Abstract

Dalam proses Produksi UD. Berkah Fajar terdapat cacat produk seperti, cacat tekstur, cacat kotoran, cacat ukuran, cacat bau, dan cacat matang tidak sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan cacat produk yang terdapat di UD. Berkah Fajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode six sigma melalui tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Berdasarkan data perhitungan nilai sigma dan DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities). Pada bulan Maret – Agustus 2023 adalah 2,843 dan 89.711,65. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, di peroleh jenis cacat yang di prioritaskan yaitu cacat ukuran dan cacat tekstur. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan fishbone sebagai alat untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya cacat ukuran dan cacat tekstur. Lalu menentukan solusi perbaikan dari potensi risiko kegagalan menggunakan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), risiko kategori tinggi adalah risiko dengan nilai RPN lebih besar atau sama dengan nilai kritis. Dari data perhitungan nilai kritis yang didapat adalah 149, nilai tersebut digunakan untuk mengukur prioritas perbaikan yang akan di tindak terlebih dahulu. Setelah dilakukan tahap improve yaitu pembuatan SOP dan penambahan pekerja di setiap proses, di dapatkan perbandingan perhitungan nilai sigma dan DPMO di bulan agustus 2023 yaitu 2,841 dan 89.941,76, dengan perbandingan 1 bulan setelah tahap improve yaitu 3,544 dan 20.486,11, dengan selisih nilai sigma 0,703 dan selisih nilai DPMO 69.455,65. Sehingga perbaikan untuk mengurangi jumlah cacat produk dapat di terapkan dengan baik setelah menerapkan tahapan – tahapan dalam metode six sigma.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce market competition, especially in the batik industry, requires MSMEs to have a strong differentiation strategy and product branding. The goal is to maintain and improve the competitiveness of the product in the market. Unfortunately, Zahro Batik MSMEs still face obstacles, where digital promotion efforts still tend to be simple, use social media captions that are less informative, have minimal appeal, and are not optimal in reaching potential consumers. This condition is caused by the limitation of copywriting skills which are the key to digital marketing. The purpose of this service activity is to improve the understanding and skills of business actors in optimizing marketing communication strategies through the preparation of effective and attractive promotional messages. The method used is socialization and copywriting training. This activity was attended by 15 participants who are employees of Batik Zahro MSMEs and local residents as an expansion of partners. Evaluation was carried out through individual assignments in the form of writing product promotional captions, which were assessed based on the suitability of the content, language appeal, and creativity of the message. The results achieved showed an increase in participants' soft skills and understanding, where all participants were able to compile promotional captions in a structured manner using the copywriting techniques that had been taught. This increase is expected to strengthen the brand image and product attractiveness, as well as encourage the readiness of Zahro Batik MSMEs to compete and develop in the creative industry.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini tidak hanya berfungsi untuk memperluas jangkauan bisnis dan memperkuat kolaborasi, tetapi juga menjadi sarana penting dalam mendorong inovasi serta peningkatan kualitas layanan di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri kuliner. Pemanfaatan sistem digital pada layanan pemesanan makanan memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melakukan pemesanan dengan lebih cepat, praktis, dan terpantau, sehingga dapat mengurangi hambatan yang biasanya muncul dalam proses manual. Hal ini menjadi relevan mengingat persaingan bisnis makanan semakin ketat, sehingga penyedia layanan dituntut menghadirkan solusi yang efisien, akurat, dan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemesanan makanan berbasis website di Depot Horison dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD dipilih karena memiliki pendekatan iteratif yang menekankan pada kecepatan dalam pengembangan aplikasi, keterlibatan pengguna, serta fleksibilitas dalam menyesuaikan kebutuhan. Sistem yang dirancang dilengkapi dengan fitur login, pengelolaan menu, serta pemantauan status pesanan yang terintegrasi dengan database MySQL, sehingga mempermudah proses administrasi dan pelayanan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengatasi berbagai kendala pada proses manual, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan layanan, dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan pesanan. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi Pencil untuk pengujian antarmuka membuktikan bahwa semua fitur berjalan dengan baik sesuai rancangan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, operasional Depot Horison menjadi lebih efisien, biaya operasional dapat ditekan, dan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan meningkat secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem berbasis website merupakan solusi yang efektif, efisien, dan relevan untuk mendukung keberlangsungan bisnis Depot Horison di era digital. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant changes in almost all sectors, including disruptions in the global supply chain. Acceleration of supply chain recovery to create supply chain resilience and sustainability by implementing various strategies, including digitalization. Empirical evidence is still very limited in the literature, especially in studies involving supply chain actors from MSMES with different characteristics and locations. Therefore, this study aims to address this problem by analysis the role of digitalization in improving supply chain resilience and sustainability based on a case study of MSMES in Balikpapan City. Three hypotheses have been proposed to answer the research problem. This study uses the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with the help of IBM AMOS software version 22 for hypothesis testing. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 MSME actors with different characteristics in Balikpapan City. The results are: (1) the role of digitalization has a significant positive effect on supply chain resilience; (2) the role of digitalization has a positive effect on supply chain resilience; (3) supply chain resilience has a significant positive effect on supply chain sustainability. Despite the differences in characteristics of business models and business sectors, supply chain resilience and sustainability can be improved by using appropriate digital technology in each supply chain. The contributes of this study shows that there is a potential for good supply chain visibility that allows every actor along the supply chain to monitor, transfer, and improve the accuracy of decision making accurately and quickly, to handle any disruptions and improve supply chain sustainability.

Abstract

The rise in motorcycle ownership in Indonesia has increased energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, challenging the country's net-zero target by 2060. To mitigate this, the government is promoting the adoption and conversion of two-wheeled Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), but implementation remains below target, implying behavioral factors as a major barrier. This study analyzes the determinants influencing consumer and potential consumer behavior in adopting two-wheeled BEVs in East Kalimantan, a strategic region supporting the Indonesian Capital City. Using the Field Theory framework, the model integrates the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which represents personal factors (Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Intention), and the Electric Vehicle Ecosystem (EVE), which represents environmental factors (Performance, Infrastructure, Price, and Features). Data from 400 respondents were analyzed using SEM-PLS, which explained 65.8% of the variance in adoption intention. The results show that Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, Performance, Price, and Features significantly influence intention, while Attitude and Infrastructure do not. These findings reveal that consumers view two-wheeled BEVs primarily as functional alternatives to conventional motorcycles, rather than as environmentally friendly innovations. The contributes of this study is that it extends behavioral research by integrating TPB and EVE into Field Theory, and, practically, it highlights the need for policies that combine economic incentives with behavioral interventions to accelerate BEV adoption in Indonesia.
