Abstract

BDP Business Club atau singkatan dari BBC (Bisnis daring dan pemasaran Business Club) yaitu program pembelajaran di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Melalui pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap keterampilan berwirausaha, memegang peranan penting untuk pengembangan potensi pada siswa dalam berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha siswa kelas (BBC) Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran Business Club di SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam peningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha siswa kelas BBC adalah dengan memberikan wawasan tentang kewirausahaan, kunjungan UMKM seperti yang pernah dilakukan ke De’nil Pudding, melakukan pelatihan dengan membuat produk pudding di sekolah dengan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh sekolah. Dalam upaya ini siswa terkendala bahasa inggris yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran pada kelas BBC. Artinya upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the program for handling and preventing acts of violence against children in Wonogiri Regency, as well as analyzing the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the program for handling and preventing acts of violence against children. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the program for handling and preventing acts of violence against children in Wonogiri Regency is not fully effective. This can be seen from the goal which cannot be said to have been achieved because there are still cases of violence. Then we still encounter obstacles such as employees who are less committed to carrying out their duties, lacking facilities and infrastructure, and community culture that is difficult to change.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah kemampuan melakukan sesuatu dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas kesejahteraan di masyarakat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang merupakan aktivitas barbasis pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan empati serta keterampilan mahasiswa pada kondisi lingkungan masyarakat. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) kelompok 8 Universitas Darunnajah yang di selenggarakan lingkungan Kelurahan Petukangan Selatan RW 02, Kecamatan Pesanggarahan, Jakarta Selatan dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan, demonstrasi Dan pendampingan kelompok melalui peningkatan kualitas pendidikan Agama, Ekonomi, dan hukum di lingkungan Kelurahan Petukangan Selatan RW 02. Hasil menunjukan response positive yang tinggi dari pemerintahan sampai masyarakat sekitar dalam berpartisipasi di antaranya mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar SD SLB Sumber Budi, kegiatan pelayanan bimbingan sosial emosional pada anak tuna grahita, kegiatan pelayanan bimbingan Bahama isyarat pada anak tuna rungu, pengajaran PAUD Cempaka di RW 02, kegiatan pelayanan pengajaran TPA Nurul Huda, kegiatan Hidroponik bersama pengelola RPTRA Manunggal, Membuat keterampilan pupil dari kulit telur bersama Ibu Lurah Petukangan Selatan, membuat kreativitas dari stik ice cream dan bahan sampah menjadi tas/barang bermanfaat, melatih dan mengajarkan anak - anak bermain bola Dan menari di RPTRA Manunggal, dan Kegiatan Seminar Kewirausahaan. Disisi lain terjadi peningkatan kedispilinan dan partisipasi mahasiswa KKN dan masyarakat, dengan keberhasilan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Field Work Lectures (KKL) is one form of application of the Tri Dharma of higher education. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of education for early childhood and society in general. The method used in this service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of KKL activities are that they have a positive impact on both students and students at SDN 006 Martadinata, TK Marta Jaya and TPQ RT 08, RT 01, and RT 14. There are several series of activities, namely teaching, religious education, socializing the benefits of saving, distributing basic necessities, to making village profile videos. With this activity, it is hoped that students can understand the importance of education and the importance of saving from an early age. Religious teaching activities are also expected to provide students with an understanding of how to read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly according to the rules of tajwid and makhorijul letters.

Abstract

Illegal levies (extortion) are a form of corruption that harms the public and weakens trust in public institutions. This research aims to analyze criminal sanctions against extortionists in the perspective of positive law and Islamic criminal law and compare their approaches. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature study of legal literature, regulatory documents, and interpretation of fiqh books. The results showed that in positive law, extortion is categorized as a criminal act of corruption with severe criminal penalties under the Corruption Eradication Law, such as a minimum prison sentence of 4 years to a maximum of 20 years, and additional penalties such as fines. Meanwhile, in Islamic criminal law, extortion is categorized as jarimah ta’zir with flexible sanctions adjusted by the judge, such as dismissal from office or return of extortion proceeds, which aims to maintain the public interest. The comparison shows that positive law focuses on deterrent effects and system protection, while Islamic law emphasizes moral justice and restoration of community rights. This research contributes to offering an integrative approach that combines the power of positive law and the values of Islamic law, in order to eradicate extortion effectively and fairly.

