Abstract

Tulisan ini mengangkat masalah relasi antara komunitas Islam dan Hindu yang secara umum ada di Bali. Hanya saja dalam rangka kepentingan metodologis dibatasi pada komunitas Islam dan Hindu di tiga daerah yaitu: Denpasar, Karangasem dan Singaraja. Relasi Islam dan Hindu di Bali pada dasarnya diperkuat pada tatanan budaya Bali yang berkembang dan terus lestari hingga saat ini. Peranan geneologis yang terjadi akibat perkawinan antar keluarga di masa lalu menjadi tali penguat relasi dimaksud. Peranan raja-raja di masa lalu dan generasinya hingga saat ini juga memberikan kontribusi yang tidak sedikit terhadap kehidupan harmonis Islam dan Hindu yang ada di Bali. Pemerintah daerah lewat Forum Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama dan Kementerian Agama memberikan media yang lebih besar setelah masa reformasi, sehingga relasi semakin baik dan menempatkan kearifan local sebagai salah satu fondasinya.----------------------- This article explores the problem of relations between Mulsim and Hindu community in Bali. Methodologically, it consisted of three regions: Denpasar, Karangasem and Singaraja. Basically, the relation between Islam and Hindu in Bali has been strengthened by the Bali’s local culture which still continues to develop and exist until today. Genealogical relations due to marriage among families in the past and their generation’s nowadays also contribute significantly to the living harmony among Hindus and Muslims in Bali. Too, local governments trough Forum Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama (Religion Followers Forum) and the Ministry of Religious Affairs facilitate wider medium of dialogues after the Reformasi era; therefore, relation among them remains constructive and puts forward local wisdom as the basis.

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the situations where Bali as part of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia that has a various diversity of ethnicity, race, religion, and citizenship. The background of various ethnic, tribe and religion in Indonesia are often tainted by the conflicts, contradictions, until riots. This makes this paper important to be appointed, where Bali gives a different color in managing the existing heterogeneity. When conflicts on behalf of ethnic, tribe and religion occurred in some areas, Bali remains in control, not affected by the riots. This article at least has the purpose to provide a review of the relation between the life that is built up during the time in Bali, especially between Muslims and Hindus in the perspective of multicultural society. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique, using primary data in the form of informans and secondary data in the form of library data both at home and abroad as KITLV, as well as libraries at the University of Leiden. Islam and Hindu relationship in Bali is essentially strengthened in the Balinese culture that develops and continues sustainable until now. Genealogical role caused by inter-family marriages in the past, reinforce islam and hindu relationship. The role of kings in the past and to the present generation also contributed quite a bit of harmony of Islam and Hindu in Bali. Local government through Forum for Interreligious Harmony and Ministry of Religious Affairs gives greater media after the reform, so that there is better relations and places cultural piety as the foundation. The writer conclude that Islam and Hindu relationship in Bali is supported by the community local wisdom (Islam and Hindu), which upholds the sense of brotherhood, tolerance, respect, and recognition of the existing diversity. This reality is certainly very great significance in the life of the country of Indonesia.

Abstract

The obstacle in lecture class learning is the difficulty of understanding the learning of the courses. So the right learning media is needed to overcome these problems. This study aims to develop learning media for short films based on the local wisdom of Sanghyang Dedari to improve student character in multicultural studies courses. This type of research is a research and development (RnD) method with a 4-D model design. The sample of this study was determined using a proportional random sampling technique so that a sample of 22 people was obtained. The research instrument used in this product trial was a questionnaire—data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The pre-test results obtained the lowest score of 56 and the highest score of 77. Post-test results are the lowest score of 80 and the highest score of 92. The effectiveness test results show a significant difference seen from the significance number between the pre-test and post-test scores with a significance value (2-tailed) p equal to 0.000 less 0.05. Based on the results of Paired Sample T-Test testing shows that there is a significant difference between the results of character improvement in pre-test data and post-test data, so from these results, it can also be concluded that through the short film learning media method based on local wisdom Sanghyang Dedari can improve the results of improving student character in multicultural studies courses.

