 days, with four weekly meetings. During each meeting, 2-3 training models were presented, resulting in a total of 10 variation training models, namely Passing Techniques in Football Baseball, Techniques that Hold the Repulsion, Hanging the Ball, Resisting Pull, Clap Hand, Reject Target, Throwing Darts, Shoot in Target, and Load Rejection One Shoot. Data analysis used SPSS version 23 to calculate the significant value of the pretest and posttest results. Finding/Results: The study found that using varied training models resulted in significantly better learning outcomes in orthodox-style bullet throwing. Conclusion: The study concluded that varied training models have a considerable positive influence on learning outcomes in the orthodox style of instruction. This suggests that the findings contribute to a deeper understanding of effective training methods in sports education and have practical implications for athletic training programs. We could conduct longitudinal studies to investigate the long-term impact of diverse training on skill retention and entry into competitive athletics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar permainan sepakbola kelas X melalui strategi pendekatan interaktif untuk di SMA Arinda Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitin ini dilakukan di SMA Arinda Palembang, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas IV tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 22 siswa, yang terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi mengenai pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan cara menarik kesimpulan dari berbagai data yang sudah dikumpulkan. Analisis data kuantitatif sederhana juga dilakukan untuk menemukan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Pada hasil pra siklus ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 45%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 73%, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 91%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK materi perkaalian di kelas X di SMA Arinda Palembang.

Abstract

Physical training is a mandatory exercise for an athlete to perform optimally during the competition and so that the athlete can display the techniques that have been learned and can apply the tactics given by the coach because without a good physique an athlete cannot do everything that has been explained. The purpose of this study is to produce a physical training model for futsal games. The method used in this study is the ADDIE analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation method. The results of this study were obtained from expert validation that had been carried out involving three experts including one futsal coach, one futsal academic and one futsal practitioner. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the CVI and CVR analysis which obtained a value of 0.5 or valid. It can be interpreted that the YAF 1 model is feasible to be used and applied to the physical training of extracurricular high school students in the city of Palembang

Abstract

Keterbatasan pendengaran yang dialami oleh peserta didik tunarungu memengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam menerima informasi, termasuk dalam pembelajaran gerak. Untuk itu, diperlukan model pembelajaran yang sesuai guna mendukung perkembangan motorik dan meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan model pembelajaran gerak yang adaptif bagi peserta didik tunarungu di SLB B YPAC Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pendekatan model pembelajaran gerak lebih cenderung preskriptif (memberi petunjuk dan bersifat menentukan) dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran gerak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang strategi pembelajaran gerak yang efektif, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterlibatan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang berbasis kebutuhan khusus peserta didik tunarungu untuk mendukung perkembangan holistik mereka.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Volleyball extracurricular activities are among the most popular sports in schools; however, the fundamental technical skills of extracurricular participants are often suboptimal due to (1) limited training time, (2) insufficient equipment that is both effective and safe to use, and (3) reliance on partners or coaches to conduct passing drills. This study aims to develop a volleyball forearm passing training aid, the “Volley Ball Passing Portable (VP2),” for extracurricular participants at senior high schools and vocational high schools. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The small-scale trial involved 35 male and female volleyball extracurricular participants from SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, while the large-scale trial involved 61 participants from SMA Negeri 1 and SMA PGRI Gelumbang. Expert validation involved four experts consisting of two training media experts, one volleyball game expert, and one coach. The research instrument used an expert assessment rubric with a rating scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR), yielding a CVI score of 3.915 and a CVR score of 0.83, indicating a high level of validity. These results suggest that the VP2 training media can proceed to the field trial (implementation) stage with recommended improvements. Keywords: Volleyball, Portable, Extracurricular.
