Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) is a business run by a single person, household, or a small business entity. The production volume and market share of SMEs are certainly small. SMEs need to be considered so that they can increase their trading volume. This community service activity is a follow-up activity from the previous implementation of e-commerce named as Gambung Store. One of the obstacles of this e-marketplace is that there were small customers even though the products being sold already exist. This community service activity is carried out to increase market share. One of them is by integrating independent marketplace applications with large marketplaces. The method used is the method of developing information systems and systems integration. By integration, SMEs sellers can more easily make sales to various marketplaces with single window without having to visit one by one to large marketplaces. This activity has resulted in a system capable of integrating as well as digital marketing activities that are expected to help further introduce SMEs products. The results of analytical data from digital marketing activities can also be seen as a form of results from this activity to help introduce SMEs products to the public.

Abstract

Bappeda Kabupaten Bandung merupakan Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) yang bertugas untuk mengkoordinasikan penyusunan perencanaan pembangunan. Dalam melakukan aktivitas bisnisnya Bappeda Kabupaten Bandung perlu memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) yang dapat menunjang proses bisnis di internal organisasi khususnya pada fungsi monitoring dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan perancangan business architecture yang dilakukan bahwa fungsi bisnis existing belum memenuhi keseluruhan requirement. Serta sistem Informasi yang dikembangkan pada fungsi monitoring dan evaluasi yaitu Electronic Monitoring dan Evaluasi (E-Monev) yang merupakan sistem untuk pelaporan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembangunan. Namun sistem ini perlu dilakukan improvement terkait rekomendasi untuk perencanaan pembangunan selanjutnya. Dengan demikian perlunya integrasi data dengan sistem pada fungsi perencanaan pembangunan yaitu RKPD Online untuk dapat membandingkan antara realisasi pembangunan yang dilakukan dengan evaluasi terhadap realisasinya dan diperlukan pula aplikasi Geographic Information System (GIS) sehingga dapat terlihat bagaimana pemerataan pembangunan di suatu wilayah tertentu. Kemudian pada bidang teknologi permasalahan yang ada yaitu tidak adanya pemisahan server aplikasi sehingga berisiko kelebihan beban serta pengontrolan server tidak tersentralisasi karena server masih terdapat pada setiap SKPD. Untuk mencapai SI/TI dengan bisnis organisasi tersebut dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan enterprise architecture (EA). Hasil dari penelitian ini dihasilkan rancangan EA berdasarkan TOGAF ADM sebagai acuan pengembangan TI selanjutnya dalam bentuk roadmap. Kata Kunci : Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF ADM, Pemerintahan

Abstract

Pada revolusi digital dan industri saat ini, pengembangan dan penerapan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan organisasi akan menjadi urgensi bagi organisasi yang belum menerapkannya. Salah satunya adalah koperasi XYZ pada fungsi Simpan Pinjam. Saat ini dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya masih belum efektif dan efisien, serta tingginya potensi human errors. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka solusi yang diberikan yaitu perancangan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM .Adapaun fase yang dilakukan yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, dan Technology Architecture sesuai dengan kebutuhan koperasi XYZ. Dengan penerapan teknologi informasi dapat meminimalisir terjadinya risiko akibat human errors, waktu pengerjaan aktivitas bisnis menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, informasi menjadi lebih akurat dan dapat disediakan secara real time. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kerangka berfikir yang diadopsi dari Design Science Research Cycles untuk memudahkan analisis penyelesaian permasalahan penelitian. Dalam perancangan penelitian ini terdapat empat tahapan utama yaitu tahap inisiasi, tahap identifikasi, tahap perencanaan dan analisis serta tahap kesimpulan dan saran. Adapun hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rancangan blueprint Architecture sesuai dengan kebutuhan koperasi XYZ sebagai acuan pengembangan teknologi informasi dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan proses bisnis serta memberikan manfaat bagi organisasiKata Kunci: enterprise architecture, koperasi, simpan pinjam, dan TOGAF ADM

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information Technology (IT) has significantly impacted various sectors and presented increasingly complex challenges. Digital Transformation (DT) has become crucial for incumbent companies to survive and remain competitive in this digital era. However, many TD investments have failed, necessitating adequate Information Technology Management Governance (ITMG) for achieving company objectives. Previous research has shown the importance of hybrid traditional ITMG with agile practices. However, the design of agile ITMG needs further refinement as a reference for implementation. InsurCo is a state-owned enterprise that is obligated to implement ITMG based on the PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regulation, as well as accelerate DT in line with the direction of the Master Plan for the Financial Services Sector 2021-2025. The research method used is design science research based on interview data and document triangulation. The prioritization of agile ITMG objectives is based on design factors, COBIT 2019 DevOps Focus Area, and previous ITMG mechanisms for digital transformation. Three selected priority objectives of agile ITMG are DSS05 (Managed Security Services), APO01 (Managed I&T Management Framework), and BAI10 (Managed Configuration), which are evaluated based on seven ITMG components. Recommendations are generated using three aspects: people, process, and technology, with an estimated increase in InsurCo’s ITMG capability of 7.66%. This study contributes to the knowledge

Abstract

Abstract: Currently, the increasing needs of the community to obtain efficient, effective, transparent and accountable public services. Various applications are designed in order to realize a transparent work system of accountable funds and an increase in work processes that are fast, precise, and accurate. Therefore, local governments are now developing e-Government or in the Indonesian government known as the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program. Keywords: electronic-based government system, department of communication and informatics, informatics application management program, togaf 9.2 Abstrak Saat ini, meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan publik yang efisien, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel publik. Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Abstract

