Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah menciptakan banyak peluang bagi wirausaha muda untuk mengembangkan dan memperluas operasi bisnis mereka. Oleh karena itu, internet telah mendorong munculnya kewirausahaan digital (digital entrepreneurship) sebagai bentuk kewirausahaan yang berkembang di antara banyak pengusaha muda dan bahkan mahasiswa, yang memang menjadi generasi digital native. Penelitian ini mengkaji sejauh mana karakter personal atau ciri-ciri pribadi digital natives dari kalangan mahasiswa di Indonesia berdampak pada niat kewirausahaan digital (digital entrepreneurship intention) mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak langsung dari lima karakter personal yang diadopsi dari the big five personal traits, yaitu openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, terhadap sikap pribadi (attitude) dan digital entrepreneurship intention. Untuk tujuan ini, responden penelitian ini adalah 254 mahasiswa Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Pemodelan persamaan struktural menggunakan SEM SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan, yakni kelima karakter personal mahasiswa (agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, dan openness to experience) berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap pribadi (attitude). Selanjutnya, variabel sikap pribadi (attitude) juga berpengaruh positif terhadap digital entrepreneurship intention. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada kesenjangan penelitian tentang karakter personal the big five personal traits, sikap pribadi dan digital entrepreneurship intention. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis telah dibahas dan menjadi rekomendasi penting bagi proyeksi masa depan para mahasiswa, dosen pendidik, dan juga bagi kebijakan manajemen di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Kampung tematik Bonsai merupakan kampung tematik yang telah terdaftara di pemda Kabupaten Tangerang. Produk unggulan tanaman bonsai dan terdapat tempat workshop budidaya bonsai. Berbagai tanaman bonsai berada di halaman rumah warga, namun jarang menyisipkan satu atau dua pohon cepat panen seperti cabe, tomat, terong atau sawi yang dapat dikonsumsi sendiri. Kecenderungan menanam tanaman hias daripada tanaman cepat panen juga menjadi hal yang unik di kampung tematik Bonsai. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya menanam tanaman cepat panen selain dari tanaman hias. Tanam cepat panen dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga dan dapat menghemat sediktinya 100 – 300 ribu per bulan setiap keluarga. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di kampung tematik Bonsai dan diikuti oleh 59 peserta. Disampaikan narasumber dari tim dosen mengenai pentingnya memanfaatkan lahan sempit untuk menanam tanaman cepat panen sebagai upaya untuk membantu pangan keluarga. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan PkM ini meningkatnya taraf hidup keluarga melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan terutama makanan cepat panen yang setiap harinya diknosumsi. Peningkatakan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan lahan sempit untuk menanam tanaman cepa panen untuk pemenuhan pangan keluarga.

Abstract

Public awareness of utilizing the narrow land in the Taman Raya Rajeg housing complex is still relatively low. Not all people understand the use of land for food crops. The activity was carried out one day and was attended by 54 participants, the majority of whom were housewives. Education on understanding food security for the community starting from the household is the focus of education this time. The resource person also talked about food security by planting fast-harvesting crops. Community interaction was very good from PKM activities and discussions went well. The activity ended with the handover of 84 fast-harvesting plants such as chilies, tomatoes and eggplants to activity participants and symbolic tree planting.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of religion and work-family conflict on employee performance by utilizing job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The workforce of the manufacturing industry will be used as the sample population, and there will be a total of 120 individuals involved in the study. For the purpose of this study, the data gathering method that was utilized was a questionnaire. The analysis method that was utilized was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), and the SmartPLS version 3.0 was utilized. The result of this research showed that religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work-family conflict does not significantly affect employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to employee performance, religiosity has a significant positive effect to employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work-family conflict does not significantly affect the employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. It is possible that the findings of this study could serve as a foundation for enhancing and sustaining the performance of an organization by focusing on religious improvement and addressing the work-family conflict that is encountered by working individuals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of Islamic Social Reporting on zakat on the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The population for this research is all BUS registered with the OJK until December 2024. In Indonesia, 12 sharia commercial banks were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data processing uses the Eviews 12 application and is quantitative in nature. These findings indicate that although Islamic social reporting does not have a real impact on financial performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks, reporting on zakat funds has quite a large impact. In addition, the impact of zakat on financial performance (ROA) can be mitigated with Islamic social reporting functions

