Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of processing financial data in the form of financial entry and expenditure transactions on Micro Enterprise D'Elixir Bracelet in order to find out the problems that occur in the monitoring process and to examine the results of the design and manufacture of financial information systems on Micro Enterprise D'Elixir Bracelet. The Financial Information System at Micro Enterprise D'Elixir Bracelet is still done manually, utilizing the Microsoft Excel application for recording financial transactions and saving transaction evidence (invoices, receipts, notes, receipts, or other evidence) on the folder manually. This makes it difficult to record, process, and search for past election results. For this reason, an application is needed that can facilitate the recording of financial transactions, storage of transaction evidence, as well as knowing the current financial position. This web-based application is designed to accommodate financial income and expenditure transactions according to their category. In this research, we used descriptive qualitative and making this web-based Financial Information System the writer makes use of the SDLC (Software Development Cycle) design method and runs the application the usage of localhost XAMPP. The Financial Information System at Micro Enterprise D'Elixir Bracelet Financial Information System can provide convenience in managing financial transactions, reduce paper usage, and use time more quickly and accurately. The end result of this final project is a web-based financial information system give a good impact on business in the Micro Enterprise D’Elixir Bracelet.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the role of Islamic banking in Indonesia through MSME working capital financing. Islamic banking whose main function is as an intermediary is to collect excess funds from surplus parties and transfer them to parties who lack funds in the form of working capital financing, including MSMEs. MSMEs are seen as the driving force of the economy that makes a major contribution to Indonesia's economic development. MSMEs persisted despite the economic crisis. The role of Islamic banks must contribute to the development of MSMEs and continue to improve their management so that they can develop the economy in the future, especially the Islamic economy in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Primary data sources were obtained by means of interviews or observations through Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers Krian Sidoarjo and secondary data sources obtained from research using data on the financial statements of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks for 2017-2019. The results of this study are that Bank Syariah Indonesia is very helpful for customers, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in developing their businesses so that the economy in Indonesia is maintained and increasingly advanced

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the whitening program, name change reactions, and socialization on motor vehicle tax payers (a case study at the West Surabaya Samsat Joint Office). The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and processed using the IBM SPSS Version 26 program. The results of this study state that: (1) Variable (X1) PKB Whitening Program has a significant effect, and also Variable (X1 ). ) is able to affect the Variable (Y); (2) Variable (X2) Liberation of BBNKB does not have a significant effect, and also variable (X2) does not affect variable (Y); (3) Variable (X3) Socialization of Taxation has a significant influence, and also Variable (X3) is able to influence Variable (Y); (4) The findings of Hypothesis 4 test indicate that the Bleaching Program, Tax Socialization, all have an impact on taxpayer compliance simultaneously

Abstract

Sharia Bank is a sharia-based financial institution that is currently in the process of refinement, innovation and continuous efforts in the development process due to the high potential of the sharia economy in Indonesia. Focusing on the long-term effects of Islamic banking ready to face turbulent economic conditions. The writing of this article is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs in Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) from annual financial report data for the period 2012 to 2018. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods and the type of data used was secondary data. The sample used in this study is the annual financial report of Bank Syariah Mandiri for the 2012-2018 period which includes the NPF, TPF, Murabahah and BI inflation reports for the 2012-2018 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% hypothesis testing. The results of this study were processed using the SPSS Version 22 for Windows program

Abstract

Purpose : The purposes of this study to describe in the form of a map of research in the field of Social capital related to financial cooperative from international scale publications from the search engine Scopus. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses bibiometric and analyze search results provided by Scopus and by using Vosviewer software to show the keyword groups that can be identified from all relevant research in this study. Findings: There is very little research on social capital related to cooperatives, the results of the search for publications from 1992 to 2022 are only 175 documents. Abstract

This study determines the development trend of Intellectual Capital research in SMEs published by leading journals indexed by Scopus by identifying key authors, keywords, journals that publish in IC and MSMEs and countries that write a lot of research related to it.The data analyzed consisted of 266 research publications from 1998-2020 using the VoS viewer application to discover the intellectual Capital research development bibliometric map.The findings suggest that there are two major theories related to intellectual capital in technology-based SMEs, namely resource-based view and knowledge base view, which support and complement each other

