Abstract

PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of recruitment, training and consulting in the provision of human resources. Currently PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia has more than 500 outsourcing employees, puts hundreds of Indonesians into the job market and serves more than 30 multinational companies, of course companies need systems that are able to manage and carry out company work operations. This research study aims to conduct an assessment of Information Technology Governance at PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia which focuses on the DSS01 domain (manage operations) is measured using the Capability Level in the Cobit 5 Framework. The results obtained from this assessment are needed as an evaluation and input for improvements to Information Technology Governance at PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia in the future. The level of ability of PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia in the DSS01 process is at a value of 2.80 while the expected level of ability is at level 3 (established process). The recommendation to reach level 3 is expected to be implemented to improve the performance of PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia according to the DSS01 process.

Abstract

Banyak Perusahaan yang tujuan akhirnya berupa income dan profit agar Perusahaan tersebut tetap berjalan dan beroperasi. Mereka ingin mencari profit yang cukup dalam arti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Perusahaan untuk tetap eksis dan tetap berjalan beberapa tahun ke depan. Demikian juga dengan PT Anugerah Bhakti Bumi yang merupakan organisasi yang didirikan dalam melakukan usaha jasa. Kegiatan jasa ini guna memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomis usaha Perusahaan dengan menggabungkan berbagai faktor produksi, yaitu manusia, teknologi dan modal kerja. Secara omzet, PT Anugerah Bhakti Bumi memiliki omzet yang bervariasi sejak awal berdiri hingga saat ini. Omzet ini menandakan bahwa Perusahaan ini memiliki potensi dan prospek dan kinerja usaha yang sangat bagus yakni terlihat dengan besarnya jumlah omzet serta prospek yang selalu meningkat ke depannya. Metode pendekatan yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama, pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan brainstorming untuk membuka mindset tentang pentingnya memperlakukan usaha lebih profesional disesuaikan dengan perkembangan jaman, yakni bagaimana cara penjualan yang menggunakan teknologi seperti Zahir Accounting dan Sistem Manajemen Konten dalam meningkatkan penjualan usaha.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mobile telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sektor pariwisata. Wisatawan kini semakin mengandalkan perangkat mobile untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai destinasi wisata, rute perjalanan, serta rekomendasi tempat menarik. Rancangan dan pegembangan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang menyediakan layanan lokasi pariwisata secara interaktif dan informatif, untuk membantu wisatawan dalam menemukan objek wisata terdekat, menampilkan informasi detail mengenai lokasi wisata, serta memberikan navigasi berbasis peta digital. Metode perancangan aplikasi ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain antarmuka berbasis User Experience (UX), serta implementasi dengan teknologi Android Studio dan Google Maps API. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi fitur pencarian berbasis kategori, ulasan pengguna, serta rekomendasi wisata berdasarkan lokasi pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengakses informasi wisata secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga meningkatkan pengalaman perjalanan mereka. Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam sektor pariwisata dengan mempermudah akses informasi bagi wisatawan, meningkatkan promosi destinasi wisata, serta mendukung perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam industri pariwisata. Tahapan pengujian yang dilakukan, pengujian fungsional, pengujian desain dan pengujian penerimaan pengguna. Perangkat selular yang digunakan untuk implementasi adalah Samsung Galaxy Spica dengan sistem operasi Android 2.1. Pengujian penerimaan pengguna dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner harapan dan persepsi 30 orang responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metoda uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon. Analisis penerimaan pengguna dilakukan melalui pemetaan nilai rata-rata pada diagram rating. Aplikasi mobile tourism telah berhasil melalui pengujian fungsional dan desain. Dari hasil pengujian kepada pengguna diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan antara variabel persepsi dan harapan. Melalui pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dimana nilai Asymp Sig (0,090) < dari nilai α (0,1). Selanjutnya, uji peringkat Wilcoxon menunjukan 11 dari 14 indikator yang diujikan, nilai persepsi lebih besar dari nilai harapan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang telah sesuai dengan ekspektasi pengguna yang sangat signifikan. Abstract

COVID-19 has changed universities in managing processes and services with more relevant systems. This is a challenge for universities to design strategies both during and after this pandemic ends. This study aims to apply the methodology and design principles of COBIT 2019 to adapt the operational model and strategic planning of higher education institutions in the post-pandemic period. The COVID-19 challenge has shown that digital information systems are a critical factor in ensuring robust business processes. This study uses Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta as a case study, the results of calculation of institutional capability level are currently in the range of level 3 with desired capability level target being level 4, this means that governance in the agency has been carried out according to plan but is not ready to implement fully used after the pandemic. This research produces several that are useful as the best adaptation in the New Normal era.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve digital literacy and awareness of social media ethics of students at SMK Media Informatika, South Jakarta City. Students are an age group that is very active in using social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, but they do not fully understand the risks and responsibilities associated with their use. This course discusses digital ethics, digital footprints, account security, and the dangers of hoaxes and negative content. Interactive lectures, social media simulations, group discussions, and direct practice of maintaining social media accounts are some of the techniques used. To assess the increase in participants' understanding, a simple pre-test and post-test were used during the evaluation. The results of the activity showed that participants were more aware of the importance of maintaining personal accounts and digital ethics. In addition, several students tried to become digital literacy ambassadors at school as part of the sustainability of the program. It is hoped that this activity will form positive digital habits. It will also encourage schools to incorporate digital literacy into formal learning and counseling guidance.

