Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan probiotik pada pakan komersial terhadap efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan (EPP), rasio konversi pakan (FCR), rasio efisiensi protein (PER), dan hasil produksi akhir ikan patin di Kabupaten Jembrana. Ikan uji yang digunakan adalah ikan patin (Pengasius sp.) dengan ukuran 3 – 5 cm.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di kolam milik Balai Benih Ikan Tegak Gede UPTD Dinas Perhubungan Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Jembrana. Metodologi penilitian adalah metode kaji lapang dengan membandingkan dua perlakuan yang berbeda dengan tiga ulangan selama satu periode pemebesaran ikan patin. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisa deskriftif analitik.  Data yang diamati meliputi EPP, FCR, PER, dan hasil produksi akhir ikan patin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan probiotik pada pakan komersil berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap EPP, RGR, FCR, PER, dan Hasil Produksi Ikan Akhir. Hasil penelitian juga menujukan korelasi yang sempuran dan positif antara EPP dengan Hasil Produksi sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi produksi ikan.

Abstract

The temple is one of the symbols or symbols of the universe created by Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa, by Hindus it is seen as the stana of Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa and His prabhawa and the ancestral holy spirit with the function of the temple as a means to worship Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa and his family. all his manifestations. Pura Mas Penyeti has several unique features because at each piodalan, a drum called gong kedencong is performed. This kedencong gong percussion is a type of gong that is different from other gongs that accompany the Depok Sruti pencak silat dance. This research is a qualitative research with an ex post facto approach. The informant determination technique was based on purposive sampling and Snow Ball techniques and data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. data analysis using Ethnographic Content Analysis (ECA) which is carried out with data reduction activities, including: data disposal, data transformation, data grouping, data presentation, inference and verification, and checking data validity. The function of the Depok Sruti Pencak Silat dance performance at the Mas Penyeti Temple can be broadly divided into five, namely: (1) Religious function. (2) Functions and Values ​​of Hindu Education. (3) The function of cultural preservation. The Depok Sruti Pencak Silat Dance tradition at Mas Penyeti Temple has many noble values, especially the value of Hindu education which has been passed down well, these values ​​are internalized to the next generation of temple owners.

Abstract

Ngaben ceremony is a ceremony carried out with large funds and involves many people. To be carried out properly, the management aspect is very crucial. This study aims to describe Mass ngaben from a management perspective. Thus, it can be identified which parts are in accordance with management theory and which parts need to be improved. The data collection in this study was conducted by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively using an interactive data analysis model consisting of three stages, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study found that the ngaben ceremony was carried out using management principles according to George R. Terry's theory which included four stages, namely planning, organizing, actualizing, and controlling. In the implementation of these management principles, the Balinese do it based on two general concepts, namely yadnya and ngayah. In other words, the Balinese view the ngaben ceremony as a form of sacred sacrifice and they are obliged to carry it out sincerely, i.e. selflessly and not expecting anything in return.

Abstract

Mastery of flat shape concepts in elementary mathematics remains a challenge due to monotonous teaching methods and limited use of interactive media. This issue highlights the need for innovative learning models that integrate technology and local cultural values to enhance students' conceptual understanding. This study aims to analyze the differences in flat shape mastery between students using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model assisted by Google Sites with local wisdom content and those following conventional learning methods. The research employs a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test post-test control group design. The population consists of 86 fifth-grade elementary school students, with a randomly selected sample comprising 25 students in the experimental group and 27 students in the control group. Data were collected through flat shape concept comprehension tests and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, item discrimination, item difficulty levels, descriptive analysis, N-Gain score analysis, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and an independent N-Gain score t-test. The analysis results show that students in the experimental group using the TGT model assisted by Google Sites with local wisdom content experienced significantly higher mastery improvement compared to students in the control group. This finding demonstrates that interactive media based on local wisdom effectively enhances students' understanding of flat shape concepts.

Abstract

The phenomenon we observe is that some teachers remain reluctant to make teaching preparations, such as creating syllabi and lesson plans, and there is a less harmonious relationship between teachers and their colleagues. Therefore, the principal is rumored to be less capable of having a good leadership style and creating a conducive work climate. The principal is less able to improve the work spirit and performance of teachers. This study aims to determine the influence of the principal’s leadership style, school work climate, and teacher work spirit, both partially and simultaneously, on teacher performance in Cluster IV, Sawan District. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This study uses a survey assessment approach. The data collection technique in survey research uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a determination between the principal’s leadership style and teacher performance in Cluster IV, Sawan District, 2) There is a determinant between the school work climate and teacher performance in Cluster IV, Sawan District, 3) There is a determinant between teacher work enthusiasm and teacher performance in Cluster IV, Sawan District, 4) There is a joint determinant between the principal’s leadership style, school work climate and work enthusiasm with teacher performance in Cluster IV, Sawan District. The coefficient of determination is 0.523 or 52.3%.

