Abstract

Information systems are crucial for decision-making by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information. The purpose of this research is to create and develop an integrated and efficient website-based mobile library visit request application. Users can easily request a mobile library visit simply by filling in the required data. The system was designed using the Agile Development Method, an iterative and adaptive software development methodology. This system aims to improve service quality, request management efficiency, and information transparency. The web-based mobile library visit request information system allows all involved parties to play an active and integrated role. The process involves applicants submitting a visit request through the system, the administrator verifies the request data and schedules the visit, and the mobile library staff updates the visit status. The library service can monitor the entire request and visit process in real time through the system's tracking feature. The results of this research and development demonstrate that the mobile library visit request system can replace manual processes, manage request data, schedule visits, and generate reports in a more structured and integrated manner. It is expected to be more optimal and transparent. However, the mobile library visit request system needs to be continuously developed to be more user-friendly and tailored to user needs

Abstract

An agenda monitoring system plays a strategic role in supporting the effectiveness of leadership performance, particularly ensuring that every organizational activity is managed in a structured and measurable manner. For this system to operate optimally, a comprehensive evaluation of its management and implementation mechanisms is required in accordance with applicable information technology governance standards. This study used the Capability Level Assessment methodology, with the primary objective of measuring process capability levels based on five subdomains within DSS01, namely DSS01.01 to DSS01.05. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to staff using the system. The data was then analyzed quantitatively to obtain CLI (Capability Level Indicator) values ​​as a benchmark for achievement. The analysis showed that three subdomains—DSS01.01, DSS01.02, and DSS01.03—had reached capability level 4, with DSS01.01 even approaching level 5. However, the other two subdomains—DSS01.04 and DSS01.05—remained at level 3, indicating a gap between the established capability targets. The study's conclusions confirm that the system has generally performed well, but still requires improvement, particularly in incident and problem management. Recommendations include developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementing a ticketing system, training human resources, and conducting regular evaluations. The implementation of COBIT 2019 has proven effective in providing guidance for evaluating and improving IT governance, particularly in the government sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi inventori berbasis website sebagai solusi atas permasalahan pengelolaan data barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem manual yang berjalan saat ini sering menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan pencarian data, keterlambatan pembaruan stok, serta proses pembuatan laporan yang kurang efektif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan pembangunan sistem inventori yang terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi menggunakan metode Agile. Metode ini dipilih karena bersifat fleksibel, iteratif, dan mampu menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengguna secara dinamis. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta dimodelkan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi inventori yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data barang, mempercepat akses informasi, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan stok, serta menghasilkan laporan secara otomatis. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat mendukung pengelolaan inventori yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Managing academic grade data and creating report cards are crucial activities in educational administration, but the current process is still carried out conventionally using spreadsheet applications. This method of working causes various problems such as long processing time, high risk of calculation errors, and difficulties in storing and tracking historical data. This study aims to design, build, and implement a web-based information system that is able to automate grade processing and report card creation to be faster, more accurate, and more integrated. The method applied in developing this system is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and implementation using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The main contribution of this research lies in the development of a web-based academic information system specifically designed to meet the characteristics of vocational high school administration, by applying the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach and structured UML modeling. The resulting system not only automates grade processing and report card printing, but also provides a modular, integrated, and easily developed software architecture to support the ongoing digitalization of educational administration.
