Abstract

Abstrak PT PLN Kota Pekanbaru adalah suatu bentuk perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kelistrikan masyarakat. PT PLN Pekanbaru melayani kebutuhan seperti pemasangan listrik, pengajuan naik tegangan atau tmbah daya, cek tagihan listrik PLN, pembayaran listrik hingga complain. Sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung suatu organisasi untuk melakukan proses bisnisnya. System informasi dan teknologi informasi tidak hanya memberikan peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja organisasi, tetapi juga telah menjadi organisasi pemberdayaan utama untuk menjalankan proses bisnis dan mencapai tujuan bisnis dari organisasi dengan memungkinkan cara baru dalam mengelola organisasi, meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja, mengembangkan bisnis baru dan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif. Konsep perencanaan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan hal tersebut adalah TOGAF dengan melakukan tahapan dalam Architecture Development Method (ADM). Sebagian besar pada PT PLN Pekanbaru ini masih menggunakan system informasi yang pencatatannya dilakukan secara manual. Mereka memiliki aplikasi untuk mendata data tersebut ke satu tempat, namun program itu sendiri masih banyak kekurangan dan tidak user friendly. Pada skripsi ini, saya akan melakukan analisa mengenai penerapan TOGAF pada bidang informasi di perusahaan tersebut. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah menganalisa model bisnis perusahaan. Langkah kedua adalah mengamati bagaimana keadaan informasi teknologi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Dan langkah ketiga adalah untuk menerapkan TOGAF itu sendiri pada bidang informasi pada PT PLN Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci: Rencana strategi, Sistem Informasi, TOGAF ADM. Abstract PT PLN Pekanbaru City is a form of company engaged in the field of electricity community. PT PLN Pekanbaru serves the needs such as electricity installation, submission of voltage or power surges, PLN electricity bill checks, electricity payments to complaints. Information systems and information technology play an important role in supporting an organization to carry out its business processes. Information systems and information technology not only provide increased efficiency and effectiveness of organizational performance, but also have become a major empowering organization to run business processes and achieve business goals of the organization by enabling new ways of managing the organization, increasing productivity and performance, developing new businesses and delivering competitive advantage. The planning concept used in the development of this is TOGAF by carrying out the stages in the Architecture Development Method (ADM).Most of the PT PLN Pekanbaru is still using information systems that are recorded manually. They have applications to record the data to one place, but the program itself is still lacking and not user friendly. In this thesis, I will conduct an analysis of the application of TOGAF in the field of information in the company. The first step taken is to analyze the company's business model. The second step is to observe how the state of information technology and the problems faced. And the third step is to implement the TOGAF itself in the field of information at PT PLN Pekanbaru. Abstract

Pada revolusi digital dan industri saat ini, pengembangan dan penerapan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan organisasi akan menjadi urgensi bagi organisasi yang belum menerapkannya. Salah satunya adalah koperasi XYZ pada fungsi Simpan Pinjam. Saat ini dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya masih belum efektif dan efisien, serta tingginya potensi human errors. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka solusi yang diberikan yaitu perancangan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM .Adapaun fase yang dilakukan yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, dan Technology Architecture sesuai dengan kebutuhan koperasi XYZ. Dengan penerapan teknologi informasi dapat meminimalisir terjadinya risiko akibat human errors, waktu pengerjaan aktivitas bisnis menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, informasi menjadi lebih akurat dan dapat disediakan secara real time. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kerangka berfikir yang diadopsi dari Design Science Research Cycles untuk memudahkan analisis penyelesaian permasalahan penelitian. Dalam perancangan penelitian ini terdapat empat tahapan utama yaitu tahap inisiasi, tahap identifikasi, tahap perencanaan dan analisis serta tahap kesimpulan dan saran. Adapun hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rancangan blueprint Architecture sesuai dengan kebutuhan koperasi XYZ sebagai acuan pengembangan teknologi informasi dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan proses bisnis serta memberikan manfaat bagi organisasiKata Kunci: enterprise architecture, koperasi, simpan pinjam, dan TOGAF ADM

Abstract

The community service carried out by the Immigration Class I Tanjung Perak Office and the Immigration Polytechnic through the Eazy Passport Service activities at Hang Tuah University Hospital has proven a significant positive impact on the people who use it. In order to analyze the results of this collaboration, the experimental method approach is used as the basis of the research. The results identified included increasing the accessibility of passport services, efficiency of the processing process, increasing public trust in the government, empowering the community, and increasing knowledge about the requirements and procedures for obtaining passports. In addition to the direct benefits, this collaboration also creates opportunities to improve the overall quality of public services. Despite success, the challenges of implementation and ongoing evaluation must still be overcome. These findings encourage the development of similar collaborative approaches across sectors to optimize public services and meet community needs more effectively.

Abstract

The rapid embrace of digital technology is visible in the Fintech industry as a born-digital company. Previous research identified the influence of IT governance (ITG) on organizational performance (OP), mediated by digital transformation (DT). However, more research is needed to understand how IT risk management works in Fintech's digitalization. This study uses Design Science Research (DSR) following ISACA's COBIT 2019 I&T Risk Focus Area. It looks at a case study in FintechCo, using interviews data and document triangulation. Solutions and plans are created based on the gaps found in seven components within FintechCo's three priorities: EDM03 Ensured Risk Optimization, APO12 Managed Risk, and MEA03 Managed Compliance with External Requirements resulting estimated capability improvement 0,8 (34,8%). This study helps us understand how to manage IT-related risks in organizational digitalization and offers practical insights for FintechCo's digitalization journey.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan digital IT saat ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk kemajuan dan pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan. Perusahaan yang memiliki planning untuk turut serta berkembang secara global akan membutuhkan sebuah rancangan IT blueprint yang digunakan sebagai langkah strategy dalam pengembangan IT. Dalam Menyusun IT strategi salah satunya dengan menggunakan Enterprise Architecture, metode ini digunakan untuk membangun sebuah arsitektur informasi yang mempermudah perusahaan dalam memetakan sebuah strategi mulai dari kesesuaian bisnis hingga pemanfaatan teknologi di dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan mengambil objek pada PT XYZ yang berfokus di unit fungsi Business Planning and Performance dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM 9.2. sebagai acuan dalam perancangan Enterprise Architecture yang terdiri dari fase preliminary hingga fase Technology. Abstract

