<![CDATA[Pentingnya pekerjaan Roh Kudus dalam Amanat Agung yang seyogianya mendapat perhatian yang khusus dari gereja. Mengingat bahwa jantung dan jiwa dari pekerjaan misioner gereja semata-mata terjadi karena faktor Roh Kudus. Roh Pantekosta itu bekerja secara hebat dalam menggerakkan gereja menunaikan Amanat Agung bagi bangsa-bangsa. Tujuan dari diskusi ini agar membangkitkan membali kesadaran gereja agar mengutamakan pekerjaan dan pimpinan Roh Kudus dalam pelayanannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah Biblical research. Hasilnya, menunjukkan bahwa Roh Kudus sebagai penentu tercapainya tujuan Amanat Agung mencapai bangsa-bangsa. Sama seperti Roh Allah yang menginspirasi para nabi, demikian juga Roh yang sama akan meneguhkan gereja dalam mengimplementasikan kerangka kerja Amanat Agung. <![CDATA[Pelayanan pemuridan membutuhkan metode yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konteks dan zaman. Dalam era milenial ini sangat dibutuhkan metode pemuridan yang fleksibel dan berdampak efektif bagi pembinaan iman di antara para mahasiswa Kristen dalam lingkungan pelayanan Para Navigator. Tujuan diksusi ini untuk menjelaskan pola penyesuaian pembinaan iman dalam kelompok pemuridan agar berdampak dan berdaya guna bagi mahasiswa Kristen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasilnya, menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pemuridan dalam konteks postmodern dan era digital membutuhkan metode yang fleksibel, praktis dan efektif guna mencapai sasaran yang mendewasakan iman para mahasiswa Kristen. Mereka memandang bahwa penyesuaian metode dengan perkembangan era digital berarti mengakomodasi teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan pemuridan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman. Kesimpulannya, penyesuaian terhadap metode dan pola pembinaan iman bagi para mahasiswa Kristen yang sesuai dengan dinamika perkembangan era digital dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan antusias mereka dalam mengikuti program pemuridan.]]>

<![CDATA[This article presents the problem that teenagers who have not yet been won to Christ are very vulnerable to being influenced by postmodernist thinking. Considering they do not have a solid foundation of faith in Christ. The anticipation is that parents must take the initiative to introduce Jesus to them. The method used in this research is a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The results show that 26 students (65%) out of 40 Christian students at a high school in Bandung City do not yet have a close relationship with Christ. Meanwhile, 14 students (35%) stated that they had experienced new life and had faith in Jesus. This data reflects the attitude of parents who do not fully prioritize spiritual needs in their family. These teenagers are in the midst of a period of panca roba or doubt and are easily influenced by deviant teachings. The challenges faced by spiritual coaches at school are the same as those faced by their parents. The challenge arises to serve and develop them to know Christ personally. In conclusion, winning teenagers to Christ is a priority for parents to anticipate the influence of modernist thinking on them.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines God as the initiator of cross-cultural missions through a case study of mission transformation in the life of the Apostle Peter. Departing from the existing research gap, namely the need to reflect on the nature of God who loves other nations through a change in Peter's perspective, this study aims to show that God is the initiator of salvation for all mankind. The significance of this study is to encourage the church to see cross-cultural missions as an important approach in transmitting God's love to those who have not yet repented. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this study finds that Peter's encounter with Cornelius was a crucial turning point in early Christian missionary work. The experience radically changed Peter's narrow understanding of who was worthy of receiving the gospel, extending from just Jews to all nations. The descent of the Holy Spirit upon Cornelius and his family is clear evidence to Peter that God's grace is impartial and available to every believer. This event was not only a personal lesson for Peter, but also a revelation of God that opened the door for the gospel to reach the Gentile world, fundamentally changing the course of church history. Penelitian ini mengkaji Allah sebagai penggagas misi lintas budaya melalui studi kasus transformasi misi dalam kehidupan Rasul Petrus. Berangkat dari kesenjangan penelitian yang ada, yaitu kebutuhan untuk merefleksikan sifat Allah yang mengasihi bangsa lain melalui perubahan cara pandang Petrus, studi ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa Allah adalah inisiator keselamatan bagi seluruh umat manusia. Signifikansi penelitian ini adalah untuk mendorong gereja agar melihat misi lintas budaya sebagai pendekatan penting dalam menularkan kasih Allah kepada mereka yang belum bertobat. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perjumpaan Petrus dengan Kornelius merupakan titik balik krusial dalam karya misi Kekristenan awal. Pengalaman tersebut secara radikal mengubah pemahaman sempit Petrus mengenai siapa yang layak menerima Injil, meluas dari hanya orang Yahudi menjadi semua bangsa. Turunnya Roh Kudus kepada Kornelius dan keluarganya menjadi bukti nyata bagi Petrus bahwa kasih karunia Allah tidak memandang bulu dan tersedia bagi setiap orang yang percaya. Peristiwa ini tidak hanya menjadi pelajaran pribadi bagi Petrus, melainkan juga wahyu Allah yang membuka pintu bagi Injil untuk menjangkau dunia non-Yahudi, secara fundamental mengubah arah sejarah gereja.]]>

