Abstract

Jamur makroskopis merupakan organisme eukariota (sel-selnya mempunyai inti sejati) yang digolongkan ke dalam kelompok cendawan sejati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keanekaragaman jamur makroskopis dan jenis-jenis jamur makroskopis di Taman Hutan Raya Bukit Barisan Kecamatan Dolat Rayat Kabupaten Karo. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah metode garis berpetak. Penelitian dilakukan di 3 tempat yang berbeda ketinggian : stasiun pengamatan pertama 1275 m dpl, stasiun pengamatan kedua 1352 m dpl dan stasiun pengamatan ketiga 1507 mdpl. Dalam setiap ketinggian terdiri dari 5 plot pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener. Hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa keanekaragaman jenis jamur makroskopis di Taman Hutan Raya tergolong tinggi dengan indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener H’= 3, 125. Jenis jamur makroskopis yang didapat terdiri dari 2 divisi yaitu divisi ascomycota dan basidiomycota, 4 kelas, 8 ordo, 20 famili dan 50 spesies. Faktor lingkungan yang diamati berupa temperatur lingkungan yang berkisar antara 21 - 21,7° C, kelembapan udara yang berkisar antara 74% - 82%, kelembapan tanah berkisar anatara 5,5 - 6,1% dan pH tanah yang berkisar antara 5-6,7. Jamur makroskopis yang ditemukan hidup di substrat yang berbeda-beda seperti di batang pohon yang masih hidup, kayu lapuk, serasah serta tanah berhumus.

Abstract

Kabupaten Aceh Timur memiliki sebuah desa yang berpotensi besar memiliki buah-buahan hutan yang belum tereksplorasi. Potensi sumber daya genetik tumbuhan buah-buahan di lokop terutama yang masih hidup liar di hutan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Jenis tumbuhan buah-buahan hutan belum banyak di kenal dan belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Hal ini karena secara ekonomis buah-buhan lokal masih dianggap kurang penting. Dengan Terbatasnya informasi terkait buah-buahan asli lokop khususnya yang masih tumbuh liar menyebabkan keberadaan sumber daya genetik buah-buahan tersebut menjadi terancam. Padahal buah-buhan hutan masih memiliki bentuk dan cita rasa yang sangat khas dan umumnya memiliki kandungan gizi yang baik. Eksplorasi dan konservasi sumber daya genetik merupakan salah satu pilihan yang dapat di lakukan untuk menyelamatkan keragaman jenis tumbuhan buah-buahan asli lokop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis buah-buaha lokal di daerah lokop kecamatan Aceh timur. Berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa telah di temukan 52 spesies buah yang terdapat di kawasan hutan lokop. Diantaranya berhabitat liar sebanyak 27 spesies, dan yang berhabitat budidaya sebanyak 25 spesies. Banyaknya spesies yang ditemukan di hutan liar karena hutan di daerah lokop masih terjaga, tumbuhan yang dibudidaya merupakan tumbuhan yang di ambil dari hutan dan di tanam di perkebunan warga karena tumbuhan tersebut dapat menghasilkan buah dan dapat di makan oleh masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Hutan mangrove adalah hutan yang dapat tumbuh di daerah pesisir pantai atau hutan yang dekat dengan muara sungai. Hutan ini merupakan hutan yang dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan pasang surut air laut. Tumbuhan ini dapat dijumpai di wilayah tropis dan subtropis yang terlindungi dari hamparan ombak. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah Untuk mengetahui Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Mangrove di Desa Alur Dua dan mengetahui jenis tumbuhan mangrove manakah yang paling dominan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode jalur berpetak,teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jalur berpetak dengan ukuran 10 m x 10 m. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan indeks keanekaragaman tumbuhan mangrove sebesarH’= 2,1005 tergolong sedang.Ditemukan 6 mangrove sejati dan 4 mangrove ikutan. Spesies yang paling dominan adalah Aegialitis annulata dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman 0,3621 sedangkan spesies yang terendah adalah Hibicus teleacius dengan indeks keanekaragaman 0,1677. Disarankan kepada masyarakat agar menjaga lingkungan khususnya didaerah pesisir agar habitat tumbuhan mangrove tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Reading strategy is an important role in teaching reading comprehension to achieve the goals of reading. The teacher must choose a strategy that supports the development of students' skills in analyzing the content of the text. The objectives of this research were to investigate EFL teachers’ strategies in teaching reading comprehension and the most frequent one applied by them. The subjects of this research consisted of 30 EFL teachers. This research was a survey design that used a quantitative approach. The instrument was a questionnaire using Vacca and Vacca’s theory and it was administrated to the respondents through Google Forms. The data were analyzed quantitatively using the Microsoft Excel software. The results of the research showed that the EFL teachers applied five strategies in teaching reading comprehension at Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City, namely the SQ3R, Reciprocal Teaching, Think-Aloud, QARs, and Scaffolding strategies. The most frequent strategy applied by them was the SQ3R which was as always category while other strategies were as often category. In conclusion, EFL teachers have applied various strategies in teaching reading comprehension at Senior High Schools. This research recommended that EFL teachers to apply all strategies in teaching reading comprehension.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom pada mata kuliah Basic Grammar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi apakah model Flipped Classroom dapat meningkatkan kemampuan gramatikal mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa semester I kelas A program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Bengkulu yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah Basic Grammar. Jumlah peserta dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 mahasiswa. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes, lembar observasi/ceklis, dan modul. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memperoleh nilai lebih dari 70 meningkat dari 45% di siklus 1 menjadi 71% di siklus 2, atau meningkat 26%. Hasil tes di siklus 2 juga menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini telah tercapai yaitu lebih dari 50% partisipan mencapai nilai lebih dari 70. Dapat disimpulkan, penerapan flipped classroom memberikan waktu yang cukup bagi mahasiswa untuk mendalami materi grammar baik secara teori maupun praktik.