Rapid advancements in Information Technology (IT) play a vital role in fostering innovation within a company. Previous research has successfully identified the significance of IT Governance and Management (ITGM) in the process of Digital Transformation (DT). However, a more comprehensive analysis is needed to understand the role of IT risk management in supporting such changes, particularly through a case study on the insurance company InsurCo. This study employs the Design Science Research (DSR) method, utilizing interview data and the COBIT 2019 IT Risk Management Focus Area framework to design an IT risk management approach that supports InsurCo's DT. Capability assessments, gap analysis, potential improvements, improvement designs, roadmap development, and impact estimation of implementation have been executed on seven ITGM components. InsurCo, being a State-Owned Enterprise, is bound by the regulation PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning the Guidelines for Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises. Additionally, the Financial Services Sector Master Plan 2021-2025 highlights the acceleration of DT. The prioritized ITGM objectives required by InsurCo are derived from three design factor determinations: focus areas, design mechanisms, and ITGM mechanisms concerning DT, resulting in the following prioritized ITGM objectives: APO12 Managed Risk, EDM03 Ensure Risk Optimization, and DSS04 Managed Continuity. There is an estimated average capability increase of 3.57% across these three ITGM objectives. The research outcome presents a recommended design for the seven components of the governance system, aiming to enhance the IT risk management capability index within InsurCo. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the concept of prioritizing IT risk management to support organizational digital transformation, specifically providing practical implications for InsurCo to bolster the success of their strategic programs, and benefit the insurance industry.

Abstract

Abstract: The design of Smart Village Enterprise Architecture for village government systems serves to support sustainability in facilitating the creation of Good Governance in a Village Government. One significant role in achieving Good Governance in a village is Education. Education plays a crucial role in enhancing and developing Good Governance and the SDGs values of a village. The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.            Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, Smart Village, SDGs, TOGAF ADM 9.2. Abstrak: Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Smart Village pada sistem pemerintahan Desa befungsi mendukung sustainability dalam membantu terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Pemerintahan Desa. Salah satu peranan penting terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Desa adalah Pendidikan. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan maupun pembangunan Good Governance dan nilai SDGs Desa. Penelitian yang dilakukan berfokus pada perancangan Enterprise Architecture konsep Smart Village dimensi Village Services yang berfokus pada Education Services di Desa Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM 9.2. Fokus domain yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. Abstract

The implementation of information technology has an essential role in organizational development to support a business process. Currently, information technology is widely adopted by the organization. It is believed to help improve the efficiency of the ongoing business process so that IT management is needed in a more structured. Thus, need a guideline that can guide IT governance so it can be measured and utilized. COBIT is one of the frameworks that can utilize in providing IT governance guidelines for organizations, and it is the main reference used in implementing IT governance in organizations. Still, the assessment process takes a long time because many processes are assessed. So conducted this research to determine the similar activities between COBIT 4.1 and COBIT 5 as the basis for determining the development of an organizational assessment process that the organization will carry out to see the efficiency of the assessed process domain. This research is focused on several organizations that have carried out IT governance assessments with COBIT 4.1 and will then implement the assessment process using COBIT 5. Still, it will usually take more time and effort if done separately to streamline the assessment process and identify domain intersects. The process from COBIT 4.1 and COBIT 5 so that the effort to carry out the assessment can be more streamlined. Thus, this research will produce a study result related to which activities intersect with each other to determine the IT governance assessment in an organization.

Abstract

The smart village is the digital transformation concepts used to organize the economic sector improvement within the village government's scope in supporting and realizing the SDG's sustainable development goals. The selection of objects in this study was based on the Developed Village Index (IDM) classification in the Advanced Village group. Desa Sembubuk is one of the villages in Jambi Province with the status of IDM Advanced Village. The Sembubuk Village Government can carry out smart village implementation to optimize and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of village economic improvement programs such as community skills training and BUMDes management. In implementing a smart village, there must be alignment between the government's strategic plans and technological needs. For this reason, Enterprise Architecture (EA) design is required. The guidelines for creating EA in this study use the TOGAF 9.2 framework. The result of this research is an IT Roadmap and EA design in Sembubuk Village, which can be used as a guide in implementing a smart village.

Abstract

Smart Village is a concept that adopts elements from the smart city concept, leveraging information technology. One of the Indonesian government's initiatives is to foster the development of Indonesia by empowering rural areas in pursuit of sustainable development. The selection of target areas is based on the classification of the Developing Village Index, with a focus on villages categorized as "Advanced." Tanjung Lalang Village is an "Advanced" village, making it suitable for implementing the smart village concept to address challenges and harness the village's resources and potential. The research methodology employed in this study is a literature review, which delivers an Enterprise Architecture design solution utilizing the TOGAF 9.2 framework tailored to meet organizational requirements. Pemilihan obyek penelitian berdasarkan klasifikasi dari Indeks Desa Membangun dengan status desa “Maju”. Desa Tanjung Lalang merupakan desa berstatus “Maju” yang mampu menerapkan konsep smart village untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya dan potensi desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menyediakan solusi perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF 9.2 yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blueprint EA dan IT Roadmap di Desa Tanjung Lalang sebagai acuan pengembangan smart village.
