Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency DPMPTSP. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, questionnaires and documentation. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26. This research was conducted at the Toraja Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP), with a sample size of 38 respondents. The technique that researchers used in sampling was a saturated sampling technique. The results of calculations using the t test on the work discipline variable t count > t table with a value of (3.273) > (1.690) and on the motivation variable t count > t table with a value of (9.184) > (1.690). The conclusion of this research is that work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Toraja Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Toarco Jaya, Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, questionnaires and interviews. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26. This research was conducted at the PT Toarco Jaya Office, North Toraja Regency. The technique that researchers used in sampling was the Saturated Sampling method, namely a sampling method using all members of the population, namely 34 samples. The results of calculations using the t test on the Compensation variable t count > t table with a value of (3.565) > (1.696) and on the Work Discipline variable t count > t table with a value of (18.220) > (1.696). The conclusion of this research is that Compensation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Toarco Jaya, Toraja Regency.

Eldris Pagirik,2025 “Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Toarco Jaya Kabupaten Toraja Utara”.Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam keberhasilan organisasi, namun produktivitas pekerja Indonesia masih tertinggal dibanding negara ASEAN lainnya. Rendahnya produktivitas ini dapat menghambat investasi dan pertumbuhan industri, termasuk industri kopi. Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan efisien. PT. Toarco Jaya bertanggung jawab menerapkan K3 guna melindungi karyawan dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan efektivitas K3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (k3) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Toarco Jaya Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Berdasarkan pada data yang telah dikumpulkan dan telah dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Keselamatan dan Kesehatanh Kerja (K3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Toarco Jaya Kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract

Mitra Toraja Markisa is a family business in Rantetayo sub-district which produces passion fruit into a drink that is rich in benefits. Production at Mitra Markisa Toraja has several obstacles that often affect the production process, including the limited passion fruit as the raw material in making the product, resulting in the expected production target sometimes not being achieved. This limitation of raw materials is caused by several things such as the failure of the passion fruit harvest due to plant pests or other things, the type of passion fruit needed sometimes experiences a decrease in stock because it is much sought after and other problems. In recording its production reports/budgets, Mitra Markisa Toraja still records manually in the ledger, which is recorded for one period/year. The products produced by Mitra Markisa Toraja have been distributed throughout Tana Toraja and North Toraja and have even been shipped outside Toraja. The purpose of the research to be achieved is to determine the results of the production budget analysis at the Mitra Toraja Markisa Industry.

Abstract

Humans are social and individual beings thus they will always have desires, one of which is to have their needs met in a variety of ways. The purpose of this study is to examine how e-recruitment, pay, and firm reputation affect Generation Z's desire to apply for jobs in North Toraja. The goal is to determine how much each of these three aspects affects a candidate's decision to apply for a job and to offer suggestions for successful hiring practices that will help businesses draw in this digital generation. Because it has satisfied scientific criteria in a concrete or empirical, objective, quantifiable, rational, and methodical way, this study employs a quantitative method, a research approach founded on the positive philosophy (concrete facts). With a significant value of 0.738, the study's findings demonstrated that pay had no discernible impact on Generation Z's desire to apply for jobs in North Toraja. However, with significant values of 0.018 and 0.002, respectively, e-recruitment and firm reputation had a favourable and significant influence. Career advancement, location, and work experience are more important to Generation Z than pay. In conclusion, two important elements that influence interest in applying for employment are e-recruitment and corporate reputation.

Abstract

The Influence of Social Media on Tourist Interest in North Toraja. The purpose of this research is to determine whether social media has an impact on tourist interest in North Toraja. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The population in this research consists of tourists visiting tourist attractions in North Toraja, with a sample size of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing (t-test) indicate that the social media variable has an influence on tourist interest in North Toraja.