Abstract

One of the obstacles in the learning process at SMAN 1 Sultan Daulat is that some students have low interest in learning. This is thought to be due to the lack of variations in learning models, so that the percentage of students who achieve the KKM score is only 65%. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes by implementing the Team Games Tournament model. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all class XI students of SMAN 1 Sultan Daulat, totaling 46 students. The sample used was class XI Science 1. The data collection technique for the learning outcomes test was in the form of multiple choice. The data analysis technique was carried out quantitatively, namely by hypothesis testing and N-gain testing. The results of the research show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes based on the results of hypothesis testing with tcount > ttable, namely 18.25 > 2.074 at a significance level of 5%. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the average normalized N-gain result of 0.67 with the criteria for increasing learning outcomes being 67% in the medium category. Thus, the hypothesis in the research was accepted and it was concluded that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes from implementing the Team Games Tournament model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of compound words on the @PopBase X account in 2024. Using a qualitative approach and the theory of Delahunty and Garvey (2010), this study focuses on identifying three types of compound words: endocentric, exocentric, and copulative. Data were collected from @PopBase tweets throughout 2024, specifically those related to entertainment news and pop culture. The findings of the study revealed that endocentric compounds dominated the data, with terms such as soundtrack and fanbase being the most frequently used. Exocentric compounds, such as box office and blockbuster, and copulative compounds, such as singer-songwriter and action comedy, also appeared but were less frequent. The study also found that most of the compounds had transparent meanings and the compounds in the posts functioned as nouns. These findings suggest that the use of compound words on @PopBase helps facilitate concise and engaging communication, especially in the fast-paced digital environment of platform X. This study contributes to the understanding of word formation in X application and highlights the evolving role of morphology in online entertainment communication.

Abstract

This study aims to produce Student Worksheets (LKPD) integrated with the Project Based Learning model on the mangrove ecosystem material to improve valid and practical science process skills. This study uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research parameters measured are the validity and practicality of the LKPD. Validity is reviewed from the presentation, content, and language. Practicality is reviewed from the implementation of student activities during the learning process using the LKPD. Data analysis of this study was carried out descriptively quantitatively. Based on the results of the study, the validity of the LKPD was 94% with very valid criteria. The practicality of the LKPD based on the implementation of the LKPD was 90.01% with very good criteria and the student response aspect obtained an average of 92.36% with very good criteria. Thus, the Student Worksheet (LKPD) integrated with the Project Based Learning model is considered valid and practical so it is suitable for use in the learning process.
