Abstract

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kesadaran merek, citra merek, nilai pelanggan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas merek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Kepuasan memediasi pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan citra merek terhadap lotalitas merek. Nilai pelanggan dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Kemudian, kesadaran merek berpengaruh terhadap citra merek. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan peran penting kepuasan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas merek. Selain itu, nilai pelanggan dan citra merek juga memberikan peran dalam meningkatkan kepuasan. Awal dari pengaruh-pengaruh tersebut adalah kesadaran merek. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan bahwa kepuasan, nilai pelanggan, citra merek, dan kesadaran merek merupakan factor penting dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas merek.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, or 2019 to 2022. An assessment of company performance is based on the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The object of this research is a company that moves into the aviation industry and uses purposive sampling techniques. Thus, three airlines, GIAA, CMPP, and IATA, were obtained. From the results of this study, it is known that all the samples experienced a decrease in performance when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, namely in 2020 and 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on company performance. Then in 2022, there was a fairly rapid improvement, led by the GIAA.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Kubu Gadang adalah kurangnya minat dan motivasi dalam berwirausaha serta keterbatasan ide produk inovatif untuk usaha rumahan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, dilakukan program pemberdayaan yang bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, inovasi produk, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Metode kegiatan meliputi tiga tahap: pembekalan kewirausahaan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang usaha dan menciptakan ide produk baru; pelatihan pengolahan makanan berbahan dasar makaroni dengan campuran rendang sebagai bentuk inovasi berbasis kearifan lokal; dan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dasar usaha untuk menentukan harga pokok penjualan dan menghitung laba. Pelaksanaan program menunjukkan hasil positif, dengan peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi. Mereka mendapatkan wawasan baru tentang cara memulai usaha rumahan dan mengolah makanan dengan nilai jual tinggi. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memotivasi peserta untuk terus berwirausaha, dengan harapan adanya dukungan lanjutan untuk pengelolaan usaha yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The results of the 2022 national survey showed that the financial literacy rate in West Sumatra was 40.78%, far below the national average, and ranked in the bottom 3 in Sumatra. Therefore, various efforts are needed to improve financial literacy. This community service activity focuses on financial literacy in household financial management considering the many financial problems in households due to the lack of knowledge of housewives in managing household finances. The object of this activity is the Bundo Kanduang organization in West Air Tawar. In Minangkabau, Bundo Kanduang acts as the guardian of the Rumah Gadang who is responsible for the Rumah Gadang, high heirloom property, and is also a symbol for his people and is expected to be a role model for the society. The proposing team provided training to enhance the financial literacy of Bundo Kanduang through simple bookkeeping and good financial planning in order for upgrading the quality of household financial management. By the time the activity ended, 72.5% of the material and cases had been well understood by the participants. After this activity, it is hoped that mothers can practice the knowledge that has been given and can share their knowledge with housewives in their environment.

Abstract

In last 10 years tax compliance ratio in Indonesia continues to increase as well as the realization of tax revenues which have been able to exceed the target in the last 2 years. However, the tax ratio is still relatively low and homework for the government. One of the factors that influences the tax ratio is the level of tax compliance, which can be improved through a tax education program. In this activity, the target for tax education are members of the MGMP Accounting and Banking in West Sumatra Province who teach taxation subjects. The material that will be provided is the latest taxation regulations, namely income tax article 21 which will be effective from January 1, 2024 and the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) which will be effective in July 2024. This community service has succeeded in increasing participants' understanding in calculating income tax article 21 according to the latest regulations, and is expected to be used as a reference in revising teaching materials for taxation subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Value and Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention in Spotify Premium services mediated by Satisfaction. The background of this study is based on the low percentage of Spotify users in Indonesia who subscribe to premium packages, despite the number of users globally continuing to increase. The study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 150 respondents aged 17–40 years who are Spotify Premium users in the city of Padang, selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that Perceived Value and Customer Experience have a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention. Satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and significantly mediates the relationship between Perceived Value and Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention. These findings suggest that increasing perceived value and enhancing the positive user experience will enhance satisfaction, ultimately driving the intention to repurchase Spotify Premium. These findings have implications for Spotify Premium management, enabling the improvement of customer experience strategies and perceived value, which in turn drives satisfaction and increases repurchase intent. Additionally, the results of this study can serve as a reference for other digital service providers in designing features and services that prioritize user satisfaction.

