Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Ratu Zaleha dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif, fokus pada analisis semiotik.Objek Penelitian ini berupa kisah hidup Ratu Zaleha yang di dapat dengan cara mewawancarai narasumber yang merupakan cucu dari Ratu Zaleha, sehingga hasil penelitian ini bisa lebih akurat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik rekam, catat, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data berupa pemecahan dari rumusan masalah dengan menggunakan model semiotik Roland Barthes.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Ratu Zaleha dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan di Tanah Banjar ada lima yaitu. a) Ratu Zaleha sebagai saksi perjuangan sejak lahir, b) Ratu Zaleha sebagai seorang wanita pejuang yang pemberani, c) Ratu Zaleha sebagai seorang wanita dan istri yang berbakti, d) Ratu Zaleha sebagai seorang Ratu, dan 5) Ratu Zaleha sebagai seorang pemimpin perjuangan

Abstract

Era disrupsi menjadi era evolusi bagi para pemakai bahasa, bahkan anak-anak pun sudah sangat familiar dengan pemakaian peralatan di era ini. Di antara peralatan yang sering digunakan oleh pemakai bahasa adalah gawai. Gawai yang dikenal juga dengan handphone (HP) menjadi produk yang mudah ditemukan dalam penggunaannya yang dipakai oleh para pengguna bahasa, tidak terkecuali anak-anak. Penggunaan gawai yang dapat mempengaruhi wicara anak amat menarik untuk dibahas serta menjadi hal pokok agar lebih waspada dalam memberikan benda, khususnya pemakaian gawai yang tidak disesuaikan dengan porsinya. Berbagai faktor perlu diamati sebagai bahan kenapa gawai mampu mempengaruhi anak terutama berhubungan dengan ujaran anak. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena sesuai dengan karakter dari pengamatan yang berkenaan dengan bahasa-bahasa, baik secara lisan maupun tulis. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik dokumentasi, teknik wawancara, teknik rekam, teknik catat, dan teknik simak. Anak yang terlalu sering menggunakan gawai tanpa bimbingan maka akan mengalami berbagai gangguan wicara. Gangguan ini sebagai pengaruh ketidakdisiplinan serta ketidakmanajemenan penggunaan gawai dengan baik. Adapun pengaruh gawai terhadap wicara anak memunculkan gangguan berikut: (1) gangguan berbicara: (a) mutis, (b) manja, (c) gagap, dan (d) emosional dan (2) gangguan berpikir: (a) pikun dan (b) depresif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap literasi sains peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kopang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Metode pendekatan eksperimen pada penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi  penelitian  adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Kopang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian  adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 2 dan XI MIPA 3 yang berjumlah 58 orang. Pengumpulan data literasi sains menggunakan instrumen tes berupa multiple choice. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Uji prasyarat penelitian ini terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji linearitas, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Anacova. Uji Anacova didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 7,543 > 2,380 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, model project based learning memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi sains peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kopang tahun ajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas anak usia dini dengan metode membaca cerita bergambar di PAUD Nasya pada kelompok B. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini merinci sejumlah variable yang terkait dengan masalah yang diteliti untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang setting sosial dan untuk menjelaskan fenomena atau kenyataan sosial. Selanjutnya, peneliti menyajikan informasi yang relevan tentang kualitas diskriptif yang unik dan alamiah. Kualitas diskriptif ini benar-benar diperoleh dari pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada kelompok B, di PAUD Nasya. Sumber data yang diambil oleh peneliti termasuk kegiatan bermain anak saat guru bercerita dengan media buku cerita bergambar. Respon anak-anak ketika ibu guru bercerita juga dicatat sebagai informan utama. Selain itu, anak-anak dan guru memberikan penjelasan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengamatan tentang penggunaan media cerita bergambar menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kreatif anak usia dini benar-benar meningkat. Kreatifitas tersebut tumbuh menjadi imajinasi anak dalam menggambar.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of learning facilities and teaching methods on students' motivation to learn English at MTsN 3 Sidenreng Rappang South Sulawesi. Motivation is considered one of the fundamental factors in language learning success. The participants in this study were 150 students at MTsN 3 Sidenreng Rappang South Sulawesi. This research includes a type of quantitative research analysis method using descriptive statistical analysis and data analysis to test validity and reliability tests. The results of the study indicate that an improvement in learning facilities has a positive impact on enhancing students' motivation to learn English. The selection of appropriate teaching methods can create a more conducive learning environment and facilitate better understanding by students. Furthermore, the availability of good learning facilities and the implementation of suitable teaching methods can influence and strengthen students' motivation to learn. The correlation coefficient between learning facilities, teaching methods, and students' motivation to learn was examined. These findings provide strong empirical evidence of the importance of adequate learning facilities and effective teaching methods in enhancing students' motivation to learn English.

