Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous prices, product quality and promotion on the Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang City and find out the most influential variables on purchase decision process. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a population and sample of 100 Indosat consumer respondents in Malang City using multiple linear data analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that prices, product, and promotion have simultaneously effect to Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang city. And prices, product, and promotion have partial effect to Indosat's initial purchase decision process in Malang city. Dominant variable in influencing Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang City is a promotion variable, with the influence value 38.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to encourage SMEs that do not yet have a record of financial statements to apply their financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities, in presenting simple reports with an accounting financial report preparation system that can help and simplify. The study was conducted on the MSME business of Nasi Pecel Food Stall Madiun Dika Bolo. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. As well as collecting data by means of interviews, documentation and direct observation. This study was conducted to analyze the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the statement of SAK EMKM. It is known that Warung Nasi Pecel Madiun Dika Bolo has problems in preparing financial statements, including the lack of manpower and bookkeeping to make financial reports, only recording income and expenses in order to find the profit side due to lack of knowledge related to how to make financial reports so that according to SAK EMKM.

Abstract

This article discusses the phenomena of liquidity, non-performing loans and finance to deposit and their effect on profitability in Islamic banks. By using a sample of the financial statements of Mandiri Syariah, BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Muammalat in the period January 2018 – December 2021 which were analyzed with multiple linear regression, it was concluded that NPL/NPF had a negative and significant effect on bank profitability, while Liquidity Ratio and FDR had an effect on positive and significant on bank profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procedures for calculating, depositing, reporting, and recording Value Added Tax (VAT) CV. JMJ in 2020. The researchers in this study analyzed what CV. JMJ has complied based on Law Number 42 of 2009 concerning Value Added Tax (VAT). In practice, the researcher chose to use a qualitative method. The definition of qualitative method is a method that has the aim of providing an overview and an explanation of the main subject or core of the research, then described and explained in detail and in depth. The results show that CV JMJ has been designated as a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP) by the KPP in 2020. VAT tax obligations start from the calculation, deposit, reporting, and recording/journaling of Value Added Tax on all purchase and sales transactions that occurred in the month running during 2020. After doing the research, CV. JMJ is a tax-abiding company because it uses the right way to calculate whether it is the tax charged from the transaction partner or the tax imposed on consumers or buyers, then CV. JMJ has never exceeded the specified time limit in making payments and reporting the VAT Period SPT in 2020, as well as CV. JMJ has recorded and journalized all transactions properly and correctly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kebijakan dividen dipengaruhi oleh ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, dan set kesempatan investasi. “Logaritma natural dari total aset digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran perusahaan guna menyederhanakan total aset tanpa mengubah rasio aktual. Rasio likuiditas perusahaan menunjukkan kapasitasnya untuk memenuhi komitmen keuangannya; rasio ini dihitung dengan membagi aset lancar dengan kewajiban lancar. Rasio Market to Book Value of Assets (MV/BVA), yang diturunkan dari dasar harga saham dan membagi selisih antara keduanya, digunakan untuk mengukur kesempatan investasi. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari sumber sekunder. Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia di Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021 merupakan populasi. Strategi purposive sampling digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Kebijakan dividen merupakan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, yang juga mencakup ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, dan set kesempatan investasi sebagai variabel independen. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel independen tersebut di atas.

Abstract

Objective The research in this journal focuses on Islamic leadership regarding contextual performance integrity, trust that enables employees to work well with other colleagues and be reliable in fulfilling work commitments. This is because the Islamic policies implemented and the example of a leader will make employees put their trust in the company leadership, which will make it easier for employees to cooperate and be committed to their work. Apart from indicators of trust/integrity, employee orientation also influences employee performance indicators, namely task performance. This is because clear direction regarding employee duties, both instructionally and regulatory, makes employee performance in carrying out their duties more effective and efficient. The better Islamic leadership is, the better employee performance will be. If employees work with high trust, performance will increase. Apart from that, if the superior's direction regarding employee orientation is clear, the employee's performance will be better.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at ALL Outbound Camp, a nature-based recreation destination in Loksado, South Kalimantan. Using the SERVQUAL model, which includes five dimensions of service quality—tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—the research aims to identify which aspects most influence customer satisfaction. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression. Findings reveal that service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, with responsiveness and assurance being the most significant dimensions. Based on these results, improvements in staff training and facility quality are recommended to enhance service delivery and overall visitor experience. This study provides insights valuable for ALL Outbound Camp management and contributes to the broader literature on service quality in nature-based tourism.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang seorang atau badan hukum koperasi berdasarkan prinsip koperasi sehingga sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasar asas kekeluargaan. Tujuan dalam koperasi ialah mensejahterakan masyarakat berdasar asas kekeluargaan guna untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan data yang telah diolah dalam bentuk wawancara, dokumentasi, dan keperpustakaan dalam sebuah kalimat dan membuat hasil kesimpulan. Dalam tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan koperasi karyawan “Melati” dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan pada tahun 2020-2021. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil rasio keuangan “kurang baik” dikarenakan dari tahun 2020-2021 kinerja keuangan koperasi kurang stabil dalam pengelolaanya serta adanya pandemi yang berkepanjangan sehingga kinerja keuangan koperasi karyawan “Melati” pada tahun 2020-2021 dinyatakan “kurang stabil” berdasarkan hasil rasio keuangan yang sudah diolah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of diversity management on employee job satisfaction in CV. Megah Persada Indonesian Dynasty, with a special focus on the compensation or salary aspect. Diversity management is one of the important elements in creating an inclusive work environment, which is expected to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. In this study, a quantitative method was used by collecting data through a survey of company employees. The results show that good diversity management, especially in terms of fair and balanced payroll policies, contributes significantly to the increase in employee job satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of diversity management in creating a harmonious and productive work environment, as well as provide practical implications for companies in formulating policies related to human resource management.
