Abstract

Dalam mendukung upaya pemerataan pendapatan, peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat vital di pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Meskipun demikian, ketika UMKM berkembang, mereka sering menghadapi kendala ketika mencoba meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mereka. Salah satu hambatan yang umum adalah kurangnya pemahaman para pelaku UMKM tentang laporan keuangan, yang seringkali membuat mereka kesulitan mendapatkan pinjaman dari bank sebagai sumber tambahan modal. Banyak di antara pelaku UMKM yang belum mengerti konsep laporan keuangan dan mengenali pentingnya laporan keuangan bagi usaha UMKM yang mereka jalankan. Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani melalui Fakultas Kedokteran Prodi Adminsitrasi Rumah Sakit berupaya untuk berkolaborasi dan membantu APJI Jawa Barat untuk melakukan pelatihan Laporan Keuangan Sederhana bagi para anggota APJI Jawa Barat. Tujuan dan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menambah pemahaman keuangan umum dan membekali keterampilan mitra dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana menggunakan aplikasi digital Zahir.

Abstract

Cilembu Sweet Potato Roastery at Warung Salapan Bandung. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the culinary sector often encounter challenges in financial management due to the continued use of manual methods for financial record-keeping. Furthermore, environmental considerations are of paramount importance in this business, given that Cilembu Sweet Potato is the primary ingredient in the culinary products produced, and effective waste management is crucial for sustaining this business. The objective of this Community Service Activity (PKM) is to enhance financial management capabilities through the use of an Accounting Information System. Additionally, providing insights into green accounting can contribute to raising environmental awareness and responsibility among SME stakeholders, thus aiding in the reduction of the environmental impact resulting from business activities while promoting sustainable SMEs. This Community Service Activity offers various methods and approaches to address these issues. These include training sessions, which equip SME stakeholders with knowledge of green accounting and enhance their proficiency in the 'SI APIK' Accounting Information System. The outcomes of this activity reflect its positive contribution to supporting sustainable SME growth and promoting environmental awareness in Warung Salapan Bandung. It also empowers SME owners to manage their businesses more effectively. Additionally, it leads to increased empowerment of partners, higher revenues for partners engaged in the economic sector, and improved understanding and skills within the community.

Abstract

Pembangunan nasional yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah merupakan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia, yaitu mewujudkanmasyarakat yang adil, makmur, spiritual dan material. Pertumbuhan usaha jasa boga atau kuliner yang berkembang pesat sehingga menciptakan lapangan kerja dan penyerapan tenaga kerja baru, merupakan salah satu faktor upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional manusia seutuhnya. Kegiatan kuliner diharapkan dapat meningkatkan taraf pemenuhan gizi masyarakat, meningkatkan standar kesehatan dan kecerdasan konsumen dalam memilih makanan dan minuman. Selain memproduksi pangan yang aman, faktor penting lainnya adalah produk bermutu dan bernilai jual tinggi agar pelanggan terpuaskan. Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani) melalui Fakultas Kedokteran berupaya untuk berkolaborasi dan membantu APJI Jawa Barat untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bagi para anggota APJI Jawa Barat dengan metode diskusi kelompok terpumpun terkait manajemen produksi pangan yang baik dan K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja). Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, diharapkan anggota APJI dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan kualitas dari produknya.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang prima dan konsisten akan memberikan kepuasan bagi pasien dan menjadi keunggulan bagi Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan (FASYANKES). Indikator keberhasilan rumah sakit dalam menjalankan fungsinya dapat dilihat dari kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah desktriptif verifikatif menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitiam adalah pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit, selanjutnya rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel penelitian dan diperoleh sebanyak 156 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit “X”.

Abstract

This article emphasizes the significance of incorporating green innovation and green human resource management (GHRM) practices in organizations to achieve long-term sustainability and environmental goals. It presents a summary of twenty peer-reviewed journal articles on green environmental performance, green innovation practices, and GHRM. The findings indicate that proactive environmental strategies, such as pollution reduction and sustainable development, have a positive impact on environmental performance. Improving sustainability and environmental performance requires green innovation. Green innovation is the process and product innovation achieved via improved production techniques and product design. Organizations should prioritize environmental friendliness and sustainability because both developed and developing countries face numerous pressing problems. Both higher management and academia will be impacted by the study. The results will assist company management in developing a green innovation process and product culture.The article also highlights the need for further research on the relationship between green innovation, GHRM, and sustainable performance in different contexts and industries.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships among personality traits, job characteristics, work motivation, and job performance within the context of the Indonesian hospitality industry. Utilizing a sample of 220 participants, a robust structural equation model was developed and tested. The model demonstrated excellent fit indices, reinforcing its effectiveness in capturing the complexities of the variables under scrutiny. Hypothesis testing revealed significant positive relationships between job characteristics and both job performance and work motivation, as well as between personality traits and job performance and work motivation. The model's high explanatory power (R²) and predictive relevance (Q²) underscore its utility in understanding and forecasting outcomes in the studied industry. The findings offer valuable insights for organizational practitioners aiming to optimize employee performance and motivation in the dynamic landscape of the Indonesian hospitality sector.