Abstract

Disease prevention is very important in the rearing of barramundi larvae, one of which is by sterilizing the seawater using technical chlorine. This study aimed to determine the effect of seawater sterlization use technical chlorine for rearing barramundi larvae on growth, survival, and water quality. The treatment in this study was different seawater used for water exchange during larval rearing. Seawater was sterilized with 25 ppm technical chlorine for 24 hours. Before use, the water was neutralized using 12.5 ppm sodium thiosulfate. As a control in this study, direct seawater or untreated sea water was used for water exchange. The study was conducted with 3 replications. The parameters observed in this study were growth, survival, virus monitoring, growth variation, and water quality. Sterilization of seawater with 25 ppm technical chlorine used for rearing larvae of barramundi has no significant effect on growth, survival, growth variation and water quality of rearing larvae. The use of filtered seawater is recommended in the sterilization of seawater for rearing larvae of barramundi. Abstract

Lintah laut adalahektoparasit yang sangat merugikan bagbudidaya ikan kerapu di Bali Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali potensi antiparasitik jenis 76 tanaman dalam mengendalikan infeksi lintah laut (Zeylanicobdella arugamensis) pada juvenil ikan kerapu hibrida cantang (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus x E. lanceolatus). Sebanyak 76 jenis tanaman diekstrak menggunakan pelarut air laut steril untuk uji in vitro tahap 1 sebagai skrining awal, dilanjutkan dengan uji in vitro tahap 2 dan uji in vivo tahap 1 dan tahap 2. Uji in vivo dilakukan dengan merendam lintah laut dalam ektrak herbal 1000 ppm selama dua jam. Hasil uji in vitro tahap 1 mendapakan 11 tanaman berpotensi antiparasitik, yaitu lada putih, lada hitam, bunga cengkeh, lengkuas, cabai Jawa, jahe hitam, kulit buah manggis, daun sawo Manila, daun delima, daun brotowali dan batang brotowali. Berdasarkan uji tersebut dilakukan uji in vitro tahap 2 untuk mengetahui konsentrasi minimal yang melemahkan lintah laut. Uji in vitro tahap 2 menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi minimum (500 ppm) hanya diperoleh dari tanaman lada putih. Uji in vivo dilakukan dengan menggunakan ikan kerapu cantang yang yang terinfeksi lintah laut. Uji in vivo tahap 1 menunjukkan bahwa sembilan (lada putih, lada hitam, bunga cengkeh, lengkuas, cabai Jawa, kulit buah manggis, daun sawo Manila, daun delima, daun brotowali) dari sebelas herbal tersebut belum mampu melepaskan lintah laut namun mematikan bagi ikan. Sedangkan uji in vivo tahap 2 menunjukkan sekaligus menyimpulkan bahwa ekstrak herbal, yaitu jahe hitam (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.) dan daun brotowali efektif (Tinospora cordifolia) dalam air laut konsentrasi 1000 ppm.Sea leeches are the major ectoparasites that infect grouper fish. This study explores the antiparasitic potential of 76 plants in controlling sea leech. The plants were extracted using sterile seawater and used in the in vitro test 1 (initial screening), followed by in vitro test 2 and in vivo test 1 and 2. The in vivo test was carried out by soaking sea leeches in 1000 ppm herbal extractsfor two hours. The results of the in vitro test 1 found that 11 plants had antiparasitic potential (white pepper, black pepper, clove flowers, galangal, Javanese chili, black ginger, mangosteen peel, Manila sapodilla leaves, pomegranate leaves, brotowali leaves and brotowali stems). Based on initial test, the in vitro test 2 was conducted to determine the minimum concentration. The in vitro test 2 showed that the minimum concentration (500 ppm) was obtained from white pepper . The in vivo test was conducted using infected fish. The in vivo test 2 showed that nine (white pepper, black pepper, clove flowers, galangal, Javanese chili, mangosteen peel, Manila sapodilla leaves, pomegranate leaves, brotowali leaves) herbals were not able to release leeches but deadly to the fish. Meanwhile, the in vivo test 2 concluded that black ginger (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.) and brotowali leaves (Tinospora cordifolia) in sea water at a concentration of 1000 ppm were effective in releasing leeches within 10 minutes and non toxic to fish.
