This research aims to analysis the effectiveness of micro enterprise empowerment through P3KUM assistance, with research sites in the Bogor District. Descriptive analysis is used to see micro enterprise characteristic, chi-square test to see micro-business opportunities to get the help, and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to see the effectiveness of micro enterprise empowerment. The opportunities for small business long viewed from different business, product type, and type of business. While aid effectiveness viewed from difference between before and after efforts to get aid. A research result shows micro-enterprise opportunities for assistance varies. When viewed from old business, micro-business opportunities for assistance are the same. Meanwhile, if viewed from product type that produce and type of business, micro-business opportunities for assistance are the different. P3KUM aid significantly increase the effectiveness to produce, increase added value, and able to increase capital productivity but able not to increase labor productivity.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the performance of the MBKM Economiic Faculty Nusa Bangsa University’s program implementation. The analytical method used are gap analysis and paired sample t-test by comparing student perceptions of student performance and student expectations of the importance of MBKM implementation and Economiic Faculty services in the MBKM program. The sampling method is saturated sampling, and the number of respondents is 142 students. By using gap analysis, the results showed that there was a gap between the perceived performance of students and expectations of the level of importance in both the implementation of the MBKM program and the quality of Economiic Faculty services in the implementation of MBKM. By using a different paired sample t-test, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the perceived performance of students and the level of importance of the MBKM program both in the implementation and quality of FEB services in the implementation of MBKM. The management of Economiic Faculty UNB needs to carry out a planned and structured evaluation of the implementation of the MBKM program so that the objectives of the program that are already good, can be implemented properly, and need to involve students in determining the MBKM program that is held so that there is harmony between the wishes of the manager and the needs of students regarding the benefits that will be obtained from student participation in the MBKM program. Lingkungan pasar pendidikan tinggi yang dinamis dan persaingan yang semakin intensif menjadi tantangan bagi PTS untuk dapat mempertahankan daya saing. Seiring dengan persaingan yang semakin intensif dalam pasar pendidikan tinggi, peran pemasaran menjadi semakin penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh implementasi audit pemasaran dan orientasi pasar terhadap daya saing PTS, dengan menggunakan kinerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Survei dilakukan terhadap 178 pimpinan PTS yang mewakili 58 PTS di LLDIKTI Wilayah III DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling - Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan audit pemasaran dan orientasi pasar secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya saing, namun secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing PTS melalui pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja. Hasil ini memberi rekomendasi bagi para pimpinan PTS untuk meningkatkan intensitas dan kualitas implementasi audit pemasaran dan level orientasi pasar agar kinerja meningkat. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kinerja baik kinerja akademik maupun manajemen, maka daya saing akan meningkat. Secara empiris, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pimpinan PTS menilai terdapat peran penting audit pemasaran dan orientasi pasar dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas strategi bersaing UKM batik Surakarta dan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan variable kualitas strategi bersaing sebagai variable terikat dan variable aset strategik, adaptabilitas lingkungan, adaptabilitas teknologi informasi dan orientasi kewirausahaan sebagai variable bebasnya. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas strategi bersaing dan variable-variabel yang mempengaruhinya, sedangkan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variable-variabel bebas yang dipilih terhadap kualitas strategi bersaing. Dengan menggunakan 90 responden, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas strategi bersaing UKM batik Surakarta berada pada level berkualitas dimana indikator value memberikan skor yang paling tinggi. Semua variable bebas yang dipilih memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas strategi bersaing baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial dan variabel aset strategik memberikan pengaruh yang paling besar. This study aimed to analyze the competitive strategic quality of SMEs batik in Surakarta and the variables affecting it. The analytical method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression, using variable quality competitive strategy as the dependent variable and variable strategic assets, entrepreneurial orientation, environmental adaptability, adaptability of information technology as the independent variable. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the competitive strategic quality and the variables affecting it, while multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify the effect of independent variables on the competitive strategic quality. By using the 90 respondents, the results showed that the competitive strategic quality of SMEs batik in Surakarta was at the qualified level where the “value” indicator provided the highest score. All selected independent variables either in symultaneously or partially gave a significant effect on the competitive strategic quality and the strategic asset variable provided the greatest impact.

Peningkatan perubahan iklim dan pemanasan global berdampak pada peningkatan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap masalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan, studi kasus pada konsumen non-member produk plastik merek Tupperware. Analisis deskriptif dan korelasi digunakan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan konsumen mengenai produk ramah lingkungan, perilaku membeli, minat beli konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan, serta keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan, sementara analisis korelasi digunakan untuk menguji keeratan hubungan antara pengetahuan konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan, perilaku membeli, minat beli konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan, dan keputusan pembelan produk ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden setuju bahwa produk Tupperware merupakan produk yang aman dan ramah lingkungan. Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang banyak tentang produk Tupperware dan ciri-ciri produk ramah lingkungan dan meyakini bahwa produk Tupperware memang aman dan ramah lingkungan. ABSTRACT Service quality and student satisfaction are important aspects of the strategy of higher education institutions in the competitive higher education market. One of the quality of higher education services that needs attention is the quality of service in the learning process. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a program launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as a service for students by providing opportunities for students to hone skills according to their interests and talents with various programs. The Faculty of Economics and Business UNB has organized the MBKM program since 2020/2021 with two programs, namely Student Exchange and KKNT. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service implementation of the MBKM program. This study uses census data, the analytical methods used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of t-test here are three variables that effect i.e. variable Tangibles, Reliability and Responsiveness while variable Assurance, Emphaty and Relevance does not affect the satisfaction of the implementation of the MBKM program. The result of this research was based on the F-test is the quality of service which consists of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Emphaty, Assurance, and Relevance take effect simultaneously to satisfactions of the implementation of the MBKM program. Perceived value and student satisfaction are important aspects in higher education. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology plans the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program to be able to equip students to learn from various disciplines that are relevant to their interests and needs to enter the world of work. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Nusa Bangsa has organized the MBKM program with two programs, namely Student Exchange and KKNT. This study aims to determine the level of success of the MBKM program that has been carried out by analyzing the perceived value of the satisfaction of the MBKM program implementation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the dependent variable is implementation satisfaction, and the independent variable is perceived functional value, perceived emotional value, perceived social value. The results showed that partially perceived functional value and perceived social value had an effect, while simultaneously all independent variables had an effect on dependent satisfaction.
