Abstract

Berkembangnya wisata Yogyakarta adalah penyebab semakin banyaknya pengusaha rental mobil. Wisatawan yang datang ke kota wisata (Yogyakarta) membutuhkan kendaraan pada saat berkunjung. Pada saat merental kendaraan, pelanggan merasakan keberatan untuk memenuhi persyaratan namun jika peryaratan dipermudah maka kemungkinan mobil hilang semakin besar. Pemilik rental tidak memiliki rasa paling percaya terhadap pelanggan. Metode service qulity (servqual) dan TRIZ digunakan untuk membantu mencarikan solusi pemecahan masalah, tools yang digunakan Function Analysis, root cause analysis, matriks kontradiksi. Ada 72 responden telah berpartisipasi untuk mengisi quisioner yang dibagikan. Atribut atribut yang dilakukan perbaikan adalah kebutuhan pelanggan, latar belakang pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan.  Solusi yang dihasilkan oleh TRIZ adalah bagi peminjam mobil yang tidak memiliki persyaratan maka akan diwajibkan mendepositkan uang sebagai jaminan yang kemudian akan dikembalikan pada saat pengembalian mobil.

Abstract

Puskesmas as the front line of health services need serious attention in terms of services quality. Puskesmas should be the first referral place with quality services, so that it can overcome various health problems that occur in the community. This study aims to provide suggestions for improvement in order to enhance the quality of inpatient services at the Puskesmas Balapulang. This study uses the Servqual and Kano Methods. The result of the study indicate that there are 3 service quality attributes that get priority for improvement, namely a comfortable inpatient room, easy and fast patient service process, and doctor visit on time according to schedule. Meanwhile, proposed improvement is to carry out routine maintenance of all Puskesmas facilities, provide trash bins in all patient ward, provide large service procedure information board, and penalize doctors for arriving late.

Abstract

Indonesian furniture products are known to have high competitiveness in the international market. This competitiveness is in the form of unique designs and furniture products with distinctive raw materials such as rattan, bamboo, and teak compared to furniture produced by other countries. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing (Furniture). In this study, we will observe the production process of bottle racks ordered by consumers as many as 150 pcs. Based on observations, in the process the company shows that there are activities that do not provide added value resulting in delays in the delivery of ordered products. To find out the cause of the problem, the researcher uses one of the tools from lean manufacturing (Value Stream Mapping) to find waste. Fishbone diagrams in this study were used to help solve the problems found, so that to complete the previous product order which took 44.6 days, it could be completed in 23 days.

Abstract

Kurangnya perhatian terhadap penerapan 5S menyebabkan sering munculnya permasalahan di tempat kerja, program 5S diciptakan negara Jepang dan dikembangkan oleh negara Indonesia menjadi 5R. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Kantor BPD pada wilayah desa Karya Jaya, kecamatan Samboja Timur, kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, menemukan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi pegawai yaitu sulitnya mendapatkan berkas APBDes dalam ruang kerja, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap penerapan 5S, kurangnya menjaga kebersihan, tidak mengembalikan barang ke tempatnya, dan tidak ada keterangan pada berkas. Untuk membantu pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode observasi, pengumpulan data dan dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk metode pelaksanaan kegiatannya yaitu dengan cara observasi pekerjaan sehari-hari dikantor BPD untuk mendapatkan data yang cukup yang diperlukan untuk pengolahan data dan dalam mempersiapkan penataan di kantor BPD dengan melibatkan perangkat desa sebagai mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatannya. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat yaitu mengetahui permasalahan dalam menerapkan 5S yang difokuskan pada dua area yaitu ruangan staff dan gudang. Hasil evaluasi menemukan kurangnya kesadaran pegawai yang menyebabkan implementasi tidak konsisten, serta barang yang disimpan pada ruangan staff dan gudang masih tercampur yang menyebabkan tidak produktifnya pegawai untuk bekerja.

