Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji sentimen isu-isu utama di setiap berita di internet terkait legalisasi penangkapan benih lobster oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Berita Daring diperoleh menggunakan mesin pencari Google Indonesia dengan menggunakan kata kunci "Benih Lobster". Dalam penelitian ini dianalisis 20 berita terpopuler terkait dengan kata kunci tersebut. Semua berita tersebut kemudian di lakukan pengkodean untuk mencari sentimen dari setiap berita dan juga topik utama yang terdapat dalam berita tersebut menggunakan software NVivo versi 12. Hasil analisis sentimen menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sentiment positif sejumlah 13 koding yang berasal dari 11 artikel dan 10 sentimen negative yang berasal dari 8 artikel. Hasil analisis topik utama juga terbagi dalam 6 cluster besar yaitu Akibat Legalisasi Penangkapan Benih Lobster sebanyak 46 Koding, Fakta, mengenai benih lobster sebanyak 10 koding, fakta tentang permen KP no 12 tahun 2020 sebanyak 8 koding, Permasalahan Permen KP no 12 tahun 2020 sebanyak 17 koding , Tujuan Permen KP no 12 tahun 2020 sebanyak 15 koding dan Solusi pasca legalisasi sebanyak 3 koding. Mayoritas topik utama yang keluar dari internal Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan sebagian besar positif sedangkan sentiment negative berasal dari Menteri KKP sebelumnya dan juga dari organisasi keagamaan seperti PBNU dan Muhammadiyah. Analisis lebih lanjut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberitaan-pemberitaan negative yang ada di media cenderung berlawanan dengan hasil kajian-kajian yang dilakukan oleh para peniliti dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia, oleh karena itu dirasa perlu kementrian KKP dapat menggandeng stakeholder media untuk dapat menyampaikan fakta-fakta ilmiah terkait legalisasi benih lobster kepada masnyarakat.

Abstract

Fisheries management is essential in striving for fish resources to be utilized optimally and sustainably and have a welfare impact. WPPNRI 715 is one of Indonesia's eleven fisheries management areas with the most significant potential in big pelagic fish with high economic value. The aim of this study was to estimate the economic value in the management of large pelagic fisheries in WPPNRI 715. The result of the research can show utilization of big pelagic fish in WPPNRI 715 is good condition and has not exceeded the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) value. Additionally, economically the benefits are still in good condition. The optimal production (MSY) of big pelagic fish in WPPNRI 715 is 421 872, 11 tons. Maximum profit MEY is Rp3 065 588,97 trillion with the actual effort of 470 609 trips where optimal effort is sustainable (MSY) of 861 131 trips and economically optimal effort (MEY) of 554 902 trips. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that there were economic benefits in the utilization of large pelagic fish resources in WPPNRI 715.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the law in resolving environmental disputes through non-litigation mechanism in the territorial waters and jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. This study was conducted by analysing the process and results of handling environmental disputes handled through non-litigation mechanism by the Ministry of Environment (KLH), especially the Directorate of Environmental Dispute Resolution. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with a case study approach involving documentation and interviews with related parties at KLH. The focus of the study is to assess the success of the dispute resolution mechanism through non-litigation, the obstacles faced, and the contribution of legal policies in protecting the environment, especially in waters that have complexities related to the rights and obligations of the state and other actors. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for improving the environmental dispute resolution system through non-litigation mechanism in Indonesia, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of environmental protection in the territorial waters and jurisdiction of Indonesia.

Abstract

Estimasi potensi ikan pelagis kecil tahun 2017 sebesar 364.633 ton menjadi 275.486 ton pada tahun 2022 atau potensi ikan pelagis kecil menurun sebesar 32,36%. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha perikanan tangkap teri di TPI Krakahan dan untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan nelayan perikanan tangkap teri di TPI Krakahan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TPI Krakahan, Kabupaten Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Waktu penelitian selama 3 bulan dari bulan Februari sampai April 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan nelayan setiap ABK perikanan tangkap ikan teri yang mendaratkan hasil tangkapan sebesar 19,01 juta rupiah/tahun atau 1,58 juta rupiah/bulan. Keuntungan 1 kapal sebesar 150,78 juta rupiah per tahun setelah dikurangi total biaya. Setelah keuntungan kapal dikurangi bagi hasil maka diperoleh pendapatan pemilik kapal sebesar 36,76 juta rupiah/tahun atau 3,06 juta rupiah/bulan. R/C Ratio sebesar 2,05 menunjukkan penerimaan 2,05 kali lebih besar dibandingkan total biaya. Payback period sebesar 3,51 tahun atau pengembalian investasi kurang dari 4 tahun. Hasil analisis usaha menunjukkan perikanan tangkap teri di TPI Krakahan masih menunjukkan layak secara ekonomi untuk dilanjutkan. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji kesejahteraan nelayan ABK maupun pemilik kapal dengan cara membandingkan pendapatan dengan UMK Brebes yang sebesar 2.103.100 rupiah pada tahun 2024. Pendapatan nelayan ABK hanya sebesar 75,30% dari UMK Brebes yang artinya kesejahteraan nelayan ABK perikanan tangkap teri di TPI Krakahan, Kabupaten Brebes masih rendah (miskin). Pendapatan pemilik kapal 45,65% lebih tinggi dibandingkan UMK Brebes yang menunjukkan pemilik kapal lebih sejahtera dibandingkan dengan ABK.

Abstract

Purpose: This study provides a meta-analysis of previous research investigating the effect of urea application on corn productivity. The aim is to develop a comprehensive and robust understanding of the relationship between urea use and corn yield, offering evidence-based recommendations for fertilizer management. Research Methodology: The meta-analysis was conducted through several stages, including determining the reference component of the literature search, collecting and tabulating relevant data, standardizing datasets from multiple studies, and analyzing the results using the OpenMEE software to synthesize findings across different research sources. Results: The findings indicate that urea application significantly improves corn productivity. The positive impact on yield is even greater when urea is combined with other fertilizers, highlighting the importance of integrated fertilization practices. Furthermore, the timing of urea application is shown to be critical, with pre-planting application producing better results compared to post-planting application, suggesting that nutrient availability during early crop development is essential for optimal growth. Conclusion:This study concludes that proper urea application, especially when combined with other fertilizers and applied before planting, can substantially enhance corn yield. Optimizing fertilizer use through recommended dosage and timing contributes to improved agricultural productivity. Limitations: The study is limited to research using combined fertilization approaches, favorable climatic conditions, and controlled agricultural settings such as demonstration plots, which may not fully represent diverse field conditions. Contribution: The results provide practical guidance for farmers and agricultural practitioners to improve fertilizer management strategies, maximize corn productivity, and support evidence-based agricultural decision-making.

Abstract

This community service aims to carry out a business assistance program for women's groups at the Munyai Mekhawan Village Savings and Business Cooperative (KSU) in Labuhan Mandi Village, Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province. The community service program is carried out through a mentoring method organized by the Faculty of Economics, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University, with the target of KSU Munyai Mekhawan members, Labuhan Mandi Village. The contribution given is in the form of making herbal medicines for women's herbal processing business groups (spices) in the form of packaging and labeling training activities. The results of the service activities showed that the implementation of the training received a positive and high enthusiasm response from the KSU Munyai Mekhawan member group due to the increased knowledge possessed by the business group, which has the potential to be developed and become additional household income. In conclusion, these activities can increase the knowledge possessed by business groups and have the potential to be developed and become additional household income. Based on the activities carried out, the servant hopes that there will be other community service programs that can increase people's revenue through household businesses.
