Abstract

This service aims to develop and monitor hydroponic plants in an effort to increase agricultural efficiency in Lembang Randan Batu. The hydroponic farming method was chosen as a solution to increase agricultural efficiency by utilizing water optimally and reducing land use. Apart from that, cleaning of rice field irrigation channels is carried out to reduce environmental pollution due to plastic waste. This research uses the method of selecting plants, creating a hydroponic system, planting and maintaining plants, collecting plastic waste, sorting and processing plastic waste. The research results show that hydroponic plants can grow well and provide satisfactory results, while cleaning rice field irrigation channels can reduce environmental pollution due to plastic waste. This service contributes to the development of sustainable agriculture and plastic waste management in Lembang Randan Batu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction at Café Mie Setang. data collection procedures from this study, namely: observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The calculation results show that partially location (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Café Mie Handlebars, this is shown from the acquisition of a tcount of 1.5000 and a ttable of 1.678, with a significance of 0.140 while facilities (X2) have an effect oncustomer satisfaction (Y) at Café Mie Setang, this is shown from the acquisition of a tcount of 6,619 and a ttable of 1.678, with a significance of 0.000. and simultaneously location (X1), and facilities (X2) affect customer satisfaction (Y) at Café Mie Handlebars. this is shown from the acquisition of Fcount 29,726 and Ftable 3.20 with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Toraja weaving craft business in the Unnoni weaving group, Lembang Sa'dan Tiroallo, Sa'dan District, North Toraja Regency. By using this type of quantitative research, data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation by comparing the income data of the Unnoni weaving group before and during the Covid-19 pandemic using trend analysis from 2018-2021. The results show that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in income for the Toraja Weaving handicraft business of the Unnoni Group which has also affected the performance of the business. The chain of Covid-19 distribution has resulted in the Toraja people having to stop all their activities, especially at the rambu tuka' and rambu solo' events which usually make their weaving crafts much in demand by buyers, but because of this, there are no orders for cloth and it creates business income. weaving craftsmen decreased and hampered the business.

Abstract

This research aims to test and determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee productivity at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. This research method uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques were through questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Toraja Regency. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program.The calculation results from the t test on the work discipline variable t count 3,420> t table 1,688 and on the work environment variable the t count value 10,055 > t table 1,688. This research shows that, partially work discipline has an effect on employee productivity, the work environment has an effect on employee productivity and simultaneously work discipline and work environment influence employee productivity at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the role of satisfaction with rewards (financial reward satisfaction, material reward satisfaction, psychological reward satisfaction) on the performance of lecturers and employees at UKI Toraja. The data collection procedures for this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS. This study was conducted on lecturers and employees of UKI Toraja with a sample of 76 respondents. The results of the study revealed that the three dimensions of rewards, namely FRS, MRS and PRS, can improve performance. This indicates that when someone feels satisfied with financial and non-financial rewards, it will have an impact on improving performance. The role of management is very much needed in this case to integrate the dimensions of rewards so that employee performance can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Business development in Indonesia continues to experience growth. In order for a business to be able to compete in this very complex era of industrial revolution 4.0, it needs to be supported by basic skills in better business planning, one of which is the coffee shop business. This service activity is to provide training regarding the importance of making a simple production cost budget, and the method of implementing this activity is to provide training, discussions and questions and answers and participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training. The aim of this service is to increase participants' knowledge of the importance of preparing a production budget as a tool for planning and controlling costs in making business decisions, as well as to increase the participants' ability to prepare production budgets so that the mandate given to them as business actors can be properly accounted for. This is due to a lack of understanding by business actors. This is due to a lack of understanding by business actors about the importance of preparing a production budget as a basis for making decisions on business management, as well as a lack of understanding about how to calculate a production budget properly and correctly. Based on the results of the service, it can be seen that the training activity participants really understood the explanation of the material presented. This was proven by the various questions asked and discussions, and the participants were able to solve the cases given.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on the use of digital payment shopee paylaters among Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics students. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were all students of the Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics. With a total sample of 33 respondents who were selected using the Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that financial literacy has a positive effect on the use of digital payment shopee paylater among Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics students with an influence level of 26.6%, while the remaining 73.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Bidang Persidangan Pada DPRD Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu : observasi,wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Teknik yang peneliti gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus (total sampling) yaitu metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi yaitu 31 sampel . Hasil perhitungan dengan uji t pada variabel Beban Kerja t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai (2,414) > (2,04841) dan pada variabel Kepuasan Kerja t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai (7,479) > (2,04841). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Berpengaruh Secara Positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pegawai Bidang Persidangan pada DPRD Kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Honorer Pada DPRD Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu : observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25.Teknik yang di gunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden. Dari hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan variabel Kompensasi fhitung > ftabel dengan nilai (42,962) > (2,790). Maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Honorer Pada DPRD Kabupaten Toraja Utara.
