Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital competence and learning culture on organizational agility and innovation through the mediating role of knowledge sharing in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 respondents across diverse industries using a structured questionnaire measured on a 5-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed to analyze the relationships between the variables. The results reveal that both digital competence and learning culture have a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. In turn, knowledge sharing significantly influences both agility and innovation. Furthermore, knowledge sharing mediates the effects of digital competence on agility and of learning culture on innovation. These findings underscore the strategic importance of fostering digital capabilities and a learning-oriented culture to drive knowledge-based organizational performance in the context of Indonesia’s digital transformation.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the application of Internet of Things (IoT) in financial services. The analysis encompasses a systematic review and analysis of existing literature, identifying key research themes, trends, and patterns in the field. Through the utilization of bibliometric indicators such as co-citation analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation network analysis, the intellectual structure of the domain is mapped, uncovering emerging research topics and areas of focus. The study also provides insights and recommendations for future research directions and practical implications. The findings contribute to advancing our understanding of IoT's role in reshaping financial services and offer guidance for researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of Green Mining Technology and Land Reclamation Policy on Ecosystem Stability and Mine Productivity in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), data from a sample of mining operations were analyzed to test hypotheses regarding these relationships. Results indicate significant positive relationships between both Green Mining Technology and Land Reclamation Policy with Ecosystem Stability and Mine Productivity. The findings underscore the dual benefits of sustainable practices and policy interventions in enhancing environmental sustainability and economic productivity in mining operations.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of content innovation, ease of access, and technology support on Generation Z user engagement with educational platforms in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 120 respondents using a structured questionnaire measured on a 5-point Likert scale. The Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method was used to analyze the relationships between the independent variables (content innovation, ease of access, and technology support) and the dependent variable (user engagement). The findings reveal that all three factors significantly and positively influence user engagement, with content innovation being the strongest predictor. These results underscore the importance of delivering innovative content, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining robust technology support to enhance user engagement. The study offers actionable insights for educational platform developers and contributes to the growing body of knowledge on digital education and user behavior, particularly in emerging markets such as Indonesia.