Abstract

AbstrakRendahnya literasi dan pemahaman hukum di kalangan peserta didik dapat memperbesar risiko keterlibatan mereka dalam perundungan, kenakalan remaja, penyalahgunaan media sosial, narkotika, judi daring, serta berbagai perilaku berisiko lainnya. Artikel pengabdian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pelaksanaan program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah (JMS) oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Mandailing Natal sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan kesadaran hukum di lingkungan pendidikan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-dokumenter melalui tahapan perencanaan, koordinasi, penyuluhan, diskusi, dan evaluasi administratif. Data dikumpulkan dari laporan kegiatan, materi presentasi, notulen, foto dokumentasi, serta wawancara singkat dengan tim pelaksana. Program JMS dilaksanakan di sebelas lembaga pendidikan di Kecamatan Panyabungan, yang meliputi SMP, SMA/MA, SMK, dan perguruan tinggi. Materi penyuluhan mencakup perundungan, kenakalan remaja, bahaya narkotika, etika bermedia sosial, judi daring, pertambangan ilegal, serta isu malpraktik dan aborsi dalam perspektif kesehatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program JMS berjalan secara sistematis, komunikatif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan peserta, meskipun menghadapi sejumlah hambatan administratif, teknis, dan penyesuaian jadwal lapangan. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan dokumentasi operasional yang dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan model penyuluhan hukum serupa di tingkat lokal. Kata kunci: generasi muda; jaksa masuk sekolah; litreasi hokum; penyuluhan hukum. AbstractLow levels of legal literacy and legal awareness among students may increase their vulnerability to bullying, juvenile delinquency, social media misuse, narcotics abuse, online gambling, and other at-risk behaviors. This community service article aims to describe the implementation of the Jaksa Masuk Sekolah (Prosecutor Goes to School, JMS) program by the Mandailing Natal District Prosecutor’s Office as an initiative to strengthen legal awareness in educational settings. The program was carried out using a descriptive documentary approach through the stages of planning, coordination, legal outreach, discussion, and administrative evaluation. Data were obtained from activity reports, presentation materials, minutes of meetings, photographic documentation, and brief interviews with the implementation team. The JMS program was conducted at eleven educational institutions in Panyabungan Subdistrict, comprising junior high schools, senior high schools/madrasahs, vocational schools, and a university. The outreach materials covered bullying, juvenile delinquency, the dangers of narcotics, ethics in social media use, online gambling, illegal mining, and issues related to medical malpractice and abortion within a health-law context. The results show that the JMS program was implemented in a systematic, communicative, and responsive manner, although several administrative, technical, and field scheduling constraints were encountered. The program also produced operational documentation that may serve as a reference for the development of similar legal outreach models at the local level. Keywords: young generation; prosecutors in schools; legal literacy; legal education.

Abstract

This study examines the normative foundations of the Qur’an, fiqh al-bi’ah, and maqasid al-shari’ah as a basis for preventing destructive practices in Mandailing Natal (Madina) and evaluating the integration of Islamic norms with technical policies and remedial actions. This study uses a normative research method with a hermeneutic and fiqhiyyah approach, through reading the Qur’an and tafsir, as well as analyzing the principles of fiqh al-bi’ah and maqasid al-shari'ah. Data sources include scientific literature, regulations, MUI fatwas, field reports, and media archives, which are analyzed qualitatively-descriptively and triangulated with empirical evidence. The results show that Qur’anic and fiqhiyyah textual arguments affirm the normative obligation to maintain mizan and prevent fasad. Empirical findings confirm mercury pollution from Artisanal and Small-Scale Gold Mining (ASGM), coastal ecosystem degradation due to destructive fishing practices, and river waste accumulation that exacerbates health and livelihood vulnerabilities. This study also identifies gaps in the implementation of national policies at the local level, limited access to mercury-free technology, and weak regional operational regulations, which delay the internalization of ecological awareness. Based on these results, the study recommends strengthening policies based on maqasid al-shari’ah through district fatwa interventions and contextual regional regulations, thematic da'wah for behavioral change, adoption of mercury-free technology substitutes, and sharia financing mechanisms to support remediation and mitigation. This study is limited to normative and textual analysis without field testing, so further empirical research is recommended to assess the effectiveness of implementing Sharia-based ecological policies in Madina.