Abstract

Desa Tani Bhakti dikenal sebagai petani lada yang terletak di Kecamatan Samboja Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Kebutuhan air bersih Desa diperoleh dari dua sumber yaitu Embung dan Sumur Bor. Ke-dua Sumber ini menghasilkan debit air bersih sebesar 1,204 liter/detik yang didistribusikan ke warga Desa sebanyak 1734 jiwa. Pada tahun 2022 Desa mengalami kekurangan air bersih setelah permsalahan yang sama di tahun 2015-2016. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan kebutuhan air Desa Tani Bhakti berdasarkan data populasi penduduk pada tahun 2042. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pertumbuhan populasi penduduk dan konsumsi air bersih melalui pendekatan analitis. Pertumbuhan populasi penduduk disimulasikan menggunakan pendekatan geometrik sedangkan simulasi kebutuhan air bersih menggunakan pendekatan debit air yang dihasilkan oleh ke-dua sumber air bersih. Data populasi penduduk awal 2016-2021 dan proyeksi dari 2022-2042. Data debit air diperoleh sebesar 1,204 liter/detik pada tahun 2016-2021. Hasil simulasi menggambarkan terjadinya pertumbuhan penduduk rentang 2016-2021 sebesar 2,824%. Rasio tersebut digunakan untuk mensimulasikan pertumbuhan penduduk 2022-2042 dan menghasilkan populasi penduduk maksimum sebesar 3580 jiwa. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa rentang tahun 2016-2021 sudah terjadi kekurang air bersih karena ke-dua sumber hanya mampu mendistribusikan air besih ke warga sebesar 1,204 liter/detik sedangkan yang dibutuhkan lebih besar atau setara dengan 1,382 liter/detik. Simulasi proyeksi kebutuhan air bersih Desa Tani Bhakti menggunakan rasio pertumbuhan penduduk di atas menghasilkan populasi penduduk maksimum sebesar 3580 dengan tingkat konsumsi air bersih 2,486 liter/detik.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology has been rapidly developed, while data has become the most valuable component to be processed to produce useful information. Technology is very helpful for analyzing data clearly or in more detail. The implementation of this technology can be found in real governmental, social, and business activities, for example in business activity, it is indicated by the number of minimarkets spread across Indonesia. Thus, it makes business competition highly increased. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study by utilizing the existing data to compete. This study used the Association Rule-Market Basket Analysis method to determine customers’ interest patterns when shopping. The results of this study indicated that there were 2 rules that showed the highest confidence value, such as 63% (food and beverages) and 58% (cigarettes and drinks). Regarding these results, the minimarket can determine the next steps that should be conducted, such as setting up the layout and so on.

Abstract

Laundry is a business sector that has the potential to cause the danger of work accidents. each potential danger has a different way of handling it. This research was conducted to find out the potential danger that could occur in a laundry business. HIRARC is a method used as a means of analyzing potential risks that may occur in work activities. From this research, it was found there are three activities or processes were identified as having potential dangers. These three activities consisted of spraying fragrances, using a clothes dryer, and inaccurate gas installation. Spraying fragrances has a high potential of danger with a risk rating value of 3 this potential danger can be prevented by using a facemask and glasses while working. The second activity is the use of a clothes dryer which has a low potential of danger with a risk rating value of 1, this activity can be prevented by implementing a safe action. The final work activity is a less careful gas installation with a moderate level of danger with a risk rating value of 2, more attention is needed when installing the regulator and using a good quality regulator. Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has a fairly high number of accidents. According to BPJS Employment for 2018 - 2022, work accident cases are starting to increase There were (265,334) cases of work accidents recorded in Indonesia in 2022, an increase of around 13.26% from the previous year of (234,270) cases. K3 is a factor that functions to reduce the number of work accidents, as well as supporting the smooth production process, so it must be determined in each agency PT. X is a company engaged in the fields of manufacturing, design, supply, installation, steel fabrication, service, refurbish, remanufacturing equipment and components or parts for mining, gas and oil and other general industries. Work accidents were found in the product support section, such as being pinched and crushed. In this research, we analyze the potential for work accidents using the HAZOP method in the crane refurbishment process which has a risk of work accidents. The attitude of workers at PT. X has 10 activities with potential and risk of danger where there are 3 levels of danger in the extreme category, 5 levels of danger in the high category, 2 levels of danger in the medium category, and 12 levels of danger in the low category.

Abstract

The high use of for gas and petroleum fuels in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, encouraging accelerated development of oil and gas infrastructure including transmission pipeline systems, drilling wells and offshore oil and gas platforms. Gas pipes experience problems such as leaks, blockages and corrosion, so they require maintenance and accurate installation. The Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method is used to identify and reduce potential hazards and risks during work implementation. Implementing JSA not only ensures compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, but also creates a safer work environment and reduces the potential for accidents. This research aims to determine the level of risk in each job by obtaining consequence and probability values. Risk evaluation in threading work can be summarized into three categories, low risk covers 46.66% of the calculation results, while medium risk reaches 53.33%, and high risk reaches 13.33%.

Abstract

Working at heights poses serious risks, including accidents and fatal injuries.Workers may also experience psychological stress and the physical and mental health impacts due to environmental conditions or psychological pressure. Restricted movement, difficulties in evacuation, and the use of safety equipment are also issues that require the implementation of effective safety measures and adequate training. This research aims to identify hazards through Job Safety Analysis (JSA) using descriptive analytical methods and field observations. The collected data is used as a basis to formulate control measures to prevent accidents or minimize risks. The results of the analysis of those activities serve as safety guidelines/procedures for all work activities.
