Abstract

Budidaya ikan sebagai penyedia protein hewani bagi masyarakat sering mendapatkan masalah terutama kesehatan ikan pada saat proses budidayanya. Untuk mengatasinya menggunakan bahan kimia yang tentu akan merugikan bagi ikan dan lingkungan. Untuk itu studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai efektifitas dari berbagai komponen tumbuhan yang telah dilakukan uji coba pada penelitian terdahulu dalam peningkatan respon imun ikan, serta dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap produktivitas budidaya perikanan. Metode penelitian dengan studi literatur untuk kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk studi literatur. Hasil dari analisis literatur ini didapatkan hasil bahwa bahan bahan herbal yang dikaji yaitu 1). Bawang putih dapat meningkatkan respon imun ikan dan menghambat serangan patogen dengan konsentrasi optimal diseluruh penelitian adalah 10 gr/kg, 2). Jahe dapat meningkatkan imunitas dan juga pengobatan ikan dari bakteri patogen, 3). Kunyit dapat meningkatkan kualitas imun dan memaksimalkan pertumbuhan ikan, 4). Temulawak dapat meminimalisir serangan bakteri patogen dan serangan parasit serta penyembuhan luka, dan 5). Daun ketapang dapat mencegah serangan parasit dan menyembukan luka pada ikan.

Abstract

Produksi perikanan di indonesia mencapai 23,539 juta ton pada tahun 2023, angka tersebut lebih besar dibandingkan pada tahun 2022 sebesar 22,265 juta ton (KKP, 2024). Jumlah produksi perikanan juga mempengaruhi besarnya Angka Konsumsi Ikan Nasional (AKI) di indonesia. Angka Konsumsi Ikan pada tahun 2023 sebesar 57,61 kg perkapita, meningkat daripada tahun tahun sebelumnya sebesar 57,27 kg perkapita pada tahun 2022, dan 55,16 kg perkapita pada tahun 2021. Peningkatan Konsumsi ikan berkaitan erat dengan isu keamanan pangan, terutama mengenai kontaminasi logam berat.Metode pencarian artikel mengunakan pencarian melalui google scholar dan researchgate dengan tahun penerbitan 10 tahun terakhir (2014-2024) dengan batasan cangkupan penelitian yang dilakukan pada perairan waduk dan sungai di indonesia.Berdasarkan hasil review artikel yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa urutan kelimpahan logam berat yang terdapat pada ikan di sungai dan waduk indonesia adalah Pb>Cd>Hg>Zn>As>Mn>Cu>Cr. Logam berat Timbal (Pb) menunjukan kelimpahan terbanyak dengan berbagai jenis ikan di waduk dan sungai. Wilayah terbesar mengandung logam berat Pb berada di perairan Sungai Belumai dengan spesies ikan yaitu Channa striata memiliki konsentrasi total 49,8 mg/kg.Berdasarkan artikel review yang telah dilakukan dapat memberikan informasi terkait kandungan logam berat pada ikan di perairan Waduk dan Sungai di indonesia. Kandungan cemaran logam berat yang paling banyak terdeteksi pada ikan adalah logam berat Timbal (Pb) dengan konsentrasi tertinggi sebesar 49,8 mg/kg pada spesies ikan Channa striata di Sungai Belumai. Urutan kelimpahan logam berat yang terdapat pada ikan di sungai dan waduk indonesia yaitu Pb>Cd>Hg>Zn>As>Mn>Cu>Cr.

Abstract

The food industry is growing in line with increasing consumer demand for high quality products. One of the products in demand is fish balls, which have a high nutritional value and are an important source of animal protein. This study focuses on Sinar Laut brand fish balls, which are popular processed products among consumers. In order to maintain product quality and competitiveness, the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is very important. TQM is a management approach that aims for continuous improvement at every stage of production. This study aims to analyse the implementation of TQM in Sinar Laut fish balls. The method used is descriptive, with data collected through direct observation of the production process and interviews with business owners. The results of the study indicate that Sinar Laut has implemented TQM principles such as continuous improvement, active employee participation and strong leadership in its production process.

Abstract

NORIbet MSMEs is a company located in Bandung and is engaged in the processing of fishery products, one of which is seaweed. Conducting marketing analysis aims to find out how management and social processes occur in NORIbet MSMEs. The research method used is the survey method. Purposive sampling. The data collected are primary data from interviews and observations and secondary data from journals, books or other libraries. The results of this study indicate that the nori chip business is a product that can be enjoyed by all groups. NORIbet's MSME competitors are Tae Kae Noi and Mama Suka. The product is priced using cost-plus pricing and promoted through internet applications and word of mouth. Product distribution is through distributors and by placing bagged products in stalls. Production is analyzed using forecasting methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Kripik Riki, a fish-based basreng producer that has been operating since 2006 and has exported to various countries such as Singapore, Taiwan, Mexico, Australia and regularly ships to Malaysia. TQM is one of the modern management concepts that seeks to respond appropriately to any change. The TQM method is a method used in an effort to improve quality, one of which is in Kripik Riki's performance in improving service quality. and synergizing integrated quality management based on the availability of facilities. There are four main pillars of TQM used as the focus of the study, namely: (1) customer focus, (2) continuous quality improvement, (3) total employee involvement, and (4) efficient process management. This study uses a mixed methods approach through interviews, observations and literature review. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TQM at Kripik Riki has significantly contributed to the improvement of product quality, production efficiency and customer satisfaction, supporting the success of this company in both local and international markets.

