Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), brand image, and service quality on patient satisfaction at the Executive Clinic of Siti Khodijah Hospital, Sidoarjo. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving patients who have received services at the Executive Clinic as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques.The results indicate that CRM, brand image, and service quality significantly and positively impact patient satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Among these factors, service quality is identified as the most dominant variable influencing patient satisfaction. The findings emphasize the importance of maintaining effective customer relationship management practices, building a strong brand image, and ensuring high-quality services to enhance patient satisfaction.These results provide valuable insights for hospital management to develop strategies that prioritize patient-centered care, strengthen brand positioning, and improve service delivery at the Executive Clinic. Further research is recommended to explore other variables that may affect patient satisfaction in different healthcare settings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of competence, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the General Secretariat (Setum) of the East Java Regional Police (Polda Jatim). The study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to assess the impact of these factors on employee performance. The results show that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, as most employees possess strong knowledge and skills related to their work. Work discipline also significantly affects performance, as employees consistently adhere to rules, show punctuality, and are responsible for their tasks. Furthermore, the work environment has a notable influence, with employees reporting strong support from leadership, good communication, and effective collaboration with colleagues. When examined simultaneously, competence, work discipline, and the work environment collectively contribute to improved employee performance at Setum Polda Jatim. These findings suggest that enhancing employee competence through continuous training, reinforcing discipline, and creating a supportive work environment can significantly improve overall performance in the organization.

Abstract

Studi ini merupakan upaya untuk mengidentifikasi serta melakukan analisis dampak atau pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Tukar Rupiah dan Biaya Freight pada Rasio Ekspor Perusahan Sektor Industri Manufaktur Jawa Timur yang Listing di BEI periode 2018 sampai 2022. Pada studi ini, rasio ekspor adalah variabel dependen dan variabel indepennya berupa ukuran perusahaan, nilai tukar rupiah, beserta biaya freight. Pengujian berupa analisis linear berganda dipergunakan sebagai upaya untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan variabel bebas dan terikat yang diawali dengan pengujian asumsi klasik. Studi dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Partisipan dalam studi ini berfokus pada entitas industri yang berbasis di Jawa Timur yang listing di BEI. Dua belas perusahaan dipilih berdasarkan ketentuan peneliti dengan pengaplikasian teknik purposive sampling, sebanyak 12 entitas bisnis dipilih menjadi sampel. Strategi analisis data yang diaplikasikan berupa analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan memamnfaatkan SPSS 26. Temuan yang diperoleh memperlihatkan jika keseluruhan variabel independen terbukti memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor secara simultan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,166 atau 16,6%. Kemudian untuk pengaruh parsial, Ukuran Perusahaan terbukti memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor dengan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, Nilai Tukar Rupiah terbukti memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor dengan pengaruh negatif, Biaya Freight terbukti tidak memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor.

Abstract

Penilaian Kinerja dari suatu organisasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting mengingat melalui penilaian tersebut dapat diketahui sejauh mana organisasi tersebut mampu menyelesaikan tugas dan fungsinya dengan mengerahkan segenap sumber daya yang dimiliki. Ketika sebuah organisasi mengalami pencapaian kinerja yang baik, maka perlu diketahui variable-variabel apa saja yang melatarbelakangi keberhasilan tersebut. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terkait kinerja yang dihubungkan dengan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja di KPKNL Surabaya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui apakah budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kinerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai KPKNL Surabaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua pupulasi pegawai di KPKNL Surabaya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan variabel bebas Budaya organisasi (X1), Kepemimpinan (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan variabel terikat adalah kinerja pegawai (Y).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan simpulan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Surabaya secara parsial maupun simultan teruji memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan variabel disiplin sebagai variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of gender, academic performance, organizational activity and soft skills on student work readiness at the Department of Business Statistics, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). This study also examines the simultaneous influence of the four variables. A quantitative method based on historical data was used involving 93 seventh-semester students (25 male students and 68 female students) who were selected using the total sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires and supporting documents, then analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. The results of the analysis showed that gender, academic performance, organizational involvement, and soft skills simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on student’s job readiness. These findings emphasize the importance of developing technical and non-technical skills in preparing students for the world of work.

