Abstract

Entrepreneurship education can be an effective strategy and play a crucial role in introducing and fostering entrepreneurial interest among students, aiming to provide them with practical experience. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Universitas Adzkia. This research employs a quantitative method with simple linear regression. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents. The results indicate a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest among students of Universitas Adzkia. Various aspects of entrepreneurship education, including a comprehensive curriculum, practical experience, and mentorship support from lecturers, and how each of these aspects contributes to increasing entrepreneurial interest, are explored

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada Hotel XYZ, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi karyawan pada Hotel XYZ, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel XYZ, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel XYZ dengan motivasi sebagai mediasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal yaitu untuk melihat bagaimanakah sebab akibat antara dua variable atau lebih yaitu variable independen terhadap variable dependen. Dalam penelitian ini variable independen adalah kompensasi, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Dan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasinya pada karyawan Hotel XYZ. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan kontrak Hotel XYZ. Pengambizan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan kontrak Hotel XYZ  sebagai objek penelitian. Yang terdiri dari 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan teknik analisis PLS – SEM melalui lima proses dimana setiap tahapan akan berpengaruh terhadap tahapan selanjutnya, yaitu (a) konseptualisasi model, (b) menentukan metoda analisis algorithm,(c) menentukan metodaresampling, (d) menggambar diagram jalur dan (e) evaluasi model Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak Hotel XYZ, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kinerja karyawan kontrak Hotel XYZ 72,1% dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variable – variable lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of virtual team dynamics on organizational performance in sharia, with a remote work optimization strategy as a mediating variable at Bank Muamalat Padang City.  This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of employees who work in virtual teams in sharia economy-based organizations with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis model used is structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between virtual team dynamics, organizational performance, and the moderation role of remote work optimization strategies. The results showed that collaboration and communication have a significant influence on Optimizing Remote Work Strategies, while trust has no significant effect on Optimizing Remote Work Strategies. Collaboration and communication have a significant influence on Organization Performance, while trust has no significant effect on Organization Performance. In addition, Optimizing Remote Work Strategies has not been shown to have a significant effect on Organization Performance. The results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies does not mediate the influence of organizational performance trust, The results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies can mediate the influence of Collaboration on Organization Performance and the results of the study show that Optimizing Remote Work Strategies cannot mediate the influence of Communication on Organization Performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simlutan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)” pada PT. Star Rubber. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 98 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, b) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, c) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, d) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan penempatan terhadap semangat kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Kemampuan, Lingkungan, Disiplin, Kinerja, Kepuasan

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Digital Information Access, Customer Reviews, and Digital Marketing on Purchase Habits and Brand Preference among Generation Z consumers in Indonesia’s online shopping environment. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 213 respondents aged 18 to 26 who actively shop online. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence Purchase Habits, with Digital Marketing showing the strongest effect. However, only Customer Reviews and Digital Marketing significantly impact Brand Preference, while Digital Information Access does not. These findings suggest that habitual purchasing behavior is primarily driven by informational convenience, while brand preference formation is more influenced by emotional and social engagement. The study contributes theoretically by integrating cognitive and affective dimensions of digital consumer behavior and practically by offering insights into strategic digital marketing tailored to Generation Z. Recommendations for further research include exploring mediating factors such as trust or social identity and conducting cross-generational comparisons to enrich understanding of evolving consumer dynamics in digital ecosystems.
