Abstract

The SRI-KEHATI index is one type of index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies selected and listed on the SRI-KEHATI Index are companies that have concern for the environment and surrounding communities, good corporate governance, participate in the shift to a sustainable economy, and contribute to achieving sustainable development goals both nationally and internationally. The SRI-KEHATI index is an indicator of stock price movements that can be used as a guide for investors who will invest their funds in stocks that have environmental concerns and contribute to a sustainable economy. Based on the SRI-KEHATI index, the stock prices of companies in the consumer goods sector experienced a significant decline for five years from 2017-2021. This decrease can be influenced by several factors such as Return On Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) factors. This study uses fundamental analysis with financial ratio analysis. This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on stock prices of companies in the consumer goods sector. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The sample used was 3 companies during the 2017-2021 period. The total data processed were 15 observations. The data used is secondary data from the company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of panel data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially and simultaneously Return On Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) had a significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of perceived price and quality of shoe products on purchasing decisions at PT Yonshoes. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Primary data was obtained based on distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have an important role in producing a young generation with noble character, religious knowledge and ready to face the challenges of the times. Islamic boarding schools must quickly respond positively and adapt to changes that occur. Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions currently need to prepare teachers who are competent in accordance with the needs of the times. Digital literacy is one of the competencies that is quite important in meeting the knowledge needs of students.  Digital literacy training is carried out to prepare teachers who are in line with educational needs in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 but cannot be separated from the teachings of the Islamic religion. With good digital literacy, teachers at Islamic boarding schools can access wider and more up-to-date information, increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning, and utilize digital media for learning activities, da'wah and spreading Islamic values. Therefore, digital literacy training is needed for teachers at the Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School, Lebak Banten. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills capacity of teachers at the Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Banten regarding digital literacy. The result of this activity is that teachers at the Al-Marjan Mulabaru Islamic Boarding School in Lebak Banten are able to understand digital literacy and show that teachers are able to have basic skills in using computers and the internet. The success of this training shows that teachers have high interest in digital literacy in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on teacher performance at SMK Nusa Bangsa Jampang Parung Kemang, Bogor Regency. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression methods as the dependent variable is performance while the independent variables are organizational culture and motivation. Saturated sampling was 25 teachers at SMK Nusa Bangsa. The research results show that organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, partially both organizational culture and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Nusa Bangsa Parung Kemang Vocational School, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the work environment and compensation on employee loyalty at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Citeureup Unit, with a comparison of generation X and generation Y employees. This study’s population consists of all employees of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Citeureup Unit, and the sample is drawn from that population using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, with work environment and compensation as independent variables and employee loyalty as the dependent variable. Using 340 respondents, the study found that work environment and compensation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty at the PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Citeureup unit, for both generation X and generation Y. Work environment variables have a greater influence on loyalty for generation X compared to generation Y, while the compensation variable has a greater influence on loyalty for generation Y than generation X.

Abstract

Abstract

The mountain forest area of Mount Halimun Salak National Park (TNGHS) needs to be maintained and protected for its habitat and ecological functions. The existing habitats include Palahlar (Dipterocarpus retusus Blume) and Saninten (Castanopsis argentea), which are rare plants endemic to TNGHS. Currently, its existence is decreasing, so conservation efforts need to be carried out together with the community. Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities aim to increase knowledge to develop KTH MKK Cisangku, especially in the field of seeding rare seeds endemic to TNGHS, as well as increasing the marketing of seeds produced by KTH MKK Cisangku nurseries in order to increase the economic income of its members. PKM activities carried out include socialization, nursery, practical training, digital marketing training, and social media management. Overall, the empowerment of KTH MKK Cisangku, Malasari Village, resulted in an 11.6% increase in the knowledge of its members regarding the development of seed nurseries for rare plants endemic to TNGHS, as well as an expansion of the marketing network for seeds produced by KTH MKK Cisangku nurseries through social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Trust and Commitment on Customer Loyalty, considering Satisfaction as a variable that can moderate the relationship. This study involved all customers of PT Mitra Jofer Indonesia as many as 45 companies. The sampling technique used is the census method in the Non-Probability Sampling category. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Trust and Commitment have an influence on Customer Loyalty. In addition, Satisfaction is proven to strengthen the influence of Trust on Loyalty, but has no moderating effect on the relationship between Commitment and Loyalty.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan keluarga merupakan isu penting masyarakat di tengah meningkatnya harga bahan pangan dan keterbatasan lahan pertanian di wilayah perkotaan. Urban farming menjadi solusi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan sehat secara mandiri. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di KWT Kelurahan Kencana, Kota Bogor dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam menerapkan urban farming dan mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam budidaya tanaman sayuran serta pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Selain itu, anggota KWT mampu memproduksi sebagian kebutuhan pangan sendiri, sehingga mengurangi pengeluaran rumah tangga dan meningkatkan kemandirian pangan keluarga. Peningkatan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam budidaya sayuran melalui teknik hidroponik sederhana. Pelatihan urban farming berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas peserta secara menyeluruh. Rata-rata pengetahuan meningkat sebesar 44,9%, keterampilan sebesar 38,3%, serta sikap dan motivasi sebesar 37,4%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak hanya memperkuat pemahaman, tetapi juga membentuk keterampilan praktis dan motivasi peserta untuk menerapkan urban farming.