Abstract

This study aims to preserve the values ​​of local wisdom in general, and to produce indicators and instruments for the value of local wisdom in particular. The values ​​of local wisdom were developed in this study due to the rapid advancement of technology and in order to realize the vision of the university itself. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) model with a 3D development model, namely the define, design, and develop stages. The research subjects for the development of local wisdom values ​​were 2 experts or expert practitioners in their fields and a limited trial of this product using 20 respondents. There are 2 (two) data collection methods used in this study, namely the document study method and the questionnaire method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Content validation of indicators of local wisdom values ​​used the analysis of two experts, then analyzed using the Gregory technique. The limited test by practitioners in this study used 20 respondents from steakholders at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. The results of the limited test on the value of local wisdom were analyzed using the average score of the respondents. To determine the quality of each local wisdom value, the average score of the respondents was converted using the criteria for the ideal mean (Xi) and the ideal standard deviation (SDi) on a scale of five. The results showed that the product indicator for each local wisdom value was 1, so it was in the very high category. And the average score of each local wisdom value is also in the very high category. This shows that the product produced in this study is worthy of being used as an instrument to measure the values ​​of local wisdom in transforming religious education, especially in STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the implementation of religious moderation at religious universities, especially Hinduism, for students in the era of independent learning at independent campuses. This research is a type of experimental research using a quantitative approach. The research subjects for the existence of religious moderation in the MBKM era were 350 students from four religious universities in Bali and the object of the research was religious moderation in MBKM. The data obtained in this research was collected using a questionnaire method. Before using the questionnaire, an expert/judge validity test was carried out using the Gregory formula. The item validity test shows that 25 questionnaires are valid with a reliability of 0.81 in the very high category. The data analysis method is quantitative descriptive. The results of research on the implementation of religious moderation in the independent campus era have been very well carried out in religious universities in Bali. This is proven by data from moderation indicators including national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and accommodating to local culture. The average national commitment data is 26.32 and if this mean is converted into a Liket scale table it is in the very high category. The average tolerance data is 27.45, if converted into a table it is in the very high category. The average anti-violence is 26.91, if this mean is converted into a table it is in the very high category. And the average accommodative to local culture = 30.48, if converted into the very high category. From the four mean results on the moderation indicators above. So it can be concluded that the implementation of religious moderation at religious universities, especially PTKH in the MBKM era, was carried out very well.

Abstract

Literasi membaca merupakan keterampilan dasar yang penting bagi pengembangan diri siswa, namun tingkat literasi di Indonesia masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa di SDN 3 Banyuning. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan 22 siswa kelas 1. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model discovery learning dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah yang meliputi persiapan pembelajaran, kegiatan awal yang menarik, eksplorasi kelompok, presentasi, dan refleksi. Siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan yang tinggi, aktif berdiskusi, dan mampu menganalisis informasi dengan lebih baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model discovery learning dapat meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa secara signifikan, serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru menerapkan model ini sebagai alternatif efektif dalam pembelajaran, serta pentingnya dukungan sumber daya dan pelatihan bagi guru untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi model pembelajaran yang inovatif.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap pendidikan, termasuk literasi sains. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi sains di era digital melalui tinjauan pustaka sistematis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis teknologi digital, seperti e-Modul interaktif, laboratorium virtual, dan aplikasi simulasi, secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Selain itu, integrasi budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran sains memberikan manfaat besar dalam meningkatkan relevansi dan keterlibatan siswa. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital dan kurangnya keterampilan digital guru tetap menjadi hambatan utama. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pelatihan guru yang komprehensif, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan pengembangan konten berbasis bukti untuk mendukung literasi sains di era digital secara inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Literasi digital menjadi elemen esensial dalam pendidikan abad ke-21, terutama di jenjang pendidikan dasar. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian literatur terkini mengenai pengembangan literasi digital dalam kaitannya dengan kecakapan abad ke-21. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital mendukung keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi siswa, tetapi implementasinya menghadapi kendala signifikan seperti kesenjangan akses teknologi dan keterbatasan pelatihan guru. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan inovatif seperti pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan integrasi kurikulum, literasi digital dapat memperkuat kesiapan siswa menghadapi era digital. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektoral dalam meningkatkan literasi digital untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang inklusif dan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran literasi sains dalam membentuk generasi berpikir kritis dan inovatif melalui kajian literatur. Literasi sains tidak hanya mencakup pemahaman konsep ilmiah, tetapi juga kemampuan berpikir kritis dan menciptakan inovasi berbasis pengetahuan ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa literasi sains berkontribusi signifikan dalam melatih analisis data, evaluasi informasi, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti. Selain itu, pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi sains siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam infrastruktur pendidikan, akses sumber daya, dan metode pengajaran masih menjadi kendala utama dalam pengembangan literasi sains di Indonesia. Kajian ini merekomendasikan strategi pedagogis inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21 melalui integrasi literasi sains dalam pendidikan formal dan informal.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas transformasi literasi di era digital yang mencakup integrasi literasi membaca tradisional dan literasi digital dalam konteks generasi muda. Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam konsep literasi, yang kini mencakup keterampilan teknis, pemahaman kritis, dan pengelolaan informasi digital. Di satu sisi, teknologi digital meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan peluang pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, tantangan seperti misinformasi, kesenjangan digital, dan dampak media sosial terhadap kemampuan membaca mendalam menjadi perhatian utama. Artikel ini mengintegrasikan berbagai literatur terkini untuk menganalisis bagaimana kedua jenis literasi tersebut saling melengkapi atau berbenturan dalam membentuk kompetensi literasi generasi muda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan memainkan peran kunci dalam menjembatani kesenjangan literasi digital dan membaca, dengan rekomendasi berupa penguatan kebijakan pendidikan, peningkatan akses teknologi, dan strategi pembelajaran inovatif.
