Abstract

Financial inclusion is one of the main pillars in efforts to eradicate poverty and improve community welfare.  This research aims to explore how financial inclusion programs can be implemented more effectively in rural communities by considering local needs and characteristics. This research used mixed methods on village communities in Dolokgede, East Java. The population in this study was the entire community of Dolokgede village. Samples were taken using purposive sampling as many as 312 people. Primary data was collected through surveys. The research results show that the financial inclusion program has had a significant impact on improving the economic welfare of the community in Dolokgede Village by providing better access to capital and financial services.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas Pertiba dan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Layanan Terpadu (DPMPTSP) dan tenaga kerja Kota Pangkalpinang untuk membantu membina dan meningkatkan keterampilan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan-perusahaan di Kota Pangkalpinang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop, tanya jawab dan diskusi serta studi kasus yang dibawakan oleh narasumber Universitas Pertiba dan Layanan Terpadu (DPMPTSP) dan tenaga kerja Kota Pangkalpinang dengan dihadiri oleh 40 perwakilan bisnis dari Kota Pangkalpinang. Peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman baru serta langkah-langkah untuk diterapkan dalam praktik di bisnis untuk mencapai manajemen yang efektif. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan solusi bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sumber daya manusia untuk menciptakan tenaga kerja yang handal yang memenuhi perubahan era Society 5.0. Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari tiga pilar dharma perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata / KKN) is a form of higher education’s commitment to applying academic knowledge in real-life settings to empower rural communities sustainably. This KKN program was conducted in Nangka Village, Air Gegas District, Bangka Selatan Regency, focusing on strengthening economic innovation and legal education to improve community welfare. The activities were implemented through a participatory approach consisting of initial observation, collaborative planning with village authorities and target groups, program implementation such as MSME mentoring, digital marketing training, legal awareness sessions, social outreach, and participatory evaluation. The results revealed improvements in local entrepreneurs’ capacity to market their products digitally, enhanced legal awareness among villagers, increased skills and participation of local youth in economic and social activities, and the emergence of sustainable initiatives supported by the village government. In conclusion, integrating economic innovation with legal education through KKN has proven effective in enhancing community welfare and strengthening inclusive and sustainable village empowerment.

Abstract

This study analyzes financial performance in the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) using the effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio, and growth ratio. The combination of these three ratios provides a comprehensive perspective for evaluating how the village fund allocation in Ranggung Village is managed to support development and community empowerment goals. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of Village Fund Allocation management in Ranggung Village, South Bangka Regency. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method with a financial ratio analysis approach based on documentary data from the Budget Realization Report of Village Revenue and Expenditure (APBDes) of Ranggung Village for the 2021–2024 period. The analysis results show that the financial performance of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management in Ranggung Village is classified as good in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, but the financial growth performance remains low. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Ranggung Village Government improve the organization and filing of financial reports, strengthen efforts to increase village revenue, and optimize overall financial management. Future studies are suggested to include additional financial ratios and expand the scope of analysis to allow for more comprehensive comparisons.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and company growth on the company's value variables using panel data regression.  The sample in this study is pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023. The results of the study show that ROA and CR have a positive and significant influence on the company's value variables. The DER and GROWTH variables have no significant influence on the company's value variables. Based on the results of the research, the next research can consider the addition of other variables that have the potential to have more influence on dependent variables, such as capital structure, operational efficiency, or external factors such as macroeconomic conditions. To obtain more accurate results, future research may try to use other regression methods, such as the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) or the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM), which may be more appropriate in capturing relationships between variables. This study only used a limited sample of certain companies. Subsequent studies may also expand the scope by examining different industry sectors or comparing results between large and small companies to understand broader dynamics, including considering using data over a longer period, as well as considering the effects of market dynamics and changes in economic policies.