Abstract

Abstract: Ditutupnya Dolly sebagai pusat prostitusi pada tahun 2014 lalu, tentunya memberikan pengaruh besar bagi perekonomian masyarakat di kawasan eks lokalisasi Dolly. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya telah berupaya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut dengan membangun Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dan menjadikannya tujuan wisata baru Surabaya. Membangun kawasan wisata tentunya membutuhkan strategi kawasan dan strategi bisnis yang tepat. Mengubah citra negatif Dolly yang sebelumnya negatif menjadi citra positif baru sebagai destinasi wisata juga memerlukan Strategi Re-Branding yang tepat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kawasan eks-Dolly dijadikan sebagai target audiens Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM). Program ini merupakan kelanjutan dari hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan oleh Pusat Pengelolaan dan Daya Saing (PTD) Universitas Airlangga bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPM) Universitas Airlangga pada tahun 2017. Beberapa masalah tersebut antara lain masalah sosial, ekonomi, infrastruktur, kesehatan lingkungan dan pendidikan. Solusi dari permasalahan yang direkomendasikan adalah dengan melakukan pemetaan kawasan eks Dolly, melakukan pembinaan, pendampingan dan pelatihan pengembangan wilayah, menyusun strategi bisnis ekonomi kreatif, place branding, product branding, personal branding dan digital marketing. Harapan dari rekomendasi pada masalah ini adalah kedepannya akan ada hasil pemetaan wilayah dari berbagai aspek yang menjadi dasar model kawasan kampung kreatif surabaya, serta peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang strategi bisnis ekonomi kreatif, produk branding, personal branding dan digital marketing, serta berbagai aspek lainnya seperti pendidikan, kesehatan lingkungan dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Target output jangka pendek yang harus dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah artikel ilmiah di jurnal nasional, sedangkan target jangka panjang yaitu artikel ilmiah tentang perkembangan kawasan eks-Dolly akan menjadi stimulan bagi pihak terkait untuk mewujudkan harapan akan solusi. untuk masalah. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM ini adalah dengan melakukan FGD bersama masyarakat dan UKM di kawasan eks Dolly untuk mengupdate identifikasi permasalahan di lapangan, kemudian mengelaborasi dan mengkonfirmasi hasil FGD dan merekomendasikan solusi permasalahan dengan melakukan wawancara.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalitas untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, maka Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mahardhika menyelenggarakan kegiatan program pendampingan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal tambahan bagi pengusaha kecil dan menengah di CV Rumah Matahari Pagi desa Bligo kecamatan Candi kabupaten. Sidoarjo untuk menghadapi persaingan di dunia usaha. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pendampingan tentang pembuatan laporan keuangan menggunakan jurnal.id, penyempurnaan dokumen SOP, dan pengembangan usaha (pemasaran produk) berbasis online. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data, wawancara dan pengamatan di UMKM CV Rumah Matahari Pagi bahwa pendampingan ini sangat efektif karena dapat meningkatkan laba UMKM, animo pembeli dan diperolehnya sertifikat halal produk madu onggu.

Abstract

The conditions of intense competition in the international market have encouraged Indonesia to be able to compete with other export products from other countries. One of the simple solutions is that the export products that are sold must be of very high quality and take advantage of the empty gaps in the international market. The main way is to fully optimize from viewing and analyzing market strategies. So the nature of our trade will look more offensive to the industrial economy. The use of FTAs is only for reducing tariffs and helping the flow of goods, but Indonesia must also be able to provide encouragement intensively so that these goods can win in one of the FTA areas. The solution presented is directing or piloting starting from one type of export goods. The author observes that the strategy or stages planned with method of meta synthesis. Indonesia are effective in the potential to increase and win Indonesian export products. First, studies by providing solutions on how Indonesian export products can compete and win in one of their destination countries. Second, deepening in the export market shows market power and sends market intelligence to make observations to the micro scale regarding export products and analysis of every policy and solution issued to that country. Third, the overall implementation and application of policy solutions to win Indonesian export products. One of the mistakes made at the implementation stage was said to be exports that were not quite right by Australia.

Abstract

Suatu produk yang menarik dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pelanggan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan profit suatu UMKM. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang menggunakan metode SWOT yang menggambarkan suatu inovasi masker earloop dan konektor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profit UMKM Our Mask.. Hasil dari aspek keuangan menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi yang diproduksi oleh Our Mask baik untuk dijalankan dengan pertimbangan dari aspek inovasi produk. Bisnis ini bisa menjadi alternative ide bisnis di pandemi covid-19 yang bisa bersaing dengan produk masker kain lainnya.