Abstract

Meningkatnya persaingan yang terjadi pada industri jasa Global Positioning System (GPS) mengharuskan PT SLI untuk membuat strategi baru dalam memenangkan persaingan yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menekan harga jual. Semakin rendah harga jual maka tingkat penjualan jasa akan semakin tinggi. Metode activity based costing system (ABC) dinilai sangat efektif dan akurat dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi karena pembebanan biayanya berdasarkan aktivitas dan perilaku aktivitas yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan harga pokok jasa yang dihitung menggunakan metode activity based costing system dengan metode akuntansi biaya tradisional yang diterapkan pada PT SLI. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan objek PT SLI dan subjek semua paket gps yang ada di PT SLI yaitu W, E dan G. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan dua teknik pengumpulan data yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) dan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya selisih lebih rendah harga pokok jasa pemasangan gps yang dihitung dengan metode activity based costing system daripada metode yang diterapkan oleh PT SLI. PT SLI sebaiknya mempertimbangkan metode activity based costing system dalam menentukan harga pokok jasa untuk pengambilan keputusan dimasa yang akan datang

Semakin tahun bertambah usaha dagang di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik dan tentu hal ini membuat beberapa hal harus mendapatkan pengendalian yang cukup baik salah satunya dalam hal pengendalian internal terhadap piutang, agar tidak terjadi hal – hal yang membuat perusahaan mengalami kerugian, penelitian ini membahas tentang pengendalian piutang di PT. Cita Rasa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana setelah dilakukanya penelitian mendapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa PT. Cita Rasa memiliki sistem pengendalian piutang yang baik sesuai dengan COSO namun masih ada beberapa hal yang sebaiknya harus diperbaiki dan disempurnakan

Abstract

This research examines the influence of reward and recognition systems on Employee Motivation at the Regional Development Bank Sidoarjo Branch. Sample in this study were 80 employees of Bank Jatim Sidoarjo. Analytical tools used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that each variable, the Reward and Recognition System is related and has a positive effect on employee motivation at Bank Jatim Sidoarjo employees. Abstract

This study explores the role of bricolage as a strategic mechanism in the entrepreneurial success of MSMEs at Tanjung Penyu Beach, Malang, which has transformed from an agricultural area into a tourist destination. This research addresses a gap in the literature, which has paid limited attention to the application of bricolage in the context of land-use changes and MSMEs adaptation in the tourism sector of developing countries. Most previous studies have focused on bricolage in the context of technological innovation or large-scale businesses, while its role in supporting MSMEs adaptation in resource-constrained regions remains underexplored. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, this research identifies how MSMEs in the region creatively utilize local resources following the conversion of agricultural land into a tourism site, providing opportunities for farmers to adapt to environmental changes. This research introduces new insights into how bricolage can be used as a flexible adaptation strategy to address changes in the business environment in developing coastal areas. The findings indicate that bricolage techniques enhance product innovation, leverage social networks, and create new value for MSMEs. However, a major challenge is the promotional strategy, which remains limited to local media, hindering the potential to attract more visitors. The study aims to provide new perspectives on how bricolage techniques can help MSMEs overcome resource constraints, innovate, and capitalize on opportunities in a dynamic context. This study offers insights into how bricolage can help overcome resource constraints and adapt to market changes, highlighting the need for more effective digital promotion strategies to enhance the appeal of Tanjung Penyu Beach as a tourist destination and maximize the success of MSMEs in the area.

Abstract

This study bridges the gaps identified in the literature on authentic leadership, value congruence, and personal creativity in influencing employee performance in Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia. The research limits its scope to the instance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) by involving a number of branch offices in the Surabaya area. While previous studies have confirmed the leadership-performance relationship, few have investigated the moderating role of authentic leadership on an Islamic banking context based on ethics and values rooted in Sharia principles. Using a quantitative approach with 98 participants from several BSI branches, data were examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that authentic leadership highly magnifies the role of value congruence and personal creativity towards Islamic banking performance. The novelty of this study relies on integrating Social Exchange Theory with Islamic values by focusing on achieving a balance between innovation and ethical compliance. In practice, the findings suggest that authentic leadership development programs in Islamic banking institutions need to be reinforced to produce innovation with ethics and to uphold organizational effectiveness.
