Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the phenomenon that occurs in online restaurants in the city of Banjarnegara where online marketing strategies and competition should be a good impact on increasing sales. achieve a consistent increase in sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of online marketing strategies and competition in online restaurants in Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the data obtained from the research sample were 80 people. The sampling technique of this study used the Accidental Sampling method. Multiple linear regression data analysis. Quantitative analysis in this study uses validity and reliability tests with Cronbach'a Alpha. Classical assumption test includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity. The results of this study indicate that partially online marketing strategy has an effect on increasing sales, partially competition has no effect on increasing sales and simultaneously online marketing strategies and competition have an effect on increasing sales. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.562, which means that the percentage of online marketing strategy variables and competition affects an increase in sales of 56.2% and the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Based on field data visitors to Dawuhan Tourism Village, Wanayasa District, Banjarnegara Regency are still complaining about incomplete and untidy facilities, the service and management system has not been maximized and is still chaotic and the arrangement of tourist attractions is not good and so that management services are considered less than optimal, in addition, the location is not strategic and difficult to access by visitors. This study aims to determine the influence of places, facilities and services on library visitor satisfaction in Dawuhan Tourism Village, Wanayasa District, Banjarnegara Regency. In this study using a field research approach (Field Research). Field Research is research conducted at the place of occurrence of symptoms using a type of quantitative research. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire (questionnaire) methods, and documentation. Before data analysis was carried out, validity and reliability tests were carried out on questionnaire questions. As for analyzing the data using quantitative analysis. After deepening research and data analysis resulted in the conclusion that the place variable has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, the level of significance is below 10% and df = 96, t value 2.661 > t table 1.658 and probability 0.009 < 0.100, Facility variables have a positive and quite significant influence on community satisfaction, significance levels of 10% and df 96, t values of 0.290 < t tables 1.658 and probability of 0.773 > 0.100, service variables have a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, significance levels below 10% and df = 96, t values 5.716 t > table 1.658 and probability 0.000 < 0.100, the variables place, facilities and services together have a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, with the results of calculating the significance of probability below 10% and df 96, amounting to 40.297 > f table 8.56 so that there is a simultaneous influence. The coefficient of determination is 0.557 (56%) which means that together it is influenced by the variables of place, facilities and services by 56%, while the remaining 44% is a dimension of other variables.

Abstract

Peneliti dilakukan dengan mengunakan Metode yang digunakan dalam pendekatan kuantitatif . Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif dapat menganalisis mengukur tingkat keberhasilan dalam pengaruh Kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi komitmen. Waktu Penelitian dan lokasi Penelitian Penelitian dilaksanakan di bulan Desember 2022 sampai dengan bulan April 2023 Dan Lokasi penelitian di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. Metode Pengambilan Sample Metode pengambilan sampel digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh merupakan teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hal ini sering digunakan bila jumlah populasi digunakan semua sebagai sampel penelitian, atau penelitian yang ingin membuat generalisasi dengan kesalahan yang sangat kecil. Istilah sampel jenuh adalah sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. (Sugiyono, 85 : 85, 2008). Jadi sampel penelitian adalah 98 Karyawan di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analisis) dengan menggunakan SEM dengan intervening variabel. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: “Masih rendahnya kinerja karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara” Tujuan Penelitian antara lain : Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara; Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara; Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap komitmen karyawan di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara; Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap komitmen karyawan di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara; Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan Pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan dengan Mediasi kepuasan kerja maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. , Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. Kompentensi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signfikan terhadap Komitmen pada Karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara,Kompensasi pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen pada Karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara, Komitmen memiliki pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara.,Komitmen memediasi hubungan Kompentensi terhadap kinerja Karyawan. , Komitmen memediasi hubungan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Saran-saran kepada pihak-pihak yang berhubungan Kinerja Karyawan Perguruan Tamansiswa Banjarnegara disarankan antara lain : Pihak karyawan senantisasi meningkatkan kompetensi dengan mengikuti pelatihan, diklat dan pengembangan karir sehingga kinerja karyawan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan para Pengguna Perguruan tamansiswa Banjarnegara Pihak lembaga dalam meningkatan kompensasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara antara lain: (a) memberikan gaji, dan insitif sesuai dengan kinerja karyawan, memberi reward atas prestasi karyawan yang diraih, dan mempertahankan kesejahteraan yang baik, melakukan motivasi yang berkala, dan memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas untuk promosi pada pegawainya agar pegawai lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya dan menguntungkan bagi instansi. Bagi pihak akademik antara laian hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan dan sebagai sumbangsih penambah wawasan dalam mengembangkan lembaga agar menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that there are consumers who are not satisfied with the lifestyle, taste, and brand image provided by Kopi Sabin. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of lifestyle, taste and brand image on repurchase decisions among Kopi Sabin Banjarnegara consumers. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, data obtained from a sample of the research population, namely 87 consumers. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Quantitative analysis in research uses validity and reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. The classical assumption test includes normality test, heteroscedacity test and multicollinearity test. The results showed that partially lifestyle affects repurchase decisions, taste affects repurchase decisions while brand image has no significant effect on repurchase decisions. Simultaneously, lifestyle, taste and brand image have a significant influence on repurchase decisions, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 57.8%, the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Suggestions for future researchers are that researchers should be able to develop research with other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the era of globalization and digitalization in the workforce, the high rate of open unemployment indicates low job readiness, particularly among final-year students entering the workforce. Non-degree learning programs organized by organizations or industries provide knowledge and skills with high relevance to the workforce and business sectors. These are offered through short courses, boot camps, massive open online courses (MOOCs), and other formats, followed by collaborative activities with fellow participants or partner organization personnel in projects or case studies. However, due to the limited prior research discussing this topic, this study aims to examine the influence of student competencies, internship programs, and career adaptability on the job readiness of final-year students in the digital era. A total of 210 students participated using quota sampling to fill out questionnaires based on primary data sources. A purposive sampling method was applied with the criterion that participants had prior internship experience. Regression analysis results show that, partially, student competencies, internship programs, and career adaptability have a significant effect on job readiness. The participative level of these research variables contributes 70.5% to the job readiness of students. This indicates that graduate competencies (students), internship programs, and career adaptability are essential factors that students must possess to enhance job readiness. Students with career adaptability are concerned about their future careers, making them more prepared to face changes in the workplace in the context of global competition and digitalization.

Abstract

ABSTRAC Competition in the business world is currently growing quite rapidly and has led to the emergence of various competitions between companies. Skincare products currently come in various variants and have an important role in maintaining skin health. This encourages public interest, especially the younger generation, in skincare products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of BPOM labeling, electronic word of mouth and brand trust on buying interest in skincare products, a case study of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara students. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. Sampling using purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 90 respondents. In this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between the BPOM label variable and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. While the brand trust variable partially has no influence on buying interest. There is a simultaneous influence between the BPOM label, electronic word of mouth, and brand trust on buying interest. In addition, the R Square value is 0.457 which indicates that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 45.7%, while the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