Abstract

Kehadiran kelompok Ibu PKK diharapkan menjadi salah satu wadah bagi masyarakat, terutama ibu-ibu untuk dapat memanfaatkan peluang usaha yang ada, agar dapat mandiri secara ekonomi. Kelompok Ibu PKK Kelurahan Kubu Gadang, menjadi satu satunya kelompok PKK yang ada di Kelurahan Kubu Gadang. Kegiatan yang sudah dijalankan oleh PKK ini pun beragam, namun masih terfokus pada kegiatan sosial seperti penyuluhan kesehatan terutama bagi perempuan, ibu dan anak, kegiatan gotong royong rutin guna terciptanya lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat, serta kegiatan bercocok tanam sederhana. Sementara untuk kegiatan terkait peningkatan kewirausahaan masih tergolong sangat kurang. Padahal peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan guna menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi merupakan salah satu tujuan dari PKK. Salah satu ide usaha yang dapat dikembangkan oleh PKK Kelurahan Kubu Gadang yaitu usaha aneka jajanan sehat kekinian. Meskipun banyak jenis makanan hasil industri atau pabrikan yang beredar di masyarakat, usaha makanan jajanan pasar masih menjadi pilihan sebagian besar masyarakat. Maka dari itu, dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan kewirausahaan, ibu PKK Kelurahan Kubu Gadang sangat memerlukan pelatihan terkait pengetahuan dalam membuat aneka makanan jajanan sehat kekinian yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar, cara menghitung modal atau harga pokok produk sehingga mampu memprediksi laba yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital transformation on supply chain management (SCM) within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by utilizing the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology. Digital transformation involves integrating advanced digital technologies to improve business operations and processes. For SMEs, which often face resource limitations and scalability issues, digital transformation can significantly enhance SCM processes by increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving agility and collaboration. The research employs a systematic review and meta-analysis of existing literature to assess the effects of digital transformation on SCM in SMEs. The PRISMA methodology ensures a thorough and unbiased selection of relevant studies, providing a solid foundation for the analysis. The key SCM dimensions explored include operational efficiency, cost management, agility, and collaboration. The results reveal that digital transformation leads to substantial improvements in SCM performance. Automation of processes, enhanced real-time data exchange, and better decision-making capabilities are some of the benefits identified. However, the study also highlights challenges such as the high initial costs associated with digital technologies, resistance to change within organizations, and the need for continuous skill development. The findings suggest that successful digital transformation in SMEs' SCM requires strategic planning, investment in employee training, and a supportive organizational culture.  This research contributes to the understanding of how digital transformation can be leveraged to optimize SCM in SMEs and provides actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers aiming to foster digital innovation in this critical sector

Abstract

PkM skema integrasi prodi dan nagari ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan Ibu-Ibu PKK di Nagari Kamang Hilia, Kecamatan Kamang Magek, Kabupaten Agam, melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi kerajinan rajut. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan keterampilan, minimnya pemahaman manajemen keuangan keluarga, serta kurangnya peluang usaha yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu pembekalan manajemen keuangan keluarga, pelatihan teknik dasar merajut, serta praktik dan bimbingan pembuatan produk rajutan bernilai jual. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan langsung oleh narasumber ahli. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga serta peningkatan keterampilan dalam memproduksi berbagai produk rajutan seperti tas dan dompet. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan motivasi untuk mengembangkan usaha kreatif berbasis rajutan sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi dan pemberdayaan perempuan di tingkat nagari.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed consumer shopping behavior, particularly through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. Factors such as Perceived Ease of Use, Price discount strategies, and the enjoyment experienced during shopping are believed to influence consumers’ tendency to engage in impulse buying. This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Price discount on Impulse buying among Shopee users in Padang City, as well as to investigate the mediating role of perceived enjoyment. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method with purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 150 active Shopee users in Padang who had previously made impulsive purchases. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. The findings indicate that Perceived Ease of Use does not have a significant effect on impulse buying. However, Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on perceived enjoyment. Furthermore, perceived enjoyment positively and significantly influences impulse buying. Price discount also shows a positive and significant effect on both impulse buying and perceived enjoyment. In addition, Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant indirect effect on impulse buying through perceived enjoyment, and price discount similarly exerts a positive and significant indirect effect on impulse buying through perceived enjoyment. Overall, these results highlight the essential role of emotional experience in driving impulsive purchasing behavior on e-commerce platforms.
