Abstract

Comparison of The Dialect of Banjaran And Gelok Mulya Villages of Sumberjaya District, Majalengka RegencyABSTRAKTerjadinya keragaman atau kevariasian bahasa ini bukan hanya disebabkan oleh para penuturmya yang tidak homogen, tetapi juga karena kegiatan interaksi sosial yang mereka lakukan sangat beragam. Di Desa Banjaran dan Gelok Mulya terdapat variasi bahasa dan memungkinkan untuk dilakukan pendataan karena berada di wilayah perbatasan Cirebon dan dipisahkan oleh sungai karena adanya dialek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perbendaan leksikal dan penyebab perbedaan dialek di Desa Banjaran dan Gelok Mulya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan temuan pidato publik yang diberikan di desa Banjaran dan Gelok Mulya di Kecamatan Sumberjaya, Kabupaten Majalengka. Teknik analisis data kecocokan digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Saat menganalisis data, pendekatan kecocokan digunakan jika sumber keputusan tidak asli dari bahasa target. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata-kata dipecah menjadi kategori fonologis, sintaksis, dan leksikal berdasarkan pemeriksaan perbedaan linguistik antara desa Banjaran dan Gelok Mulya. Berdasarkan perbedaan leksikal diperoleh perbedaan leksem di Desa Banjaran dan Gelok Mulya.Kata kunci: Dialektologi; Banjaran; Gelok Mulya; Sunda; JawaABSTRACTThe occurrence of language diversity or variations is not only caused by the speakers who are not homogeneous, but also because the activities of social interaction that they carry out are very diverse. In the villages of Banjaran and Gelok Mulya there are language variations and it is possible to collect data because they are located in the Cirebon border area and are separated by a river due to dialects. The purpose of this research is to describe the lexical differences and causes of dialect differences in Banjaran and Gelok Mulya Villages. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology based on the findings of public speeches given in the villages of Banjaran and Gelok Mulya in Sumberjaya District, Majalengka Regency. Matching data analysis techniques were used for this study. When analyzing the data, the fit approach is used if the decision source is not native to the target language. The results showed that words were broken down into phonological, syntactic, and lexical categories based on an examination of the linguistic differences between Banjaran and Gelok Mulya villages. Based on the lexical differences, the differences in lexemes in Banjaran and Gelok Mulya villages were obtained.Keyword: Dialectology; Banjaran; Gelok Mulya; Sundanese; Javanese

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of intrinsic motivation as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct effect on intrinsic motivation but does not directly affect tacit knowledge sharing. However, this study found the fact that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through the mediation of intrinsic motivation. So, intrinsic motivation acts as a full mediator in this research model

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of trust-in leaders within employees in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia towards employee innovation and checks on the impact of mediation from knowledge sharing to this relationship. 121 employees in the manufacturing industry participate in this research. The result of research claimed that trust-in leader has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and employee innovation. Likewise, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee innovation. Therefore, the result of the research showed that knowledge sharing has a partial mediation impact on the relationship between trust-in leader and employee innovation.

Abstract

This study investigates whether increased attention given to coaching practices affects performance, while considering the mediating effect of team commitment. Data were collected from 145 employees of a private manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Indonesia using quantitative methods and confirmatory surveys. This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through team commitment mediation. The results of this study could have significant implications for HR managerial decision-making regarding the coaching practice process in the manufacturing industry employees in Indonesia. This study also helps the HR management of the manufacturing industry to seriously assess their HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their company's HR strategic planning.