Abstract

Microbiological tests were carried out to analyse the quality of frozen mackerel products based on food safety standards. The aim of this study was to assess the microbiological quality of frozen mackerel samples coded 0357/I, 0388/I, 0113/N, 0145/N and 0173/N by testing for the presence of Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella spp. using methods from SNI 2332.1:2015, SNI ISO 11290-1:2012 and SNI ISO 6579-1:2017. The results showed that Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella spp. were not detected in any of the samples tested. These results indicate that the products meet food safety standards and reflect the application of good hygiene practices and hygienic production processes. The absence of pathogenic bacteria also suggests that low-temperature storage effectively prevents bacterial growth. Based on these results, frozen mackerel products are considered to be of good quality, safe for consumption and in compliance with international standards.

Abstract

Ergonomic challenges are associated with study tables often ignore the user's optimal dimensions and posture. A comfortable study environment is needed to improve productivity and health. It is necessary to design and implement an automatic control system for the table height and study light intensity, utilizing ultrasonic sensors and Light Dependent Resistors (LDR) to adapt to the user's needs. Previous studies often neglect the integration of adjustable furniture with smart lighting systems, causing discomfort and inefficiency in the study environment. A new method is needed by combining a linear DC motor actuator with an L298N motor driver to facilitate table height adjustment between 70 cm and 80 cm, while using a relay module to control the brightness of the lights based on ambient light conditions. The results show that the developed system significantly improves user comfort and health, demonstrating its effectiveness in various settings, including home and workplace. The results show that ergonomic design when paired with automation, can improve user concentration and productivity. This study contributes to the field of ergonomic design by providing a practical solution that addresses table height and lighting, ultimately promoting a healthier and more efficient study environment.

Abstract

The Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) states that the literacy and numeracy of students in Indonesia are in the low category. Indonesia scored 366 and ranked 68 out of 81 countries. Previous research discussed parental involvement in developing early childhood literacy. This study aims to investigate parents' policies in developing numerical literacy in adolescent children. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through questionnaires filled in by parents and interviews related to the interaction between parents and children in the context of numerical literacy. There are 9 respondents, namely mothers of adolescent children who will be studied. The results showed that parents' policies in supporting numerical literacy include providing direct support in learning mathematics, providing adequate learning resources, and implementing daily activities related to numeracy. Obstacles to implementing this policy include parents' limited time, children's lack of interest in numerical literacy, and others. This study concludes that parents view the development of numerical literacy as “very important”. Parents' policies support the development of numerical literacy in adolescent children by involving children in financial management and playing an active role in their activities of adolescent children.

Abstract

The government plans to introduce programming languages, commonly called coding. Students must be able to understand how to program an application and not only be a user but it is expected that students have the provision to develop the technology. The utilization of technology encourages humans to use it for the right things. The participatory method is carried out through four stages: focus group discussion (FGD), socialization, training, and evaluation. The subjects of this PKM are teachers and 7th-grade junior high school students in Yogyakarta. Grade 7 students are expected to start learning programming languages as early as possible. Using the Python application, students can learn programming for math learning. Math is often considered a difficult lesson; with this training, students become happy to explore. The training conducted can be used to learn the basics of Python and create formulas to calculate the area of flat buildings.

Abstract

The growing demand for salted milkfish products is driving innovation in product development to meet diverse consumer preferences. Product development strategies enable companies to remain competitive and attract more potential consumers. This research aims to analyze the development of brine milkfish products covering aspects such as raw materials, processing methods, product variations, packaging and marketing strategies at UMKM Pindang Pelem. The research adopts a survey method using purposive sampling techniques. The data are analyzed descriptively to provide a clear overview of the research findings. The results show that UMKM Pindang Pelem has developed its procurement of milkfish by expanding the selection of suppliers located near the production site. Processing methods have been improved by improving the cleanliness of raw milkfish, adding flavor enhancers and spices during brining, and extending the brining time. UMKM Pindang Pelem has shifted to using convenient packaging such as combinations of styrofoam plates, banana leaves and plastic wrap, as well as foam food containers and thin-walled boxes. Their marketing strategy has used WhatsApp platforms for promotion and market segment expansion.