<![CDATA[Christ's suffering and tribulation are an important aspect of the Christian faith, yet there are still many believers who do not understand it biblically This is reflected in the narrative of the journey of two disciples of Jesus to Emmaus, where they were confused about the meaning of the Messiah's suffering on the way to Emmaus. This article aims to explain the relevance of Christ's suffering and tribulation that can be an inspiration to the church, showing that the call to be a follower of Christ is inseparable from the possibility of facing suffering. Christians are called to remain steadfast in the faith and also to bear active witness to Christ's work in the world, even in these difficult situations. The method used in this study is theological study. The results of the study show that the doubts of the two disciples of Jesus were resolved when Jesus appeared in their midst and explained His identity and mission as the Messiah who must suffer for the salvation of mankind. That Christ's suffering was not for His own sake, but for the redemption of sinners, that they might be reconciled to the eternal God.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the doctrine of Pietism within the context of postmodern culture, highlighting a gap in the literature that connects the rich historical and spiritual heritage of Pietism with contemporary philosophical challenges. The central issue explored is how this revivalist movement, which emphasizes personal piety and lived religious experience, can maintain its relevance and authenticity amid the dominant postmodern tendencies of relativism and excessive individualism. The purpose of this research is to critically analyze the potentials and risks of Pietism in the postmodern era and to propose practical recommendations for Pietist church communities to remain contextually relevant without losing their theological essence. This study employs a literature review method by examining key theological and philosophical works. The findings indicate that Pietism remains relevant due to its focus on living faith (experientia) and ethical transformation expressed through love and service, which serve as antidotes to skepticism and religious formalism. However, the movement faces a significant risk of falling into excessive subjectivism when personal experience becomes detached from the objective truth of Scripture and the communal dimension of love.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem with this article is related to the importance of studying Jeremiah's obedience in responding to God's vision and mission. Obedience to God's call was a form of Jeremiah's self-image while serving as a prophet in the Kingdom of Judah. The goal is to explain the image of oneself who is obedient in carrying out one's calling. The method used in this article is literature study. The result is that God demands that God's servants obey wholeheartedly in serving His work. Obedient personal character should be the basic model for pastors who serve the congregation. Even though they face serious challenges, they are expected to remain faithful to their calling, just like the obedience of the Prophet Jeremiah. From his youth he was called until his old age, Jeremiah always obeyed God's call. Characters like this can inspire shepherds to serve wholeheartedly for the glory of God himself.Problem dari artikel ini berkaitan dengan pentingnya mengkaji ketaatan Yeremia dalam meresponi visi dan misi Allah. Ketaatan pada panggilan Allah merupakan bentuk citra diri dari Yeremia selama melayani sebagai nabi di Kerajaan Yehuda. Tujuannya menjelaskan citra diri Yeremia yang taat dalam melaksanakan panggilannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi literatur. Hasilnya bahwa Allah menuntut para hamba Tuhan taat sepenuh hati dalam melayani pekerjaan-Nya. Karakter diri yang taat semestinya menjadi model dasar bagi para gembala yang melayani jemaat. Sekalipun tantangan berat yang dihadapi, mereka diharapkan tetap setia pada panggilannya sama seperti ketaatan Nabi Yeremia. Sejak masa muda hingga masa tuanya, Yeremia senantiasa taat pada panggilan Allah. Karakter seperti ini dapat menginspirasi para gembala untuk melayani sepenuh hati bagi kemuliaan Allah.]]>

<![CDATA[This historiographical article aims to describe Coolen as a pioneer of the indigenous church among the abangans in Ngoro, East Java in the 19th century, where he pioneered the ministry of indigenizing the gospel as an exciting new breakthrough. The discussion was conducted in stages of collecting historical data about Coolen, evaluating the obtained data, interpreting relevant data, and presenting the findings. The results show that Coolen was the initiator of the establishment of the ‘ngelmu’ Christian congregation among the abangans in Ngoro Village in the interior of East Java. He explained the secrets of ngelmu Kristen (lit., learning the Christianity) and appreciated Javanese culture as a new breakthrough in the ministry of preaching the gospel, compared to the Indische Kerk missionaries. However, some of his followers were more interested in joining Emde’s ministry pattern, so the outputs of his ministry were finally adopted into the Indische Kerk churches. Since then, the harvest of the abangans had stopped.]]>

<![CDATA[The Apostle Paul as God's chosen figure to proclaim Jesus as the Messiah King who brings salvation to all nations. People who are still outside of Christ can hear the Gospel that sets them free from sin. Getting to know the Messiah King personally also serves to build a bridge of communication to people who don't believe. So the purpose of this study is to explain the Messiah King who was preached by the apostle Paul. The method used is a descriptive study. The results show that Paul was very fascinated by the person of Jesus as the Messiah King who appeared to him on the way to Damascus. Since the introduction of Jesus Christ, Paul has been active in preaching the Messiah King to nations outside the Jewish nation. He also disassembled and rearranged his concept of faith and theological views of his mission. Christ who triumphed over death became the basis for Paul's theological views. Paul's preaching work served as the basis for the Church to preach that Jesus Christ is the Savior for all mankind.]]>
