Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes by using the demonstration method with stick stick media for Class 1 Semester 2 students at SD Negeri 068344 Medan Tuntungan in 2019/2020. This research uses Kurt Lewin's classroom action research method. The main concept of Kurt Luwin's classroom action research includes four components, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were first grade students of SD Negeri 068344 Medan Tuntungan, Medan City, for the 2019/2020 academic year, consisting of 14 students consisting of 07 male students and 07 female students whose abilities in learning were heterogeneous. The research instruments used to collect data in this classroom action research are observation sheets conducted during learning activities and learning outcomes tests to measure student learning outcomes in cognitive aspects or the level of mastery of the subject matter. Giving the demonstration method with cutting stick media to grade 1 students can improve learning outcomes in mathematics. This can be seen from the results of observations during learning activities by students, the results obtained from cycle I and cycle II are: 66% and 82%. The results of filling out the learning outcomes instrument on the subject of arithmetic operations, addition and subtraction of numbers obtained from 14 students, then 02 students completed while 12 people did not complete in the first cycle and in the second cycle 14 students all completed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari informasi dan dampak dari kepemimpinan Menteri Pendidikan dalam mengubah kurikulum yang ada di sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Hal ini bertujuan agak khalayak mengerti dan memahami pengaruh-pengaruh apa yang diciptakan oleh perubahan kebijakan dari Menteri Pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu mengobservasi dan menacari informasi yang akurat terkait pengaruh kepemimpinan menteri pendidikan terhadap reformasi kurikulum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga mampu menunjukkan bagaimana sistem pendidikan dan kurikulum berjalan yang memberikan dampak yang besar bagi anak-anak bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemampuan menyimak (Hörverstehen) merupakan keterampilan dasar yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam mempelajari bahasa asing, termasuk bahasa Jerman. Namun, keterampilan ini sering menimbulkan kesulitan bagi pembelajar karena perbedaan bunyi bahasa, kecepatan tuturan penutur asli, dan keragaman kosakata. Perkembangan teknologi digital menghadirkan alternatif media pembelajaran yang lebih variatif, salah satunya adalah podcast. Artikel ini menelaah penggunaan podcast sebagai media pembelajaran Hörverstehen melalui kajian literatur yang relevan mengenai keterampilan mendengar, strategi belajar bahasa, dan pemanfaatan media digital dalam pendidikan. Podcast dipandang efektif karena menyediakan materi audio autentik yang menampilkan lafal, intonasi, serta kosakata sebagaimana digunakan dalam komunikasi nyata. Selain itu, sifat podcast yang fleksibel dan mudah diakses memungkinkan mahasiswa berlatih di luar kelas, mendorong kemandirian belajar, serta menumbuhkan motivasi. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, podcast layak direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran menyimak bahasa Jerman yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi pembelajar di era digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there are the influences of professional competence and teacher commitment to the learning quality. This research uses the quantitative approach with descriptive method. The population of this research was all teachers at Hikmah Sejati Foundation Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research was 100 people. Moreover, the data analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression. This result shows that: (1) partially, the professional competency variable is in good correlation with the percentage of 53 on the learning quality (2) partially, the teacher commitment variable has a fair correlation with the percentage of 33 on the learning quality (3) simultaneously the professional competence and teacher commitment variables have a good correlation with the percentages of 58% on learning quality. The research result obtained based on the multiple linear regression equation was Y = 25,655 + 0,631X1 + 0,43X2 of correlation coefficient is 0.762. According to statistic test Fscore= 67,021 >Ftable = 3.09 , with probability level of 0.000. Therefore, there is a significant correlation between professional competence and teacher commitment to learning quality. Keywords: profesional competence, teacher commitment, learning quality. DOI: 10.23960/jpp.v11.i2.202122
