Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penelusuran gagasan makna parenting dalam perspektif filsafat Pendidikan Islam, landasan filosofis parenting dalam pengembangan Pendidikan Islam, eksistensi dan bentuk parenting dalam konteks pengembangan Pendidikan Islam dan problematika yang muncul dan bagaimana solusi parenting dalam pengembangan Pendidikan. Metode penelitian studi kepustakaan dilakukan dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah seperti buku-buku pendidikan Islam, dan jurnal akademik. Hasil Penelitian bahwa hakikat parenting dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan Islam merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan Islam yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai tauhid, akhlak, dan adab. Parenting tidak hanya dipahami sebagai proses sosial dalam mengasuh anak, tetapi juga sebagai proses filosofis dan spiritual yang berakar pada ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Eksistensi parenting menjadi pondasi utama bagi pembentukan insan kamil, yaitu manusia paripurna yang beriman, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia. Namun, dalam realitas modern, problematika parenting semakin kompleks seiring berkembangnya era digital yang membawa tantangan baru bagi pendidikan anak. Solusi parenting Islami kontemporer perlu diarahkan pada penerapan digital parenting berbasis nilai Islam, yaitu pengasuhan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, namun tetap berlandaskan pada prinsip tauhid, adab, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The training to be an inspirational and fun teacher for teachers in Kampar Village is behind many problems in schools that show the fullness of teaching and learning that occurs to teachers and students. The service is carried out using methods with planning, implementation, post-activity, and practice methods, Q&A and discussion, and Evaluation and Feedback stages. This service is intended for elementary, middle, and high school teachers in Kampar Village as many as 20 teachers. The results of this training activity show that there is a change in the knowledge of teachers with competencies that a teacher must have, which includes hard skills and soft skills. Judging from the comparison of the results of Preetest and Posttest, there is a change in teachers' knowledge about being inspiring and fun teachers. So that teachers are moved to evaluate themselves and improve their ability to become inspirational and fun teachers. Given that these activities such as training are essential to support teachers' duties in teaching, it is hoped that in the future there will be similar activities that will continue to be carried out periodically and continuously by parties involved in education management, such as the government and institutions or the Education Management Foundation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze economic decision-making from the perspective of Behavioral Economics by referring to the ideas of Daniel Kahneman. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature study by examining relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that economic decisions are not entirely rational but are shaped by the interaction of cognitive systems, heuristics, and cognitive biases. The dominance of intuitive thinking leads individuals to rely on mental shortcuts, which in turn produce systematic deviations in decision-making. Furthermore, through the framework of prospect theory, individuals are found to evaluate gains and losses relative to a reference point, with a stronger tendency to avoid losses than to pursue gains. These findings suggest that rationality in economic behavior is bounded and context-dependent. Therefore, integrating psychological dimensions into economic analysis is essential for a more comprehensive understanding of actual economic behavior. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengambilan keputusan ekonomi dalam perspektif Ekonomi Perilaku dengan merujuk pada pemikiran Daniel Kahneman. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan ekonomi tidak sepenuhnya rasional, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara sistem kognitif, heuristik, dan bias kognitif. Dominasi proses berpikir intuitif menyebabkan individu cenderung menggunakan jalan pintas dalam mengambil keputusan, yang pada akhirnya memunculkan pola penyimpangan yang sistematis. Selain itu, melalui kerangka prospect theory, ditemukan bahwa individu mengevaluasi keuntungan dan kerugian secara relatif terhadap titik acuan tertentu, dengan kecenderungan menghindari kerugian lebih kuat dibandingkan mengejar keuntungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa rasionalitas dalam ekonomi bersifat terbatas dan kontekstual. Oleh karena itu, integrasi aspek psikologis dalam analisis ekonomi menjadi penting untuk memahami perilaku ekonomi secara lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study explores teachers’ and students’ perspectives on Islamic Moral Education (IME) as a strategy to reduce violence and antisocial behavior among adolescents in Islamic elementary schools. The research was motivated by the increasing need to strengthen moral education as a foundation for emotional regulation and social harmony in educational environments. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the issue. Quantitative data were collected through a 50-item questionnaire administered to 70 participants, consisting of 10 teachers and 60 students. Qualitative data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with selected participants. Quantitative analysis using SPSS 25 indicated that all dimensions of IME including the integration of Islamic values, behavioral guidance, empathy development, and the influence of teachers and school culture showed significant negative correlations with aggression and antisocial behavior (r = –0.61 to –0.72, p < 0.01). Multiple regression analysis revealed that empathy development was the strongest predictor of behavioral improvement (β = –0.41, p < 0.001). Qualitative findings supported these results, showing that IME promotes self-control, respect, forgiveness, and compassion through moral reflection, Qur’anic teachings, and teacher role modeling. Teachers were perceived as moral exemplars, while regular religious practices such as prayer, reflection, and moral storytelling helped create a supportive ethical climate. However, challenges such as social media influence and limited parental involvement were also identified. The findings suggest that IME plays a significant role in strengthening empathy, emotional regulation, and prosocial behavior among students. Therefore, integrating IME across the school curriculum is recommended, and further research should examine its long-term impact and adaptation to digital educational contexts.