Abstract

Kendala selama ini di masyarakat di sekitar kampus bahwa tidak semua yagn beragama islam memahami dan pengetahui mengenai tata cara penyembelihan dan pengelolaan daging qurban termasuk pendistirusian kepada yang berhak mendapat daging qurban. Sehingga kegiatan pendampingan ini sangat cocok dan dibutuhkan dalam moment sebelum Idul Adha. Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat di sekitar kampus terutama masyarakat di desa binaan Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan memberikan pengertian melalui diskusi kepada masyarakat langsung. Pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memahami penyembelihan dan pengelolaan daging qurban secara benar sesuai dengan syariat islam yang diajarkan oleh Nabi. Kegiatan berlangsung dua hari dan berjalan dengan lancar serta aprisiasi masyarakat cukup baik dengan kegiatan ini

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia akuntansi, termasuk dalam proses pembelajaran dan pemahaman laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh AI, digitalisasi, dan etika profesi terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa tentang laporan keuangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial artificial intellegence dan digitalisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa tentang laporan keuangan namun hasil penelitian pada uji F secara simultan menunjukan bahwa baik artificial intelligence, digitalisasi dan etika profesi berpengeruh simultan terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa tentang laporan keuangan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara kompetensi teknologi dan integritas etika menjadi kunci dalam menghasilkan calon akuntan profesional di era digital.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a critical pathway for strengthening financial management practices among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in developing economies. Despite increasing access to digital financial technologies, empirical evidence indicates that many MSMEs adopt these tools in a fragmented and non-strategic manner. This study aims to explore how MSME actors experience digital transformation in financial management, identify the practical changes arising from the use of digital financial tools, and examine the barriers and enabling factors shaping this transformation. Employing a qualitative research design, this study draws on in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving 24 MSME owners and managers across micro, small, and medium enterprises in Banten Province, Indonesia. Thematic analysis reveals that digital transformation among MSMEs unfolds incrementally, beginning with basic tools such as digital payments and mobile banking, largely driven by customer demand rather than strategic intent. While digital tools improve transaction recording accuracy, financial transparency, and operational efficiency, their utilization remains predominantly operational, with limited progression toward analytical or strategic financial management. Key challenges include inadequate digital and financial literacy, trust concerns related to data security, cost constraints, infrastructural limitations, and entrenched traditional practices. The findings underscore that digital transformation in MSME financial management is a socio-technical process shaped by interactions between technology, managerial capabilities, and institutional context. This study contributes to the literature by providing rich qualitative insights from an underexplored regional context and offers practical and policy-relevant implications for fostering inclusive, context-sensitive digital transformation among MSMEs.

Abstract

This study investigates whether increased attention given to coaching practices affects performance, while considering the mediating effect of team commitment. Data were collected from 145 employees of a private manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Indonesia using quantitative methods and confirmatory surveys. This study shows that coaching has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through team commitment mediation. The results of this study could have significant implications for HR managerial decision-making regarding the coaching practice process in the manufacturing industry employees in Indonesia. This study also helps the HR management of the manufacturing industry to seriously assess their HR development investment plans in the form of coaching practices and direct their company's HR strategic planning.

Abstract

- The purpose of this study was to apply the influence of transformational leadership on employees' innovative work behavior, and the mediating role of learning motivation on the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. The questionnaire, designed as a self-reported survey, was distributed to permanent employees of a manufacturing company in the automotive sector. Data was collected from 203 employees. The hypothesis was tested using structural equation modeling. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee innovative work behavior and motivation to learn to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the effect of transformational leadership on employees' innovative work behavior as well as the impact of innovative work behavior variables. The implication is that organizations should pay attention to creating a climate that supports innovation and encourages individuals to learn new knowledge and skills, and provides employees with opportunities to use their acquired knowledge and skills
