Abstract

Kepuasan Penumpang adalah suatu keadaan yang dirasakan penumpang setelah mengalami suatu kinerja dari produk/jasa dan membandingkan pelayanan yang diinginkan serta diharapkan penumpang sesuai dan dapat terpenuhi melalui produk/layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas On Time Performance, Layanan dan Capabilty berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penumpang dan kinerja di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang melakukan perjalanan di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan Teknik uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji determinasi dan uji hipotesis (T-test). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan variable kepuasan penumpang yang diukur dengan 3 item pernyataan dengan bantuan skala likert 5 poin memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,90, yaitu berada pada rentang kriteria 3,40 – 4,20. Hal ini berarti sebagaian besar penumpang pada Bandr Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali sudah merasa puas. Signifikansi pengaruh on time perfomance terhadap kepuasan berdasarkan signifikansi uji-t sebesar 0,000, nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya on time performance, layanan dan capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dan hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai Kepuasan penumpang pada Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali termasuk kedalam kategori puas.. On time performance, Layanan dan Capabilty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang.

Abstract

Community service activities through the digital money literacy education program for Karang Taruna aim to educate the community, especially Karang Taruna in Srimulyo Village, Dampit Regency, Malang, about the use of digital money transactions that have not been optimally used in realizing technologically intelligent human resources in the village. The implementation of the digital money literacy education program for Karang Taruna in Srimulyo Village was carried out on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. The results of this activity show that Karang Taruna in Srimulyo Village, Dampit Regency, Malang are educated and able to understand the need for technology in digital finance. The education provided explains how the use of digital money makes transactions easier in supporting the economy of the community in Srimulyo Village. The activity of using digital money transactions increases the ability of Karang Taruna in Srimulyo Village as technologically intelligent human resources. The use of applications in non-cash transactions can be an effective alternative in improving a safer payment system for Karang Taruna members and the local community.

Abstract

This study seeks to gauge the implementation, effectiveness, and lecturers’ perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) integration in teaching at Politeknik Penerbangan Makassar, Indonesia. A mixed-methods approach was employed, utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires to measure implementation and effectiveness, and open-ended questionnaires to assess lecturers’ perceptions. The quantitative findings indicate that AI implementation is generally effective (mean = 4.00), with institutional policies and opportunities for student innovation being key factors, while infrastructure presents an obstacle. Qualitative results indicate that lecturers view AI as a transformative tool for enhancing teaching efficiency, providing instant and consistent feedback, and fostering creativity and collaboration. However, despite its benefits, lecturers emphasize the essential nature of human guidance, such as contextual feedback, emotional support, or ethical oversight. The novelty of the study’s approach lies in its focus on vocational higher education, a subject that has relatively little empirical evidence, and demonstrates how the introduction of AI can supplement rather than replace pedagogues’ work in learning. The implications of the findings provide practical guidance for policymakers and educators seeking more comprehensive institutional policies, targeted faculty development, and investment in technological infrastructure to leverage AI in teaching and learning effectively.

Abstract

Implementasi first aid pada masyarakat transportasi di lingkungan sekitar Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang perlu ditingkatkan dalam rangka mengurangi tingkat resiko lanjutan luka bakar yang mungkin dapat ditimbulkan dari aktivitas di sekitar Politeknik Penerbanagn Palembang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah (1) untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat resiko yang mungkin akan muncul di sekitar kita, (2) meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pertolongan pertama pada luka bakar, dan (3) meminimalisir dampak bahaya lanjutan dari luka bakar. Mitra kerjasama kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode partisipatif yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif anggota masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian agar memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan hasil pengabdian Tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, tim pengabdian melakukan observasi awal kebutuhan peserta kegiatan. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari kegiatan pelatihan yang terdiri dari teori dan praktek langsung pertolongan pertama luka bakar. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan suatu kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta telah memiliki pemahaman dan kemampuan pertolongan pertama pada luka bakar.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in higher and vocational education, yet its rapid adoption often outpaces existing legal and institutional frameworks. This study investigates how Indonesia’s regulatory landscape supports the integration of AI in teaching and learning at Politeknik Penerbangan Makassar (Poltekbang Makassar), and identifies the legal, ethical, and governance challenges shaping responsible innovation. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research combines document analysis of key national policies (such as the National Education System Law 2003, Presidential Regulation No. 95/2018, and the National AI Strategy 2020–2045) with semi-structured interviews involving five lecturers and two academic policymakers. Data were analyzed thematically. The results reveal that while Indonesia’s legal foundations implicitly support AI adoption through broader digital transformation policies, significant regulatory gaps persist, particularly concerning algorithmic transparency, accountability, and data privacy. Institutional policies at Poltekbang Makassar demonstrate readiness for technological innovation but lack comprehensive AI governance mechanisms. The study proposes a multi-level regulatory model encompassing national policy formulation, sectoral alignment within vocational standards, and internal institutional governance frameworks to ensure accountability, fairness, and compliance. These findings contribute to the development of an Institutional AI Governance Framework based on principles of accountability, transparency, and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, offering a practical roadmap for policymakers and educational leaders in Indonesia’s vocational sector.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Governance, Vocational Education, Poltekbang Makassar, Algorithmic Accountability
