Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dengan Promosi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan variabel terikat adalah keputusan pembelian dan sebagai variabel bebas adalah Harga dan kualitas produk serta regresi moderasi dengan variabel promosi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi memoderasi pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Tangible Assets, Assurance and Complain Handling on BPJS Patient Satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 332 BPJS patient respondents at Medika Dramaga Hospital, Bogor. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable is the patient satisfaction and as the independent variable is tangible assets, assurance and complaint handling. The results showed that tangible assets, assurance, and complaint handling had a significant effect on patient satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Of the three independent variables, the assurance variable has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The SRI-KEHATI index is one type of index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies selected and listed on the SRI-KEHATI Index are companies that have concern for the environment and surrounding communities, good corporate governance, participate in the shift to a sustainable economy, and contribute to achieving sustainable development goals both nationally and internationally. The SRI-KEHATI index is an indicator of stock price movements that can be used as a guide for investors who will invest their funds in stocks that have environmental concerns and contribute to a sustainable economy. Based on the SRI-KEHATI index, the stock prices of companies in the consumer goods sector experienced a significant decline for five years from 2017-2021. This decrease can be influenced by several factors such as Return On Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) factors. This study uses fundamental analysis with financial ratio analysis. This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on stock prices of companies in the consumer goods sector. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The sample used was 3 companies during the 2017-2021 period. The total data processed were 15 observations. The data used is secondary data from the company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of panel data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially and simultaneously Return On Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) had a significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

Perceived value and student satisfaction are important aspects in higher education. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology plans the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program to be able to equip students to learn from various disciplines that are relevant to their interests and needs to enter the world of work. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Nusa Bangsa has organized the MBKM program with two programs, namely Student Exchange and KKNT. This study aims to determine the level of success of the MBKM program that has been carried out by analyzing the perceived value of the satisfaction of the MBKM program implementation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the dependent variable is implementation satisfaction, and the independent variable is perceived functional value, perceived emotional value, perceived social value. The results showed that partially perceived functional value and perceived social value had an effect, while simultaneously all independent variables had an effect on dependent satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis biaya, pendapatan dan R/C ratio dari usaha kayu trubusan jati unggul nasional di Kebun Percobaan Universitas Nusa Bangsa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan analisis biaya dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pengelola Kebun Percobaan Universitas Nusa Bangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan selama menjalankan usaha kayu trubusan jati unggul nasional adalah sebesar Rp. 4.105.350. dengan pendapatan dari usaha kayu trubusan jati unggul nasional adalah sebesar Rp. 278.704.650. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C ratio dari usaha usaha kayu trubusan jati unggul nasional adalah sebesar 6,88. Hasil R/C ratio tersebut lebih besar dari satu, sehingga usaha kayu trubusan jati unggul nasional yang dilakukan di kebun percobaan UNB menguntungkan. Kata Kunci: Biaya, Pendapatan, R/C Ratio

Abstract

Investment alternative for investors is stock investment in Islamic sharia. The Indonesia Stock Exchange provides a special index that lists stocks in Indonesia that are in accordance with Islamic sharia, namely the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Based on stock price at sectoral index listed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), goods and consumtion sector is decreasing significantly in stock price for three years in 2018-2020. This decrease can be affected by many factors. To know these factors, this research is using fundamental analysis with financial ratio analysis. This research aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in goods and consumption companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The sampling method is using purposive sampling. The sample used was 28 companies during the 2018-2020 period so the total data processed were 84 observations. The data used is secondary data from the company’s financial statement published at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the form of panel data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by using E-Views 10 version data processing application. This research shows that partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) significantly affect stock price. While Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) has significant effect on stock price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependent. Secara bersama-sama variabel independent berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of relational marketing on customer loyalty at PT CABS Inti Inovasi. The population of this study comprises all customers who have made multiple purchases of CABS Inti Inovasi products. The research sample is a subset of the population selected using non-probability sampling, specifically convenience sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the selected respondents. The analytical method employed to address this research is multiple linear regression, with marketing dimensions including trust, bonding, empathy, and reciprocity as independent variables, and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Using 251 respondents, the research findings indicate that trust, bonding, empathy, and reciprocity have a positive and significant partial effect on customer loyalty, with bonding variabel having the most significant impact. Furthermore, the results also demonstrate that trust, bonding, empathy, and reciprocity collectively have a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador, Product Image, Taste and Price on the Purchase Decision of Korean Spicy Mie Sedaap. The sample used in this study had 150 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable being the purchase decision, and the independent variables being Brand Ambassador, Product Image, Taste and Price. The results of the study show that the price partially has no effect on the Purchase Decision, Brand Ambassador, Product Image, and Taste have a partial effect on the Purchase Decision. Variables Brand Ambassador, Product Image, Taste and Price simultaneously influence Purchase Decisions. Of the three independent variables that have an influence, the Product Image variable has the greatest influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product features and promotion on purchasing decisions for the Daihatsu Gran Max with brand image as a moderating variable. The sample used in this research was 200 respondents. Data was collected using a purposive sampling method and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research show that Product Quality has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, Product Features have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions and Promotion has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image can moderate the influence of Product Quality, Product Features and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions.