Abstract

That this research is based on the background of the problem of the tradition of holding aqiqah. The purpose of this study is to find out about the traditional procedures for carrying out aqiqah for the people of Kepuhan District. This research is a qualitative research using ethnographic methods. The subjects in this study were the Malay people of Kepuhan District. Informants in this study were traditional leaders, religious leaders, and the people of KeFullan District who knew about the tradition of holding aqiqah. Informant collection technique in this study is to use snowball sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal that in the traditional way of holding aqiqah, the people of KeFullan District go through 8 stages. 1) Bopokat, 2) Adding a house 3) Making spices (grinding aweh), 4) slaughtering aqiqah animals, 5) marsanji, 6) cooking, 7) feasting (shaving children's hair, rubbing perfume, giving money, and inaugurating names children), 8) Wages.

Abstract

Culture plays an essential role in the emergence and development of mathematics; hence, both are inseparable. Mathematics emerges from the daily activities of a group of people, and although its concepts have been applied traditionally since time immemorial, it has not reached the level of formal usage. One cultural activity involving mathematical concepts is the use of Pananrang in determining the right farming seasons despite not having a formal education. Therefore, this research explores mathematical concepts in Pananrang, which are used as a reference for the Buginese community's farming system. This is qualitative research comprising an ethnographic approach with data collected through literature research and interviews with informants with expertise in Pananrang. The results showed that the community used mathematical concepts, such as multiplication, addition, and modular arithmetic, to determine the proper farming seasons. These outcomes can be socialized and used as a contextual learning resource.

Abstract

Mathematics is still viewed as a culture-free subject. This forms a negative perception for students on mathematics. Most students assume that mathematics and culture are not related. This may occur because mathematics taught in school is not contextual and far from the reality of everyday life. Historically, mathematics has become a part of daily life. As a maritime nation, Indonesia has a diverse culture. But many teachers are not yet aware of the integration of the culture into mathematics learning. Barongko cake is one of the Buginese cultural heritages. Buginese people have unconsciously been practicing mathematics in making these cakes. Therefore, this research aims to explore activities in making Barongko cakes in the Buginese community that involves mathematical concepts. This research is a qualitative descriptive with an ethnographic approach. The data collection methods are carried out through observation, documentation, interview with an expert in making Barongko cake. This research found that Barongko making process involves mathematics in the concept of division, congruence and similarity, as well as a triangular prism, and half sphere. This cake has the potential to be used as a source of contextual mathematics learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop innovative project assessment instruments that are relevant to improving reading skills in Arabic language learning. The focus of this study is on the Grade IX Arabic Textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the need for assessment methods that can encourage students to understand texts deeply, critically, and contextually, in accordance with the demands of today's learning. This study used library research method strengthened by content analysis to explore the optimal strategies and approaches in developing project-based assessment instruments. The findings show that the instrument can be designed through activities such as text analysis, summarization, and interpretive discussion. The instrument is accompanied by an evaluation rubric that covers vocabulary understanding, text structure, content analysis, and the ability to reflect the meaning of the text in the context of daily life. This innovation is expected to improve students' reading ability while honing critical thinking skills and appreciation of Arabic texts. In addition, this instrument provides teachers with a comprehensive and measurable evaluation tool to objectively monitor student progress. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of Arabic language learning in Indonesia through an interactive and applicable approach, so that it can meet the needs of modern education in improving maharatul qiro'ah effectively and continuously.

Abstract

Abstract STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education is increasingly becoming a major fokus in education, with the goal of equipping students with 21st-century skills. Mathematics serves as a foundation in STEM, supporting conceptual understanding in science and engineering. However, the integration of mathematics into the STEM curriculum remains a challenge, such as teacher readiness, curriculum flexibility, and the availability of supporting media and technology. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aims to examine the latest developments and future directions of STEM education with a fokus on curriculum integration and pedagogical approaches involving mathematics. This study uses the PRISMA approach, selecting 48 articles from the Scopus database that are relevant to this topic. The results show that manipulative tools (concrete and virtual), interdisciplinary approaches, and educational technology play a significant role in the successful integration of mathematics into STEM. The main contribution of this study is to provide a thematic map of trends, approaches, and challenges in integrating mathematics, as well as suggesting directions for further research to develop adaptive and collaborative STEM learning models. Abstrak Pendidikan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) semakin menjadi fokus utama dalam dunia pendidikan, dengan tujuan membekali siswa dengan keterampilan abad ke-21. Matematika berperan sebagai fondasi dalam STEM, mendukung pemahaman konsep dalam bidang sains dan teknik. Namun, integrasi matematika dalam kurikulum STEM masih menjadi tantangan, seperti kesiapan guru, fleksibilitas kurikulum, serta ketersediaan media dan teknologi pendukung. Kajian Sistematis Literatur (SLR) ini bertujuan untuk menelaah perkembangan terbaru dan arah masa depan pendidikan STEM dengan fokus pada integrasi kurikulum dan pendekatan pedagogis yang melibatkan matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA, dengan memilih 48 artikel dari database Scopus yang relevan dengan topik ini. Hasil menunjukan bahwa alat bantu manipulatif (konkret dan virtual), pendekatan interdisipliner, serta teknologi pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan integrasi matematika dalam STEM. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan peta tematik terkait tren, pendekatan dan tantangan dalam integrasikan matematika, serta menyarankan arah fokus penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran STEM yang adaptif dan kolaboratif.