Dengan semakin meningkatnya implementasi TI, hampir semua sektor, termasuk sektor keuangan, dipengaruhi untuk melakukan digitalisasi. Digitalisasi telah memunculkan inovasi Financial Technology (Fintech) dalam industri keuangan. Namun, Fintech menghadapi risiko keamanan informasi, yang juga berlaku untuk FintechCo. Sebagai perusahaan di bawah naungan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dan diatur oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), FintechCo diharuskan untuk mematuhi regulasi yang mewajibkan pengawasan independen dan mengadopsi prinsip tata kelola TI yang mendorong keterbukaan, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, dan keadilan. Studi ini mengikuti pendekatan Design Science Research (DSR), yang terdiri dari lima tahap: problem explication, requirement specification, design and development, demonstration, dan evaluation. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan triangulasi dokumen internal dan eksternal. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 Information Security. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor desain yang menghasilkan tujuan tata kelola dan manajemen TI (TKMTI), yaitu APO13 Managed Security, DSS05 Managed Security Services, dan APO12 Managed Risk. Kesenjangan yang diidentifikasi kemudian ditangani dengan rekomendasi berdasarkan aspek people, process, dan technology yang dapat memitigasi risiko keamanan informasi FintechCo. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap basis pengetahuan mengenai analisis prioritas manajemen keamanan informasi dalam konteks digitalisasi organisasi. Studi ini juga memberikan wawasan implikasi praktis yang relevan untuk FintechCo secara khususnya, dan industri Fintech pada umumnya. Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) directly and indirectly forces companies to adopt IT in the company's work processes/systems. These developments and being followed by the Covid 19 pandemic directly demanded almost all lines of life, especially in companies, to utilize IT to support the continuity of processes/performance systems in the company. IT is a system used by companies to optimize company performance. To find out, it is necessary to measure IT performance in work units that adopt IT, which is called IT Value. The value of IT is a quantitative measure of the use of IT in the company whether it provides positive or negative optimization for the company. The value of IT can be used as a measure of a company's value in the market after and before using IT. Measurement of IT Value can be done in various ways, in this journal research the estimation of IT Value uses Partial Adjustment assessment with two-factor model (primary data K, L, Tobin's Q) and three-factor model (with primary data K, L, I, Q Tobin). The estimation results of the two-factor model and the three-factor model will be compared to calculate the Performance Measure of IT Value in terms of Performance Ratio (PR) in ratio units and Performance Value (PV) in rupiah. The results of the value of IT PV and PR can be used by companies as evaluation and decision-making materials for optimizing the use of IT in the company for the present and the future.

Abstract

This paper discusses the substance of the value of IT in an IT-based company, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia. IT value is a value in financial benefits when capital expenditures include IT factors compared with capital expenditures that do not include IT. Nowadays, IT has become a business enabler that can improve the performance of business organizations efficiently and effectively in the company. The method used in this study is Partial Adjustment Valuation (PAV), which states that changes in output that occur in the production process are usually not exactly the desired one, so a Speed of Adjustment coefficient is needed to bridge the desired output with the actual output. This paper uses Dynamic Speed of Adjustment to calculate the fluctuates in IT values and the Market Value Added (MVA) factor to measure its dynamics. This study uses two calculation models: a three-factor model (K, L, and I) and a two-factor model (K and L) to prove the benefits of the IT value within a company. These measurements are split into two units: the currency unit (Performance Value) and the ratio unit (Performance Ratio). This paper leads to an understanding that the value of IT is real in improving business performance and refutes the paradox that states there is no relationship between IT investment and the size of the profits received by the company. Thus, the results of this study are open to studies that discuss the value of IT to develop further.

Abstract

The Indonesian Financial Technology (Fintech) industry plays a pivotal role in driving digital technology advancements and propelling the nation's growth. The rapid development of Fintech presents a unique challenge for established financial companies, necessitating effective government regulation through a Sandbox approach. FintechCo, operating under the watchful eye of State-Owned Enterprises and the Financial Service Authority, must strike a delicate balance between their agile services and security risks. Hence, FintechCo necessitates an examination of optimal agile services through the utilization of five stages derived from the Design Science Research approach. This need arises to adhere to the Good Corporate Governance standards established by State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The cutting-edge COBIT 2019 DevOps Focus Area framework is employed for analysis. The research identifies three highest priority Governance and Management Objectives (GMOs): Managed Security Services (DSS05), Managed Problem (DSS03), and Managed Solution Identification and Build (BAI03). These GMOs are thoroughly evaluated, and comprehensive recommendations are provided based on their seven key components. There is an estimated 17% increase in the average capability score, from 2.82 to 3.30, across all three GMOs. The contribution of this study is twofold: to serve as a valuable knowledge resource for agile IT services in digitalization within organizations and to offer practical implications for FintechCo to enhance their digitalization. Furthermore, this research sets a precedent for the Fintech industry, signifying a benchmark for excellence and innovation.
