Abstract

The accounting information system for contracts and wages is very important for a company which can assist in making decisions and archieving the implementation of payroll and wages for employees. The goal is to be able to find out how the implementation of the accounting system for payroll and wages at PT. X. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research using data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis. This study aims to identify and analyze the payroll and wage accounting information system at PT. X. The results of this analysis indicate the payroll and wages accounting information system at PT. X which is still not supportive, as well as the lack of supervision on the attendance list of employees, this shows the weakness that accours in the company PT. X.

Abstract

Technological developments in the current era are increasingly significant, especially in the trade sector. In addition, the presence of covid-19 and work from home makes online shopping one of the ways to carry out purchasing activities. In Indonesia, many people already understand technology or commonly called technology literacy, nowadays many people from various circles use e-commerce as a means of buying and selling for their daily needs. In addition, the rise of the marketplace is also one of the many drivers of change in trade transactions or buying and selling. This study aims to provide education whether the use of digital payments and marketplaces can be accepted by customers and is profitable for the seller, especially for UMKM Truveil.id. The research that we carried out used descriptive qualitative research methods in which we carried out the process through interviews, document studies and observations. The research was conducted by involving 10 of our consumers who carry out trade transactions on UMKM Truveil.id and there are about 3 people from the UMKM Truveil.id team. The results of the research conducted indicate that optimizing the use of digital payments and marketplaces can reduce payment difficulties and a sense of security for customers as well as ease of writing transaction books for sellers.

Abstract

The problems faced by Rahman Rahim Hospital are related to implementing an electronic medical record system, so it is necessary to implement a change management strategy at the hospital. This study aims to determine change management strategies in implementing the medical record system at Rahman Rahm Hospital. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all employees of Rahman Rahim Sidaorjo Hospital. The sample for this research is informants or sources who are competent in providing information related to the topic of this study, namely the hospital director, head of HRD, director of medical services, and head of the IT TEAM. Data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the duration factor and awareness of the appropriate duration have helped Rahman Rahim Hospital reduce potential resistance and discomfort during the transition, paving the way for smooth adoption. Second, the integrity factor, system integration with established clinical processes, and maintaining data accuracy are the keys for Rahman Rahim Hospital to reduce conflict and increase staff and medical practitioners' acceptance of change. Third, the commitment factor, concrete efforts, such as effective communication, active participation, and ongoing support, are used by Rahman Rahim Hospital to build strong commitment at all levels of the organization. Fourth, the effort factor and investment in human and financial resources, together with managing obstacles and challenges through strategies such as employee training, expert consultants, and improving technological infrastructure, are the keys to Rahman Rahim Hospital in optimizing efforts to face digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), brand image, and service quality on patient satisfaction at the Executive Clinic of Siti Khodijah Hospital, Sidoarjo. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving patients who have received services at the Executive Clinic as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques.The results indicate that CRM, brand image, and service quality significantly and positively impact patient satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Among these factors, service quality is identified as the most dominant variable influencing patient satisfaction. The findings emphasize the importance of maintaining effective customer relationship management practices, building a strong brand image, and ensuring high-quality services to enhance patient satisfaction.These results provide valuable insights for hospital management to develop strategies that prioritize patient-centered care, strengthen brand positioning, and improve service delivery at the Executive Clinic. Further research is recommended to explore other variables that may affect patient satisfaction in different healthcare settings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of competence, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the General Secretariat (Setum) of the East Java Regional Police (Polda Jatim). The study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to assess the impact of these factors on employee performance. The results show that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, as most employees possess strong knowledge and skills related to their work. Work discipline also significantly affects performance, as employees consistently adhere to rules, show punctuality, and are responsible for their tasks. Furthermore, the work environment has a notable influence, with employees reporting strong support from leadership, good communication, and effective collaboration with colleagues. When examined simultaneously, competence, work discipline, and the work environment collectively contribute to improved employee performance at Setum Polda Jatim. These findings suggest that enhancing employee competence through continuous training, reinforcing discipline, and creating a supportive work environment can significantly improve overall performance in the organization.

Abstract

Studi ini merupakan upaya untuk mengidentifikasi serta melakukan analisis dampak atau pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Tukar Rupiah dan Biaya Freight pada Rasio Ekspor Perusahan Sektor Industri Manufaktur Jawa Timur yang Listing di BEI periode 2018 sampai 2022. Pada studi ini, rasio ekspor adalah variabel dependen dan variabel indepennya berupa ukuran perusahaan, nilai tukar rupiah, beserta biaya freight. Pengujian berupa analisis linear berganda dipergunakan sebagai upaya untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan variabel bebas dan terikat yang diawali dengan pengujian asumsi klasik. Studi dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Partisipan dalam studi ini berfokus pada entitas industri yang berbasis di Jawa Timur yang listing di BEI. Dua belas perusahaan dipilih berdasarkan ketentuan peneliti dengan pengaplikasian teknik purposive sampling, sebanyak 12 entitas bisnis dipilih menjadi sampel. Strategi analisis data yang diaplikasikan berupa analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan memamnfaatkan SPSS 26. Temuan yang diperoleh memperlihatkan jika keseluruhan variabel independen terbukti memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor secara simultan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,166 atau 16,6%. Kemudian untuk pengaruh parsial, Ukuran Perusahaan terbukti memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor dengan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, Nilai Tukar Rupiah terbukti memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor dengan pengaruh negatif, Biaya Freight terbukti tidak memengaruhi Rasio Ekspor.

Abstract

Penilaian Kinerja dari suatu organisasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting mengingat melalui penilaian tersebut dapat diketahui sejauh mana organisasi tersebut mampu menyelesaikan tugas dan fungsinya dengan mengerahkan segenap sumber daya yang dimiliki. Ketika sebuah organisasi mengalami pencapaian kinerja yang baik, maka perlu diketahui variable-variabel apa saja yang melatarbelakangi keberhasilan tersebut. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terkait kinerja yang dihubungkan dengan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja di KPKNL Surabaya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui apakah budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kinerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai KPKNL Surabaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua pupulasi pegawai di KPKNL Surabaya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan variabel bebas Budaya organisasi (X1), Kepemimpinan (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan variabel terikat adalah kinerja pegawai (Y).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan simpulan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Surabaya secara parsial maupun simultan teruji memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan variabel disiplin sebagai variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of gender, academic performance, organizational activity and soft skills on student work readiness at the Department of Business Statistics, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). This study also examines the simultaneous influence of the four variables. A quantitative method based on historical data was used involving 93 seventh-semester students (25 male students and 68 female students) who were selected using the total sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires and supporting documents, then analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. The results of the analysis showed that gender, academic performance, organizational involvement, and soft skills simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on student’s job readiness. These findings emphasize the importance of developing technical and non-technical skills in preparing students for the world of work.
