Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja individu dan kelompok di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian difokuskan pada pegawai Dinas PUPR. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, khususnya penelitian kausal. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel, analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan pengujian hipotesis, meliputi uji t, uji F, dan modified R squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suasana kerja, disiplin, dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan tahun 2021 ditinjau dari konflik, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian dilakukan di tempat usaha umkm criuzz Dsn.Prapatan Ds.Asmorobangun Kec.Puncu Kab.Kediri Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan cara pembagian kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan umkm criuz yang berjumlah 30 0rang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan antara konflik, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja umkm criuzz.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi portofolio optimal saham dan besarnya proporsi dana pada tiap- tiap saham tersebut. Subjek penelitian merupakan saham industri yang masuk dalam indeks IDX-BUMN20 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode riset yang diambil yaitu pada periode Februari 2019 – Agustus 2020. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh saham yang masuk dalam perhitungan indeks IDX-BUMN20 yang diterbitkan 6 bulan sekali dan berjumlah 20 saham. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian ini memakai metode purposive sampling serta diperoleh 17 saham sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel dalam penelitian ini merupakan return saham (Ri), return pasar (Rm) serta risk free. Perhitungan expected return menggunakan Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). Bersumber pada hasil penelitian untuk memutuskan portofolio optimal saham dengan menggunakan Capital Asset Pricing Model menunjukkan bahwa semua saham pada indeks IDX-BUMN20 masuk dalam kategori saham yang efisien dimana semua saham mempunyai nilai return lebih besar daripada ekpektasi return. (1) Komposisi pembentukan portofolio optimal diperoleh dari daftar saham efisien dan diperoleh hasil seleksi yang terdapat dua saham sebagai pembentukan portofolio optimal yaitu ANTM (Aneka Tambang Tbk) dan TINS (Timah Tbk), dimana hanya dua saham terebut yang memiliki nilai ERB tinggi dari batas nilai Ci sebagai ketentuan pembentukan portofolio optimal. (2) Komposisi proporsi dana yang terbentuk adalah sebesar 93,8% dana dialokasikan untuk saham ANTM (Aneka Tambang Tbk) dan 6,2% dana dialokasikan untuk saham TINS (Timah Tbk).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kualitas pelayanan publik pada kantor desa Pecuk kecamatan Patianrowo kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 4 orang yang sudah memenuhi kriteria 5R, yaitu : Relevance, Recommendation, Rapport, Readiness, dan Reassurance. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa Kantor Desa Pecuk sudah menerapkan dimensi (1) Tangibel (bukti fisik), (2) Realiability (kehandalan), (3) Responsiviness (ketanggapan), (4) Assurance (jaminan) dan (5) Emphaty (empati) beserta indikatornya. Namun ada beberapa indikator yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat, antara lain kurangnya kedisiplinan pegawai serta jaminan waktu yang diberikan kurang sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijanjikan sebelumnya.

Abstract

The purpose this study is to analyze whether there is significant influence between the variables of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work motivation simultaneously or partially on the performance of UD Mitra Jaya Farm employees. The approach used in this study is quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, the sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, the sample size used is 50 employees, and the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and test hypothesis with SPSSv25 tool. The results showed that leadership and work motivation had a significant effect, emotional intelligence had no significant effect, and there was a significant influence on the simultaneous leadership, emotional intelligence, and work motivation variables on the performance of UD Mitra Jaya Farm employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was a significant effect of the variables of organizational communication, motivation and compensation partially or simultaneously on employee satisfaction at UD Mitra Jaya Farm. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, the sample size used is 50 employees, and the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of organizational communication and compensation variables, no significant influence of motivational variables, and there was a significant influence of organizational communication, motivation and compensation variables simultaneously on employee satisfaction at UD Mitra Jaya Farm.

Abstract

Analyzing and knowing the significant effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic (Case Study at the Juwet Lestari Fruit and Plant Seed Shop) is a goal that will be achieved by researchers. Quantitative is the approach, with the technique being causal. The sample is 40 respondents, with the technique of taking it using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software for windows version 23. The conclusions of this study are that there is a partial and simultaneous effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic (Case Study at the Juwet Plant Seed and Fruit Store). sustainable).

Abstract

Instagram and TikTok's social networking platforms have attracted a significant number of new users from the global community, which Ardana Studio has leveraged to grow its design business. The researcher's objective is to analyze marketing tactics on social media in order to boost sales at Ardana Studio. This research employs a qualitative approach, using case studies. The researcher assumes the role of a key informant. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed using reduction techniques, and the findings are presented and verified with the owner of Ardana Studio. The validity of the research is ensured through data triangulation and various techniques. The findings reveal that Ardana Studio has expanded its market segmentation as a creative design business by creating comprehensive business profiles that are widely reviewed by users on Instagram and TikTok. The marketing strategy focuses on content pillars, content calendars, and content creation concepts. By implementing a marketing strategy through Instagram and TikTok, which introduces engaging information in their profiles, Ardana Studio has successfully increased design sales and attracted foreign consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how effective the application of work discipline is on the performance of employees at the Gentong Sakti Kediri plastic shop. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are by observing, interviewing and documenting. The informants in this study were shop owners, 2 employees and 2 buyers. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the lack of discipline among employees at the Gentong Sakti Kediri store was due to a lack of cooperation between employees which caused social jealousy among fellow employees which triggered conflict within the company.

Abstract

The background of this research is an English course institution that builds competitive advantage through the brand image to attract students' interest, where the object of research is LKP Inspire Pare. The purpose of this research is to analyze whether the brand image owned by LKP Inspire Pare is able to build a competitive advantage and can attract students' interest. Furthermore, the method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification will then be tested for the validity of the data using the source triangulation method and method triangulation. The conclusion of this study is knowing that LKP Inspire Pare has a brand called The Premium of Inspire which is supported by premium services, programs, and services so that it can build competitive advantage and attract students' interest.