Abstract

Penilaian mitra kerja merupakan aspek krusial dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan operasional Perusahaan, terutama di industri telekomunikasi. PT Telekomunikasi membutuhkan system informasi yang mampu melakukan evaluasi mitra kerja secara objektif, efesien, dan transparan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk penilaian mitra kerja dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW di gunakan karena kemampuannya dalam memberikan bobot pada berbagai kriteria penilaian, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan sistematis. Aplikasi ini di rancang untuk mempermudah proses evaluasi dengan fitur-fitur seperti input data kinerja mitra, perhitungan otomatis berdasarkan bobot kriteria, serta pemyajian hasil dalam bentuk laporan yang informatif. Implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dan efisensi dalam penentuan kualitas mitra kerja, serta membantu PT Telekomunikasi dalam mengambil keputusan strategis.

Abstract

Era digital menuntut pelajar memiliki identitas digital yang kuat sebagai bagian dari kesiapan akademik, sosial, dan karier di masa depan. Personal branding menjadi strategi penting dalam membangun citra diri yang positif melalui pemanfaatan media digital, desain konten visual, dan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI). Namun, hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa siswa MAN 5 Bogor masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam memahami dan memanfaatkan personal branding secara strategis. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam membangun personal branding berbasis desain konten digital dan pemanfaatan AI. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, workshop atau praktik langsung, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta evaluasi hasil karya. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tiga orang dosen Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Pamulang sebagai pemateri utama dan lima orang mahasiswa sebagai pendamping praktik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep personal branding digital, peningkatan keterampilan dalam membuat desain konten menggunakan aplikasi desain dan tools AI, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan media digital secara produktif dan kreatif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PkM ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat literasi digital dan kualifikasi personal siswa sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven significant changes in production management, including in the coffee industry. PT. Sumber Kofi Lestari still faces challenges in production management that rely on manual methods, such as order recording and production data management using Microsoft Excel, which leads to recording errors and delays in data updates. To address this, a web site-based information system was developed using an Agile approach that allows for gradual and flexible development as needed. With this web -based system, PT. Sumber Kofi Lestari can monitor production progress in real-time, improve operational efficiency, and reduce errors in data recording. The system implementation is equipped with key features such as order creation, production management, and invoice generation that can be accessed by the sales team, admin, and production admin. The system implementation shows increased efficiency, reduced data errors, and ease in monitoring production, thereby increasing productivity and service quality.

Abstract

The Batok Village Office in Tenjo District currently manages population data using a simple spreadsheet application, Microsoft Excel. The use of this manual system for data management creates various problems, including time-consuming data retrieval processes, the risk of errors in recording, duplicate data, and the potential for file loss. This study aims to replace the Microsoft Excel-based population data management system with a more efficient and integrated website-based system, design a population management information system that facilitates easy and accurate data recording, storage, retrieval, and reporting, implement a system with better data security to reduce the risk of data loss, and provide functional features such as automatic validation, fast search, and data backup to support the performance of village officials. The system development method used is the Agile method, which emphasizes iterative and incremental development processes and involves regular user feedback. The system was built using PHP and MySQL. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure each function runs according to specifications. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to improve data management efficiency, minimize errors, speed up administrative services, and increase user satisfaction. Thus, this system can be an effective digital solution to improve the quality of public services at the village level.

Abstract

The Environmental Control Facility Center (PUSARPEDAL) service is a national reference laboratory that provides calibration services for environmental equipment. However, the process of administration and data management of calibration services that are still carried out manually or using Microsoft Excel causes a lack of efficiency, potential recording errors, service delays, and limitations in data integration between parts. This research aims to design and develop a website-based service information system and calibration services using the Agile method to improve effectiveness, accuracy, data security, and service quality. The research methods used include observation, interviews with service staff, and literature studies to identify system needs. System development is carried out iteratively using the Agile approach through the stages of planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and review. The system design is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), while the system testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure the suitability of functionality to user needs. The results of the study showed that the developed information system was successfully implemented with a functional success rate of 100% based on testing. The system is able to integrate service processes ranging from application submission, customer data and tool management, calibration status tracking, to digital certificate issuance. The implementation of this system has been proven to improve administrative efficiency, data management accuracy, service transparency, and ease of access to information for users. with high ticket volumes, with suggestions for further development such as AI integration for ticket prioritization.
