Abstract

MSMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs perfomance need to be improved. In the case a number of factors: product, promotion, price, distribution channel, digital marketing must be considered to improve the perfomance in MSMEs, enterpreneur ship and market orientation, so the aim of this research is provide concept marketing strategy in achieve competitive advantage. This research is use qualitative through interview with MSME. The result of this study is provide consept business strategic that can be praticed by MSMEs will improve competitive advantage. The strategic concept design include: improvement of product and service quality, attract consumers with promotion, specify of price, decide distribution channel, digital marketing. The consep of this marketing strategy can be use UMKM in changing conditions of competitive advantage.

Abstract

Along with the current business development, employees are one of the important elements in an organization. Employee performance determines the success or failure of an organization. Therefore, the organization must make internal changes whose impacts tend to affect the work of employees so that they can improve the organization itself. The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between organizational change and employee performance. This research methodology uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which is a synthesis of literature research that is carried out by identifying, analyzing, then evaluating through the collection of existing data by searching through research selection. Information used with several international and national journals obtained by screening from Publish or Perish. The benefit of this study is to determine the effect of the relationship between organizational change and employee performance. The results showed that organizational change was related to changes in strategy, culture, employee attitudes, organizational structure, technology, communication leadership, and employee development affecting employee performance.

Abstract

Generasi milenial, yang lahir antara tahun 1980 dan 2000, saat ini mendominasi berbagai aktivitas bisnis. Tumbuh bersama kemajuan teknologi, generasi ini memiliki nilai-nilai dan perilaku yang berbeda dari generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mendorong keputusan generasi milenial dalam menggunakan aplikasi GoFood, dengan fokus pada analisis dampak ekonomi dari perilaku mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa User Generated Content (UGC) tidak memiliki dampak ekonomi yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan GoFood. Sebaliknya, pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi, perilaku konsumtif, dan kecenderungan untuk menghindari aktivitas yang membutuhkan usaha fisik (misalnya, memasak) memiliki dampak ekonomi yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan GoFood. Artinya, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keinginan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan instan, dan preferensi terhadap kenyamanan berkontribusi pada meningkatnya penggunaan GoFood di kalangan generasi milenial. Kemudahan akses teknologi mempermudah milenial dalam mendapatkan apa yang mereka inginkan dengan cepat, sedangkan perilaku konsumtif mereka mendorong peningkatan permintaan akan layanan seperti GoFood. Kecenderungan untuk memilih kenyamanan daripada usaha fisik juga menjadi faktor penting dalam keputusan mereka menggunakan layanan ini. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor pendorong penggunaan GoFood di kalangan milenial, bisnis dapat mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk menjangkau dan mempertahankan pelanggan dari generasi ini. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang regulasi yang tepat guna mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi digital. Pemahaman mendalam tentang perilaku ekonomi generasi milenial dapat membantu dalam merancang kebijakan yang mendukung inovasi teknologi dan ekonomi digital secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja UMKM di Bojongsari Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian explanatory research yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antar faktor. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah UMKM Samama di Bojongsari Depok . Kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form sebanyak 138 responden, namun kuesioner yang Kembali sebanyak 49. Untuk mengukur kelayakan data melalui aplikasi SPSS . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa knowledge implementing, knowledge creating, dan knowledge sharing baik secara partial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM di Bojongsari Depok. Variabel knowledge implementing , knowledge creating, dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap faktor kinerja UMKM sebesar 80,6% sedangkan sisanya 19,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

In the world of education, work engagement is one of the important factors that determine the quality of teacher performance in carrying out their professional duties. Teachers who have a high level of work engagement tend to be more dedicated, energetic, and fully involved in teaching activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: (1) Grit on Work Engagement; (2) Self Efficacy on Work Engagement; and (3) the effect of Grit on Self Efficacy. Research method This study used a non-experimental quantitative design with a survey approach. The population in the study were teachers at SMK Negeri 9 Tangerang. Samples were taken using the census method. Data collection used Google Forms. Data was analyzed using SmartPls. This method was chosen to test variables and is more flexible for limited sample sizes. The results of the study showed that grit had an effect on work engagement and self-efficacy. However, self-efficacy did not affect work engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing interest, and to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions. This descriptive quantitative study used a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 200 respondents using Erigo products in Depok City. The SmartPLS tool was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of price and product quality on purchasing interest, and there was a positive and significant effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions. Overall, the results of this study prove that price and product quality have an effect on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions of the Erigo brand in the Depok City community.

Abstract

In today's digital era, product marketing activities are not only carried out conventionally. Business actors such as Putri Advertising need promotional media that are more effective, attractive, and easily accessible to consumers widely, one of which is through the creation of a plaque e-catalog as a digital promotional media. The purpose of this activity is to increase the competitiveness of business actors and the creation of a professional e-catalog that can be used as a partner marketing tool. The method of this activity is mentoring the creation of a plaque e-catalog. As a result, with this e-catalog, it is hoped that the reach of plaque marketing will be wider, increase selling value, and strengthen Putri Advertising's existence in the competition of the creative industry.

Abstract

Abstract Elemen penting dalam dunia Pendidikan adalah guru. Namun belum semua guru melakukan peningkatan dalam aspek menulis dan publikasi karya tulis ilmiah, para guru belum dapat menuliskan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk naskah publikasi, karena tidak tahu bagaimana cara mengirim artikel ilmiah ke sebuah jurnal ilmiah. Tujuan pelaksaaan kegiatan adalah memberikan pelatihan agar guru-guru SMK Putra Satria dapat menggunakan mendeley. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu dengan tahapan dan ringkasan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah guru-guru mempraktekkan dan memahami penggunaan aplikasi mendeley. Mitra sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru SMK Putra Satria. Jumlah peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalahguru-guru SMK Putra Satria sejumlah 12 0rang  . Hasil pencapaian terhadap kegiatan tersebut adalah guru-guru SMK Putra Satria mengetahui mendeley dan digunakan dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah Kata kunci: karya tulis ilmiah; guru AbstractAn important element in the world of education is teachers. The implementation method is with the stages and summary of the results of the activities that have been carried out, namely teachers practicing and understanding the use of the Mendeley application. The target partners in this activity are SMK Putra Satria teachers. The number of participants involved in this activity is 12 SMK Putra Satria teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) To determine the effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulsive Buying. (2) To determine the effect of Flash Sale on Impulsive Buying. (3) To determine the effect of Flash Sale on Hedonic Shopping Motivation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method and the population in this study is the community in DKI Jakarta who use the TikTok application. The sample used uses the Non Probability formula with a total sample of 300. The data is processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the results of the analysis, it was found that Impulsive Buying was 56.6% influenced by Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Flash Sale.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven changes in consumer behavior, especially in digital payments through E-Wallets. ShopeePay, as one of the popular E-Wallets, offers ease and convenience in transactions. This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising effectiveness on consumer purchasing interest through the use of ShopeePay. The method used is quantitative descriptive with purposive sampling technique, involving 281 respondents who use ShopeePay in South Tangerang. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that advertising effectiveness has a significant effect on purchasing interest, both directly and through the use of ShopeePay as a mediator. The use of ShopeePay itself has also been shown to significantly increase consumer purchasing interest. In conclusion, effective advertising can increase consumer purchasing interest by utilizing the convenience and benefits of using E-Wallets such as ShopeePay.
